In this unfiltered, channeled episode recorded mid-walk in the woods, is for the sensitive, self-aware leader who knows deep down:

What helped you survive is not what will help you thrive.

This is for you if you’re:

  • Tired of pushing, proving, and performing just to be “enough”
  • Feeling like you’re outgrowing your life, but don’t know what comes next
  • Finally ready to lead from your true identity, not the masks you built to survive

In this episode, we explore:

  • Why the False Self you created was never a flaw, but a function of survival
  • The grief of unlived potential (and how to transmute it)
  • The rise of sensitive, divergent leaders in a collapsing paradigm
  • What it actually takes to shift from hustle to flow, from “by me” to “through me” consciousness

This is the new paradigm. You don’t have to push. You don’t have to prove.
You just have to remember who you really are; and let the world see it.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello and welcome back.
I am so glad that you're here.
Today's episode is going to bea little bit different.
So what happened was a few daysago I was taking a walk in the
woods, and that's my place tomeditate, and oftentimes when I
do that I get sparks ofinspiration.
And so that day I was feeling areally strong message coming
out and I pulled out my cellphone and what ended up

(00:23):
happening was, once I started toshare this thought, it started
to become something bigger thanme, like a channeled
transmission.
It came to me to share it hereon my podcast with you, because
if you're in my audience, you'refinding what I'm sharing here
helpful.
You're really going to feelinspired by today's channeled

(00:45):
message that came through me.
Just so you know, the audioquality is going to be a little
bit different because I wasusing my cell phone.
I was outside, I didn't have amicrophone and every once in a
while you're going to hear somecrunching of snow.
Yes, we still have snow up here.
So I hope you get somethinginspiring, perspective shifting,

(01:05):
empowering from today's podcastsession.
Enjoy.
I've been reflecting on how farI've come over the years, and
it's important to do thatbecause oftentimes, when we're
in the middle of it and it's soclose to our face we forget.
We forget where we came from,we forget where we're going and

(01:28):
we forget where we are on thepath in this moment.
Along the way, my life now wasmy vision board 15 years ago,
and it's different from myvision board 15 years ago.
What I envisioned was living inthe forest, living off the land

(01:55):
, eating wild food,nutrient-dense food, with a
partner that feels like home, and a job and a career that
feels purposeful and impactful.
And 15 years ago I thought Ihad that and looking back now I
see that on the surface itlooked like that's what was

(02:16):
right and aligned and felt good, but deep down inside it wasn't.
It was performative.
All of my decisions that I wasmaking at that time were based
on survival.
They were based on performance.
They were based on trying toplease other people.
I became a doctor becausethat's what my mom wanted me to

(02:38):
be and as I think about my ownlife and think about what I
would have chosen had I not beenpressured into the career path
that I did decide to go on, Ilikely would have chosen very
differently, and this is thething.
There's a lot of grief that cancome up with that I've been

(03:00):
making have been based on what Ithought I should do, based on
expectations, based on trying tomake other people proud, trying
to please other people, tryingto avoid other people feeling
disappointed in your choices, your actions, what you're doing,
what you're saying.
That was my entire life andthat's why I was in a
relationship that was no longeraligned and it was forcing me to

(03:22):
shrink and hide myself, and Istill kept going because I was
looking to be accepted somewhere, because I didn't accept myself
, spent my life, whole life, feeling different, feeling like
I didn't fit in, feeling likesomething was wrong with me, I
was too sensitive, and the thingis I didn't fit in.
And now I see, looking back, there's a reason for that.

(03:44):
Of course, I couldn'tunderstand it back then, and so
this is the other piece to it isthat there can be a lot of
grief for the life that youcould have had, but you didn't,
because of the conditioning, because of the performative
behaviors, because of survival, because of programmed
unconscious conditioning andscripts that you didn't agree to

(04:06):
, but you were forced to accept, unwillingly, outside of your
knowledge, that that's actuallywhat was happening and that that
was actually what was runningthe show, your unconscious
programming.
And then, once you move pastthe grief, you let it move
through you, you don't hang onto it, you don't identify with
it, you let it move through likea passing train, knowing that

(04:30):
it will shift, it will change,it will transmute into something
different if you allow it tojust be as it is.
Once the grief moves past whichI sat with a lot then there's
this realization that everythingthat I did, all the choices
that I made, every action that Itook, was all based on what I

