I'm your host, Casey t.
Today I have a very, veryspecial, magical guest with me,
Mindy Rosen.
She has been one of the mostbeautiful lights in my world.
(00:48):
She has been a coach for over adecade.
I was honored to meet her inKathy Heller's community.
She is very, very passionate andwhen she starts speaking, you'll
understand it yourself abouthelping women move beyond the
burnout, beyond people pleasing, getting rid of the self-doubt
(01:09):
and getting a really clear andconfidence and making an impact
in what you're doing.
Without sacrificing your souland the process.
You guys, she is so, socompassionate and trained and so
many things.
I'm gonna let her, just speakfrom here.
(01:31):
Welcome friend.
How are you?
It is such an honor and thankyou.
Thank you, thank you.
That was so beautiful.
In regards to.
This journey, it has been a pathand each part of my journey, I
look back and one opportunityhas led me to the next, to
(01:58):
arrive in the present moment.
I have to say that this chapteris the best chapter of my life.
Heck yes.
Ah, yes.
Do you wanna give them a littleback history she has so many
degrees, she has learned really, truly just how to connect the
(02:19):
mind, body, and soul and justtruly tap into that energy.
However, she has had anexperience in her life and, I
think we bond over this.
Are you comfortable sharing alittle bit about that?
Sure.
Looking back in reflection, Iwas at the peak to give some
(02:43):
context to your audience out ofschool.
I worked for an event marketingcompany for many years and got
to travel around the US andreally got to just start to step
into who I was becoming.
And unfortunately the owner ofthe company had gotten ill, and
(03:04):
it was the first opportunity inmy life to really pivot.
And from that place, I'm like, okay, what is the next right
aligned step?
And from that place, sales hasalways been my superpower.
Connection, building rapport,so.
I had always my fascinationgrowing up.
I was a really good gymnast.
(03:25):
Yet through that, that reallybuilt, you know, as a young
child, my tenacity, my vigor, fall down, get back up quickly
and learn from falling down.
Yeah.
And what can I do?
And get back on the floor, getback on the beam, and that
really.
(03:45):
Gave me the foundation to who Iwas becoming.
And you know, after I had madethe decision that it was time to
move on to what was next.
I interviewed with two companiesin pharmaceuticals and I, at
that point, I didn't want to bejust a number.
(04:06):
So I opted to go with thesmaller biotech company and
planted my flag and reallystepped in and quickly was able
to utilize my superpowers and beable to step into different
opportunities with that company.
(04:27):
I started in primary care and Idid really well, and then I was
promoted into specialty, whichallowed me to broaden the
horizons of what I was doing andthe messages I was delivering.
And then, um, that company gotacquired three times and each
time I, my number was nevercalled, so I was kept and I
(04:50):
moved along with the differentcompanies.
Wow.
For quite some years down thatpath.
Yeah.
And then it became a point intime that I had to make a
decision and that first companythat I interviewed where they
gave me the number 4 1, 2 0 5, Iwas like, okay, let's
reconsider.
So I spent numerous years withthat company and then at that
(05:14):
point I had my second child.
And looking back, I am forevergrateful as I have two miracle
children that were conceivedthrough IVF two boys.
They are my y they're the loveof my life.
And it was at that point that, and I was so blessed.
We had a beautiful, woman thatsupported both my husband and I
(05:36):
for seven years.
She lived with us.
And it was at that point, I'mlike, this is the next pivot.
Mm.
And from that point, um, I hadreally made the decision that I
was going to step away and I wasgonna be home with the children.
(05:56):
And then as, um, it's thought ofthe Dark Knight of the Soul, I
realized like, what did I do?
In stepping away from somethingthat brought me so much joy and
diversity and allowed me to usemy skills to step in to a world
(06:17):
that was very unknown to me.
Although I had started todevelop and build my skills as I
had grown, yet I was thrown intothis world I really didn't know
anything about, and it was.
The first time I reallyexperienced, and at that point
too, my grandmother had passedaway my, shortly after my
grandfather had passed away.
(06:38):
And it really gave me, you know, the opportunity to sit like,
what is next in this pivot?
Yeah.
And from that place, um, asoccer dad was walking across
social media and I texted him,I'm like, what are you doing?
He's like, let me come over.
So.
He mixed my husband and I upsome shakes, and that was the
(07:02):
next pivot for me.
So I stepped in as I shared, Ialways, you know, I have this
passion for medicine, yet Ididn't go to medical school and
I stepped into pharmaceuticalsales, which was beautiful.
Yet health and wellness was thenext right move.
So I stepped in and I had a lotof success and I built to the
top of four companies.
