Welcome to our very first Pep Talk episode which are here whenever you need someone to remind you that you're going to be okay.
In today’s episode, Dr. Victoria discusses the pain of judgment especially when it comes from the people closest to us. She shares a story from her own life and reminds you that you are not trapped in the version of yourself others have defined. It's okay to make mistakes because you are allowed to grow, evolve, and keep becoming.
Remember:
#1. You're not alone in feeling this way.
#2. Their judgment isn't reality
#3. You're in a process of becoming. You can be the person you'd like to be and don't have to limit yourself to being who people define or judge you as.
#4. Listen to your inner truth.
#5. You are lovedjust as you are. All parts of you are welcome.
#6. You are good.
#7. This is how character grows, from challenges you face.
#8. Meet yourself with love.
#9. Keep going
As we say in Chinese: Jia you. Keep going, you’ve got this!!
Thank you for listening. We're grateful for you!