(04:51):
knew at the time and what I knewto be able to survive and stay
safe, meet my needs of safety, especially because I was
operating from survival mode, asmost of us are, before we
actually realize what's actuallygoing on right, especially if
you're a highly sensitive personand you've been grown up with
the hegemonic narrative thatyou're too sensitive, you're too

(05:12):
much, you're not enough, you'rebroken.
You need to grow a thicker skin, you need to fix yourself,
there's something wrong with you.
All of these things programyour unconscious mind to believe
that that's the truth andyou've got to shape, shift
yourself, you've got to maskyourself, you've got to change
yourself, you've got to try toforce yourself into the mold of
normative narratives in order tobelong, in order to fit in,

(05:33):
because that's what you that'slike.
The foundation, likedevelopmental need, is
acceptance, and if you've beenfed all this, it's really hard
to accept yourself, right whenyou're being told that you're
not acceptable.
And this is the thing I realizenow that I was built this way
for a reason We've beenoperating from this hegemonic

(05:54):
narrative, the cultural normsthat have been passed down to us
generation after generation.
And these cultural norms neededto be there at some point along
the lineage in order to survive.
Needed, not really, but this iswhat was, this is what they
believed all those generationsago.

(06:15):
And so now there's a lot ofoperating from control,
operating from a patriarchallens, operating from a colonial
lens, operating from acorporatism lens, more, more,
more.
Bye, bye, bye.
We need to hustle, we need topush.
You need to think about allthese external things, over
accepting yourself, over yourown inner alignment, over what

(06:38):
actually lights you up.
And what I've come to realizethrough my own work, and I'm
sure you're seeing and haverealized as well is, especially
if you're highly sensitive,neurodivergent, that doesn't fit
, it doesn't feel good, youforced yourself to do it all
these years, crammed yourselfinto a box.

(06:58):
It only caused destruction ofyour soul.
It only caused you to feelexhausted.
Because you're working againstyourself, you're pushing against
yourself.
For so many clients I've seenover the years, that leads to
not only exhaustion and burnoutand soul destruction.
It also leads to physicalsymptoms, chronic illness.
Autoimmunity is a huge one, especially for women, and 80% of

(07:19):
autoimmune sufferers are women.
Because we're working againstwho we are, because we don't
accept who we are, because we'retrying to force ourselves into
the hegemonic narrative boxesthat we've been conditioned to
believe that we need to be in,and it's making us sick, it's
causing our system to rejectourselves, because we believe
deep down, unconsciously, thatour true self is unacceptable.

(07:44):
Now we're at a really important,pivotal point.
Right now.
Theorists call it the fourthturning.
There's other social changetheories that prove to us that
we're at this inflection pointwhere some old ways are
collapsing to make way for new, higher level ways, and part of
that collapsing is this paradigm, this performative paradigm of

(08:04):
more, more, more, do, do, do,push, push, push.
All the paradigm stuff that, asus highly sensitive and or
neurodivergent people, we'vegrown up saying this doesn't
feel right, and then we keepgetting told no, you're
imagining things, you're beingunrealistic.
No, this is the way it is.
It's you that's the problem.
No, this is the way it is.

(08:26):
It's you that's the problem.
Now we're seeing that actually.
No, we're like canaries in thecoal mine.
We've been picking up on thisfar, far, far earlier than the
rest of society, and now therest of society is starting to
catch up.
You can see, looking around you, more and more people are
awakening.
They can't continue like thisanymore.
They're saying no, something'sgot to change.

(08:48):
There's something differentthat we need to be doing other
than how we are operating now.
And this is why I didn't fit in, and this is why so many of the
people that I worked with feltdifferent, didn't fit in, could
not follow those hegemonicnarratives, because we're meant
to break them.
We're meant to lead somethingdifferent.

(09:10):
We're meant to show the way toa higher level way of being
other than what we've beenoperating from, because what
helps you to survive is not whathelps you to thrive, and we
have been a society in survivaland we can't continue that way
anymore.
We're at a turning point.
It needs to change.