(07:22):
Ooh.
That's an order.
Two companies in.
I had randomly taken, a ridedown to go to Trader Joe's and I
was walking out of Trader Joe'sand walking across a crosswalk
and I made a left and a car hitme, not the car.
(07:44):
And it was from that place that,um, I really.
I had to take some time andmultiple things happened in my
body and I explored with a lotof medical interventions that I
really felt it was leading medown a path that was just a
continuous process.
(08:05):
And I'm like, what did TonyRobbins teach me?
He taught me when something'snot working, you get
resourceful.
And from that place you pivot.
Two millimeters.
So I'm like, I am not going foranother surgery.
And that's, you know, throughoutthat time, like things really
(08:26):
started to shift in the way theother school of medicine was
perceiving and looking atthings.
And my husband is also, in themedical field, In a specialty
biotech company and he was veryopposed to my thoughts.
Yeah.
And I knew, I said, I have tomake a decision.
This is my body.
I've had enough.
(08:48):
And I had to start to get reallycurious and slow down.
And from that place I found oneof my mentors work, Dr.
Joe Dispenza.
So powerful.
Yeah.
And I stepped in to really getcurious because even looking
(09:09):
back when I stepped into thework, like little miracles were
happening, but I was seeing, andit gave me belief that through
that work with other modalitiesthat I could do it.
And I am not the four minutemile.
It has taken me time, but everylittle step has been the next
step in the right path.
(09:30):
And through that.
I had really in building, youknow, in four different
organizations, I had reallystarted to feel into like my, I
started to hear the messageafter that accident and my hair
self kept saying, you are metfor more.
(09:51):
Yeah.
And then the more in tuned I gotwith my meditation practice.
And the more that I started toreally, as Kathy Heller would
say, turn up that dial on thereceiver.
Yeah.
That these downloads started tocome to me and it was at that
point that I stepped into getadditional certification.
(10:15):
So my first certification was innutrition, which was a natural
step.
Yeah, based on the fact that Iwas building in health and
wellness and it was a niceaddition to what I had done.
'cause being in pharmaceuticalsand especially as you progress
and you're in specialty, nojoke, it is like going to
medical school.
It is bootcamp.
(10:35):
Yes.
You get sent away and it's allthese simulations you're trained
on every single different salesmodality.
It's really like a being awayfor a month.
They take you away for a month, you're in immersion.
If you get tested, you comehome, you go back.
So it was really interesting atthat place that.
(10:57):
I had the opportunity to liketap in.
What did that mean?
So I got certified in nutritionand then I really realized what
I loved about building wasn't somuch about what I was doing.
It was about working andempowering women to break
through the noise that they werehearing.
The blocks.
(11:18):
Yeah.
And it started, and I helpedthousands of women to release
weight and.
To really call in, like what wasthe best version of themselves.
And then one thing led toanother and I'm like, I wanna
learn more about psychology.
So that's when I stepped in.
(11:39):
I got certified inneurolinguistic programming,
which just added anotherdimension that when I was
seeing, uh, when you're buildingin that space, it's often,
called like the doubt dip.
So people will come in.
Yeah.
And they'll be all gung ho andoftentimes you are not used to
rejection or people saying no.
(12:01):
And the more that I learned andgrew in my, waking up and, who I
was becoming, the more that Ihad the capacity to extend the
aperture to speak life and justhold space.
So I got certified in NLP andthen the world, just, shut down.
(12:24):
Yeah.
And it was so interesting tohave built my skill to that
level and just see what wassurfacing for the women I cared
and loved around me, and beingable to support the women on my
team.
Up to that very point, I havealways, always had coaching,
(12:45):
always had mentorship inwhatever I've done.
It doesn't matter.
When I was in gymnastics, I hada coach that worked with me.
When I stepped in and you know, entered into the unknown, I had
somebody guiding the path.
When I stepped into corporate, Iworked with a coach so that I.
My motives were very differentwhen I was in pharmaceuticals.
(13:08):
That's how I remained top 1% for15 years, and over the course of
time, never dropped.
Even going out on maternityleave with two children below
3%, and that was because it alllike.
Or putting the pieces together.
Yes, it all started as a veryyoung child yet.
(13:30):
Mm-hmm.
Again, the world had shut downand I was always very much
coached and I appreciate up tothat point.
I was very much in a very, dominant masculine field that
was go, go, go and hustle.
Hustle and grind.
Yeah.
I wanna ask you a question realfast.
(13:50):
Sure.
Um, when you.
Had that moment of the carhitting you, have you always
been an intuitive person?
Have you always had theserealizations?
Yes, and I wasn't as like theradio wasn't tuned up.