(09:30):
So those of us who've never fitinto that model are here to help
to change that model throughstarting first with yourself.
You go first.
If you're a leader, you leadfirst.
You be the change that you wishto see.
You lead by example, byshifting this narrative within
yourself first, by realizing, owning and accepting the fact

(09:52):
that what helped you to surviveis not what's going to help you
to thrive, to understand thatpush-hustle force culture and
trying to fit into normativeboxes is not the solution, not
only for you.
Fit into normative boxes is notthe solution, not only for you,
but a lot of neurotypicalpeople also don't do so well in
these normative boxes andhegemonic narratives that we've

(10:13):
been forcing ourselves to follow.
Part of this new paradigm thatwe are stepping into it's a fact
that this is happening is thatit goes deeper than what you see
on the outside.
It goes deeper than just theexternal facade that the
internal, the internal, everything that's going on
within you is what shapes what'sgoing on outside of you, for

(10:36):
yourself and everybody.
It always starts from within byshifting that inner narrative,
by shifting the unconsciousprogramming that has been
basically operating and runningthe show and telling you how to
think, how to act, what to say, what to do, how to speak.
Through your choices, yourrelationship, your careers, all

(10:58):
the things, 95% of all of ourchoices, decisions, thoughts,
behaviors come from ourunconscious programming.
And so, no matter how much youconsciously want something, if
your unconscious mind isprogrammed differently than that
, it's going to override everysingle time.
And so changing that innerparadigm from the level of your

(11:22):
unconscious mind is what changesyour filters, your unconscious
filters of how you are actuallyseeing the world, like looking
through a pair of lenses.
This is your reticularactivating system and shifting
that inner narrative rightthat's looping in your mind,
telling you what to do, what notto do, how you think about
yourself, who you think you are.

(11:42):
This is all part of yourdefault mode network.
Your reticular activatingsystem and your default mode
network play on each other andthey feed each other and they
make this endless looping cycleof if you've been operating from
the survival mode and youhaven't been addressing that,
you're going to always bethinking why did I say that?
Why did I?

(12:02):
You know, how could I have saidthat differently?
So that that person doesn't getupset or doesn't feel triggered
?
How can I change myself to fitthe narrative?
How can I be doing somethingthat looks good on the outside.
I'm trying to think of otherexamples right now.
There's tons.
I think you get the idea.
Now the thing is, is one ofthese paradigm shifts is

(12:26):
shifting from this do, do, do,act, act, act, push, push, push,
force, force, force, controlculture?
That's level two consciousness, out of four levels.
Level one consciousness is tome, so you think you're a victim
and you have no power andcontrol and everything is just
happening to you.
Level two consciousness is byme, so you understand that when

(12:47):
you act and do things, you canmake a difference, you can
change your experience, yourreality and this is where
society is locked in at themoment is this push, hustle,
control, force culture of youjust need to push harder, you
just need to fake it.
Till you make it, you just needto work harder, do more, push
harder, try to control it, andthat's till you make it, you
just need to work harder, domore, push harder, try to

(13:08):
control it, and that's how it,that's how you make it happen,
and it works to an extent.
However, there's a limit,there's a cap, there's a ceiling
.
You only have so much time, youonly have so much energy, and
when you are putting your energy, time and focus towards
something that's not aligned, you have less energy to be able
to expend on anything, becauseit takes sucks so much of your

(13:30):
power to be doing things thatare not aligned, you leak your
energy.
It's like a sieve Versus.
When you understand that all ofthis starts on the inside and
it starts by aligning withyourself, and it starts by
releasing all of those outdatedsurvival social conditioned
programming that you did neveragree to in the first place, so

(13:50):
that you can actually connectwith the real you underneath of
it, because what happens is,when we are operating from the
survival, we act from this placecalled the false self.
It's a protective way in orderto survive, and it helped us
survive, and there's no shame init, because that's what we
needed to do, especially in ourformative years, when we didn't
have any other choice but to bewhere we were, with who we were,

(14:13):
in the programming that we wereexposed to.
And so we adopted this falseself in order to get through
that, in order to survive thebest that we could, and we did
and that's why you're here now,and to thank yourself for that,
not to feel guilty, not to shameyourself, and understand that
what helped you to survive isnot what helps you to thrive.