(14:11):
Yeah.
It's through my growth andevolution that it has evolved
and it just keeps getting finetuned.
And that's actually, I'm reallyglad you said that because I
think that we all have it in us.
A lot of times it takessomething to, I don't wanna say
we, to cause us pain, but itusually takes an awakening
(14:35):
experience of something tohappen for us to stop and just
like, I call it the inner spark.
And it was like your inner sparkof like, I, I had all this
stuff.
And even with your husband doingit, you are not degrading him.
You're just saying now I'mlooking at the world differently
(14:58):
and I can feel and hear and seelife a whole new way.
And in reflection back to you.
When that first happened, I waslike.
I didn't know about nervoussystem regulation.
Yeah.
And I was like mad at the world.
I was angry.
(15:19):
I was like, mm-hmm.
My world, like I was at the topof my game.
I had built a multi multimilliondollar book of business and I
didn't know in the momentbecause right after the
accident, 10 days later, if itwasn't bad enough, I get hit by
a car.
I got MRSA and I wound up in thehospital.
(15:41):
Yeah.
And.
It was just awful for like threemonths, and it really took me
three months to step in andrealize the words of wisdom that
Tony Robbins poured into me.
That life is always happeningfor you, not to you.
And it was from that place thatI started to hear those messages
(16:01):
made for more.
And I'm like, what does thatmean?
What does that look like?
And the more that I stepped intoDr.
Jo Spencer's work, it reallyallowed me to start to tune into
what's next?
And it tuned me in.
Although now looking back, Ithink I've always manifested
through my life.
(16:21):
Yeah.
Yet.
By stepping into that work, itreally has allowed me to
cultivate a practice that whenyou set a clear intention and
you tie it with elevatedemotions that some things take
much longer to manifest in thehere and now.
Yet, with that being said, Itruly believe that you can
(16:45):
manifest all infinitepossibilities.
Hmm.
In the present moment.
I hope everybody took thatlittle piece and re-listened to
it a hundred times.
'cause that right there is so,so powerful and I've got to
experience, one of your littlesessions and it's truly life
(17:06):
changing.
I think you're, I mean, I canrelate to you because of my
experience of I had somethingStop my life and, you know,
medical as well.
And then you start feeling theseopenings and same as you, we've
always been coached.
I think that comes in good and alittle off because the good
(17:29):
thing about it is we're lifelonglearners.
There are some people that arejust okay being unhappy and
settling with that, and I don'tknow if it's like the
competitiveness of like startingyoung or if it's just we're born
with it or how we get that, butit's like the drive to keep
going and keep finding purpose.
(17:52):
That's like I was competitivewhen I was in artistic figure
skating and then you werecompetitive in gymnastics and
we've always had a coach orsomething like going, if that
makes sense.
Does that make sense to you?
Like it absolutely makes sense.
Yeah.
And it's through that intentionthat you are really able to
(18:15):
continue.
Like there's not a day that goesby.
I will forever be a lifelonglearner.
Yeah.
I was speaking into, you know, the world shut down and it was
at that point, it was like thenext moment that I really knew I
wanted to step in.
I've always been in my masculineand it was always go, go, go.
(18:36):
Yeah.
And I started along with hearingthe message made for more.
I knew at that place that.
I wanted to embody a differentversion of me and to embody a
different version of me, Ineeded to find somebody that was
ahead of me that could guide medown that path.
Yeah.
And that's when I stepped into,I wanna say the most important
(18:58):
certification that I hold, whichis an ICM.
Which is the program accreditedby ICF, which I went on to get
my ICF certification, but I'm agold level practitioner and it
was that certification in twoand a half years with that coach
that really woke me up to who Iam at an essence level and that
(19:22):
from that place, it's reallyallowed this chapter for me to
step into this chapter and it bethe best chapter of my life.
In so many ways.
Oh, yes.
For anybody who's not familiarwith that, will you tell them
what that means?
Can you clarify what you want meto break down?
(19:43):
So like your certification andyour coaching that you have, can
you tell them like, as far aswhat that means?
Sure.
I'd love to, reflect back toyour audience.
The certification that Ireceived.
The coach that I worked with, this was 20 years of her life's
work, and she's apsychotherapist, a spiritual
(20:04):
psychologist.
Yeah.
And the reason, and now lookingback, like when I was coaching,
when I was building thosebusinesses, and that's why, you
know, with what Casey read, it'sbeen so long yet.
I was a good coach when Istepped into that program
because of the dynamics and themethodology.
Mm-hmm.
(20:25):
It, the two levels that I wastaught when I was surrounded, in
the things I was immersed in aretwo levels.