(14:35):
So, yes, that was great, thatwas wonderful.
That helped you.
Okay, maybe that wasn'twonderful, however, that false
self helped you.
However, now you're out of thatsituation.
It's not helping you anymore.
It's holding you back.
That mask that you're out ofthat situation.
It's not helping you anymore.
It's holding you back.
That mask that you're wearing.
That false self that you'reidentifying yourself with is now
capping you from thriving, fromfulfillment, from aligning with

(14:58):
your true self.
Your true self is the one thatis underneath all of those
layers of conditioning, allthose layers of limiting belief,
all of those layers of thinkingof what you should be doing,
who you should be, how youshould be in order to survive
the hegemonic narrative.
And now we're at thisinflection point in society
where people are waking up tothe fact that we can't continue

(15:19):
this way.
We can't continue all masked upin our false self anymore,
because it's killing us.
It's actually killing us.
Look at what's happening in themedical system with chronic
illness.
Honestly, I'm not in that nicheanymore.
However, years ago I was.
I was working with women withautoimmunity, chronic illness,
endometriosis like me, who hadtried all the therapies had

(15:41):
tried all the treatments, havetried all the therapeutic diets,
even up to the strictest meatonly carnivore meat, ruminant
meat, salt and water only, whichis what I did myself, and it
helped to an extent.
However, it that also only tookus so far, and that's what

(16:01):
brought me to the work that I'mdoing now is realizing that it's
this inner reconditioning,relearning, remembering
ourselves to wholeness is thesolution that everything that we
do topically and superficiallyis never going to address, never
going to help us to step out ofthat survival and into thriving

(16:27):
and flourishing, reconnectingwith your true self underneath
all of those layers and aligningwith who you really are, that
inner, deep soul, purpose, mission and vision that you know
that you have.
It's been there all along, and Isee this over and over again
with the clients that I workwith is when I help them to

(16:48):
start to decode themselves andbetter understand who they are,
how they're designed.
I don't tell them, I help them.
I act as a mirror to show them, and when I reflect it back to
them, they tell me over and overagain.
I've known this instinctivelyall of my life.
It's been there this whole time.

(17:08):
I just didn't trust it.
I just didn't accept it becauseI was told that was not
acceptable.
And once I mirror back to them,it's like this light clicks and
they go.
That's who I really am, and nowI can understand that and I can
see it and I can trust it, andnow I can give myself permission

(17:31):
to own it and step into it andembody it and live it.
And when you do, what happens isyou step into level three,
consciousness, which is throughme.
And that's when you step into astate of wholeness and
alignment where you end up in aflow state.

(17:52):
Flow state is in Taoist culture.
They call it wu wei, effortlessaction.
Flow state doesn't mean youdon't do anything.
Flow state means that whatyou're doing is so aligned that
it's effortless because it'sinnate, it's natural.
It's aligned with who you areand who you're meant to be, and
why you're doing is so alignedthat it's effortless because
it's innate, it's natural.
It's aligned with who you areand who you're meant to be and
why you're meant to be here inthe first place.

(18:13):
And flow state is when youoperate from a place of
coherence.
Your nervous system hascapacity.
You are operating from thisplace, where this flow, you're
not no longer operating fromforce and control and push and
that changes your frequency.
And this isn't like woo woo, this is actually.

(18:33):
Heart math institute talksabout this in terms of coherence
.
Your heart rate exhibits anelectromagnetic frequency that
impacts your level of where youare in terms of are you calm,
are you regulated, are you atpeace or are you in crisis?
Are you stressed, are youoperating from a place where

(18:56):
you're kind of all the way overhere or everything is chaos?
And I'm sure you can think backand look at people who have
been in either one of these twostates and you can feel the
difference without them evensaying a word.
And that's the thing.
That's the difference rightthere.
That's the frequency I'mtalking about, and it's
measurable and part of this newparadigm that we're stepping

(19:16):
into.
This change beyond theperformance, looking deeper than
the facade, is understandingthat actually, the key to all of
this is this deeper flow state,is this deeper level of through
me flow state, of being incoherence, being congruent with
yourself, acting out ofintegrity and authenticity and

(19:37):
genuineness of who you are andhow you're being, and how your
being has more impact than whatyou're doing or your skills or
your job.
It's how you're being in.
Anything that you're doing hasmore impact on the people around
you than anything that you'reactually saying, and this is
something that I've discoveredand my clients discover as I