So it was mindset andbehavioral.
When I stepped in to get my ICFcertification, ICM
certification, it goes fivelayers deep, so it's somatic,
emotional, mental, behavioral.
(20:46):
Unconscious work.
And then when you are utilizingand you're really tuned into
what's gonna serve the person inthe moment, and I'm never
working all five levels yet.
What I am doing and why I am soeffective as a coach is I'm
always weaving throughawareness.
So holding space, askingpowerful questions, reflecting
(21:08):
back.
Then from that place I'm movingthrough and whatever is most
present on life for a client, Iam bringing awareness to that.
Yeah.
And then perhaps weaving in,whether it's Byron Katie's work
or it's work that I was trainedin under the University of Santa
Monica, so I'm really able tobreak through the block blocks.
(21:32):
And sometimes it doesn't happenovernight.
It depends the depth of whatsomebody's holding and storing
in their body.
And then from that lens, it'salways aligned to action.
So I'm always moving throughthat process, and that is the
power of the work that I gettrained in.
And the more that I step in andI will continuously learn,
(21:52):
although I'm not enrolled inthat program, I'm going back on
my own.
Mm-hmm.
And redoing the pro, you know, the program on my own because it
just deepens my ability tobecome an extraordinary coach.
Ah, I think that's why you arejust so powerful and so amazing.
Most people aren't aware or theyneed someone like you to coach
(22:16):
them to be able to connecteverything, and they're not even
aware of everything out there,if that makes sense.
Like how to bring thingstogether and even like.
The mind, the body, the spirit, like everything in one,
connecting, all the alignment inone.
There's so many people that justaren't aware of that, and it's
(22:42):
where, to me, unconscious workcoupled with somatic work is so
profoundly powerful because whenI'm utilizing one or the other,
or perhaps both.
Mm-hmm.
Maybe weaving a little of both,is that oftentimes people will
come.
And it's surface level, yet byutilization of really tapping
(23:05):
into what's not known.
Yeah, through unconscious workand really bringing it in the
body and using a little bit ofNLP, whatever I feel might serve
it becomes very intuitive that.
That's what has allowed me to bedoing the profound work that I'm
(23:25):
doing in the world.
And really just, to me, it's allabout like coming from the lens
of service.
Mm-hmm.
And how can I support, and fromthat place, it's just, that's
where the magic tap in.
And you're so right.
So many people have justcarried, and.
Most oftentimes, if not alltimes, it's not something that
(23:48):
has happened in the presentmoment.
It's a suppressed memory thattypically happens between, in my
experience, between the age oftwo and maybe seven.
Mm-hmm.
Something that person hasunconsciously blocked that let's
say, you know, somebody comes tome and they want me to coach
them on business strategy.
It's that thing that's keepingthem here because.
(24:12):
They've not broke through thatblock at the root.
Yes.
And from that place, when theygo to step in to cultivate a
business, there are those blockscoming up and they don't even
realize.
Yeah.
You're just so magical.
You have so much within you andso much knowledge, and I love
(24:35):
that you just share that you'recontinually working.
To make yourself reconnected andaligned.
And I mean it, as you said, itdoesn't happen overnight and you
are doing all these magicalthings and I have got to witness
some of these through ourconversations.
(24:57):
And like you have had a bigtransformation do you wanna talk
about manifestationtransformation?
Do you wanna talk about any ofthat?
Oh, I'd love to share somereflections with your audience
and if you are sitting herelistening in to this episode,
(25:19):
and you might be thinking toyourself that you want to
manifest something in thepresent moment.
I wanna share with you and giveyou the belief that it is so
possible.
And that, to me, and lookingback when I really stepped in
(25:41):
and through my growth, it wasabout, um, having the
opportunity to really start tolean in and trust and surrender.
As I started to lean in andtrust and surrender, I got very
clear, again with an intentionand as if it was already done.
(26:06):
So, for example, we sent ouryoungest off to NYU.
He's going into his senior year.
I'm so proud of him.
Congrats.
We made the decision that wewere gonna go test out what it
was like, and we did it thefirst year, just for a month.
Being in Miami.
So that year it was not what Ilooked like.
(26:28):
We did it very last minute.
We were not, it again, it wasn'tthe picture that I had been
visualizing in my mind.
Mm-hmm.
And it came together very lastminute.
Nonetheless, when I was there, that's when I really started to
tap into the power ofmanifestation in a new way that
I had not been doing it before.
Mm-hmm.
So when I was there, I took themonth and my like.
(26:52):
Intention was that for myhusband, the internet was fine.
His three monitor, or four maybeat that point, I don't know,
we're fine.