(19:59):
lead them through this journey, and they can see it that it's
not about well, I guess I needto have a different job, to do
something different, becausethis doesn't feel aligned.
Sometimes it is, and sometimesit's actually just about
shifting your inner programmingand how you're being, and the
filters that you're seeingthrough and that frequency that

(20:20):
you're emanating shiftseverything around you.
And sometimes it's not actuallyabout changing anything that
you're doing.
It's actually about changingwho you're being on the inside,
and here's a great example ofthat Caregivers.
Oftentimes I see this a lot.
People in caregiving professionswere oftentimes parentified.
They were the ones that werecaregiving others when they were

(20:42):
young, and so it becomes soeasy and familiar to then adopt
a caregiving role of taking careof others, whether that's in a
medical profession, whetherthat's in any type of profession
, a service profession oranything else.
The thing is is that theintention behind the action has
been for them to be seeking asense of validation, worth and

(21:04):
importance from caregivingothers, from taking care of
others, and the problem withthat is is that, for the amount
of energy and effort that youput out, you're never going to
get back the level of sense ofvalue and importance and
security and validation thatyou're looking for from the
outside, because you need tostart first from the inside,

(21:27):
becoming whole, aligned withyourself, accepting yourself,
operating from flow instead ofchasing in order to get
something out of it.
And when you do, then you stepinto your flow state, you become
into overflow, and that's whenyou can be doing the exact same
job, caregiving others butyou're doing it because you're
in overflow and you can't notshare that overflow with others,

(21:49):
because you see that the morethat you share, the more that
you get from within.
That's the difference is youdon't change the job, but you
change the intention behind whatyou're doing and your actions
right, who you're being behindwhat you're doing.
And that changes whether or notyou're going to burn out or
whether you're going to beenergized by anything that you

(22:09):
do.
And this is just one example ofmany.
This can be taken in any theme, any situation, any practice
that you're doing.
There's so much more nuance tothis, all of this to say,
especially if you know thatyou've been different all of
your life and you thought it wasa liability to be too sensitive
.
And now you're seeing.
Well, maybe it isn't aliability, maybe it's not

(22:31):
dysfunction, maybe it'sdiscernment, and actually, maybe
this is my strength that I'msupposed to be leveraging in my
work, because I can pick up onthings that other people can't.
I can read between the lines, Ican pick up on patterns that
other people miss.
I have creative thinking thatcomes up with innovative,
out-of-the-box solutions thatother people haven't even
dreamed of.
And these are the things thatare needed now more than ever.

(22:54):
Things are changing and we'reexperiencing situations we've
never encountered before, and weneed people to come up with
solutions that we've neverthought of before, need people
to come up with solutions thatwe've never thought of before,
and we need people who are ableto lead through coherence and
congruence and integrity,because that's actually what's
going to make a better impact onthe people than trying to push,

(23:18):
hustle and control, try tomanipulate right, try to act out
of integrity, acting from amask that's only going to take
you so far, and the deeperhealing happens when you're
fully aligned, when you'reoperating from a different
electromagnetic frequency.
It impacts not only you but thepeople around you, and then

(23:38):
they have something to attune to.
Like a guitar tuner, you act asan exemplar to allow them to do
the same, and this is actuallyhow we're going to be able to
move forward into this newparadigm in a way that's
actually the most supportive isactually to be operating and
work on this inner coherence andinner congruence, first and
foremost, because that's whatchanges the game for everything.

(23:59):
So then we can all continuemoving up that ladder, that
consciousness ladder, to levelfour, which is, as me,
understanding that I am you, youare me.
We are all connected bysomething deeper than what we
actually see around us.
There is no good or bad, thereis no right or wrong.
It all just is.
That's non-duality.
However, the judgment and thesocial conditionings and the

(24:23):
cultural beliefs that we haveare what label causes us to
believe that anything is rightor wrong, good or bad.
It's what causing us to operatefrom this us versus them
narrative that's keeping usdivided instead of allowing us
to come together as a whole.
That's what the solution is tobecome whole, but it starts with

(24:43):
you first.
You have to become whole first, and then you can lead the way
to help guide the people you arehere to guide to become whole.
And as we all become whole, then we all become whole
together.
That's the solution.
If you want peace around you, ifyou want to see more peace

(25:03):
instead of war, it's got tostart from within and find your
peace within instead of being atwar with yourself, and then you
can help lead the way.
And you might be thinking butI'm just one person.
How can I change billions andbillions of people?
You're not supposed to.
You're supposed to start withyou and then you start with the

(25:25):
people around you that arealigned with who you are, what
your frequency is, because noteverybody will be, especially if
you're built like me and myclients.
You act as a mirror and somepeople get triggered.
You show people what theyhaven't seen about themselves
that maybe could use somealigning.
And some people don't want tosee it because change is hard.

(25:46):
It's right, it's a human natureto want to stay with the
familiar, and some people don'twant that mirror reflected to
them of like what maybe isn't analignment for them, how they
aren't whole within themselves, how they aren't whole within
themselves, how they aren'taligned with themselves, how
they're not acting in integrityand it's no shame on them.
They're doing what they thinkthey need to be doing to survive

(26:10):
, and you're not here to forceor manipulate anybody to change
if they don't want to or ifthey're not ready to.
You're here to be the guide, andthe people who want what you
have to offer will ask you forit.
They will see your example as alighthouse and they will see
your light and follow it.
And these are the people thatyou're here to change, not by

(26:33):
making them change, but byhelping them become whole within
themselves, by reflecting theirwholeness, so that they can
have something to attune to asan exemplar.
And that's how they becomewhole.
And then they act aslighthouses for the people that
they're supposed to be guidinghome to themselves, and so on,

(26:53):
and so on.
This is the ripple effect andeventually, over time, we all
come home to ourselves andbecome whole.
And I don't know exactly whatthat's going to look like, and
neither do you.
We're at a bifurcation pointright now where it can go either
way.
It's kind of like a streamhitting a blockade, and it can

(27:13):
either go this way, it can gothis way, and we don't know what
that outcome is.
We can guess, we can theorize.
However, it depends on thestate of what's going on right
now.
Theorists say, at bifurcationpoints, at inflection points,
the system is highly sensitive, more sensitive than usual, to
any adjustments and shifts thatany one person makes.

(27:36):
And so, right now, your job isto be that wholeness, to be in
coherence, to be in congruence,to operate from alignment, to
operate from flow state, tooperate from this place where
you are acting out of integrity, acting as the leader who is the
change you want to see, notfrom the external facade, but

(27:57):
what's going on on the inside,in the electromagnetic frequency
that you are emanating and theexample that you're showing
about giving other peoplepermission to be able to be
whole themselves, to be able tobe themselves, to be able to
follow their inner soul, innerknowing, inner compass, rather
than what the hegemonicnarrative told them that they

(28:19):
should be doing, because that'sthe way they have to do it,
because that's not workinganymore.
And so, right now, in thisinflection point, your journey
and your wholeness and yourintegrity and your coherence and
your congruence and yourauthenticity and you becoming
the lighthouse, is moreimportant than ever.
Even if you don't necessarilysee the bigger picture, because

(28:42):
the system is so sensitive rightnow your contribution matters.
And so, if you've been, I'vehad so many clients who've been
like, yeah, you know, I feelguilty, following what my soul
wants me to do versus followingwhat I think I should be doing,
what I've been conditioned to doVersus following what I think I
should be doing what I've beenconditioned to do.
And instead of thinking aboutit that way because that's that

(29:03):
survival behavior, that survivalconditioning, that's looping
and telling you right, becauseshaming and shitting it has been
our way to motivate ourselvesto do better, to try to fit into
something that we were neverdestined to fit in.
And it's really important tochange that inner paradigm and
change that inner narrative andchange your perspective on how
you're seeing all of this.

(29:23):
And it's one thing to see itconsciously right For me to
explain this perspective and yougo, yeah, I get it.
And then it's another for yourunconscious mind to actually get
it, for you to reprogram it,for you to release those layers
of shoulds and limiting beliefsand unconscious programming that
has been convincing you thatthis is how you need to be
thinking and looking and doingand being and thinking and

(29:44):
believing so that you can createthat new paradigm from within,
so that you can be thatlighthouse that helps others
around you, so that we cancollectively create that
paradigm without externallyaround us together as a whole.
I'll leave it at that for now.