That everything went well withhim, that the house was fine,
that both kids were fine.
That was my intention.
It wasn't about like really, anything else except for the
(27:13):
fact that I learned in theprocess of manifestation in
order for me to manifest.
I need to clearly see it and ifpossible, I need to be a part of
it.
So what did I do with my extratime?
I knew I wanted to be on thewater.
(27:34):
I knew there were a handful ofbuildings, so I made
appointments and I got intounits that were right on the
water and then a littleopposition came in and I was
told, well, it's too early.
'cause we were there inFebruary.
The first year they said, yougotta start reaching out in like
(27:54):
August.
So I'll never forget, it waslike August 2nd and I was back
in New Jersey where we reside, right now.
And I started reaching out.
And from that place I was very, very specific.
This is what I'm looking for andwe're starting to get all these
comps sent to us.
I'm like, no, that's not it.
(28:15):
No, that's not it.
This is what I am looking for.
It doesn't have to be, you know, the 38th floor.
It needs to be a higher floor.
It needs to be facing the ocean.
It needs to have two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a
living room.
So nonetheless, within likeseven days, we get a message and
(28:38):
that is the building that wecurrently reside.
This will be our third year backin that building.
But what gets better about thisis I wrote out, it's part of the
work that I do, and I wrote outthis walking vision and I put in
there exactly how it was gonnalook.
'cause you know, again, we'reseeing pictures and I said, my
(28:59):
office will be right by thewindow.
Yes.
And sure enough, when I walkedin.
It was like a mid floor.
We were on floor 15 the firstyear, and, when I walked in my,
I wouldn't even call it anoffice, but I had a table, but
it was right facing thesegorgeous, like, you know,
(29:23):
multiple ways to go onto abalcony facing the ocean.
Yeah.
And then interestingly enough,we decided, well, we have a
little.
Doodle, who is my third son.
And, uh, there were two not sonice dogs on our floor that
really should not be in thatbuilding in all honesty, because
(29:45):
it's not safe for everybody inthat building.
And one day they went to goattack the dog and I stuck my
foot and like, luckily they justclawed, but it, I went down and
I'm like, Uhuh, like, and I knewthat we were not gonna be on 15
anymore.
Yeah, so we, from being there,we established a group of
friends who are amazing and Imiss them, and one of them is a
(30:08):
top realtor in Miami.
So he worked with me.
And then sure enough, from beingin that building and I guess
bringing my magic in mypresence, I became friendly with
the woman that oversee all theowners.
And I expressed to her that Idid not wanna be on that floor,
although I had expressed acouple times while we were there
during our.
(30:28):
Three and a half months a day.
And she worked with us.
She really liked us and she gotus in, and again, it was by
sight because the people thatown the unit didn't want people
to come in when they were there.
Yeah.
So I got to see a picture andyet again, I'm like, okay, this
(30:49):
is what it's gonna be and I'mgonna trust.
So from that place, I reallyjust put it out there that we
were gonna get the bid for theapartment.
Which is a unit that just gottotally remodeled.
That, again, same criteria thatwe had the years previous.
And, nonetheless we've gottenthat unit again for when we
(31:13):
return in mid-January.
That's just, it's incrediblebecause you fully just trust.
And I've seen that, that'sactually when I was on the call
with you when you were therelast with the ocean view.
Is that right?
Yes.
Yes.
Yeah.
(31:33):
And I was thinking, I did thatworkshop while I was in Miami.
Yes.
And I was thinking, oh mygoodness, that looks like heaven
to me.
That would be my dream is tohave a place like that.
For you just to trust and tojust go by like gut feelings and
everything and tell them andjust see a picture and be like,
yes, this is the place thatwe're gonna go.
I mean, that's really just alittle tiny bit of the
(31:56):
manifestation work that you doin your life.
Yeah, and I wanna express too, that.
When you start to tune in andyou dial that receiver, you tune
in and things start to cometowards you.
Yeah, and the more that I'vestepped into it over the past
(32:16):
two years.
I have now experienced, I wannasay four different times where
I've had quantum leaps that I'veset an intention.
I'm like, okay, why is this notvery clear what it is?
And shifted the outcome like ina very short period of time that
one happened to be monetary.
And you know, other times it'sbeen like really drawing towards
(32:40):
me what.
And it's not always materiallike it could be, you know?
Yeah.
It, it could be anything.
And that's why I saypossibilities exist.
Yeah.
And they're in front of you.
Anything is possible.
Anything is possible, but ittruly does.
Like to me, manifestation isabout surrendering and it is
(33:01):
about trusting that it isalready done.
Yeah.
Oh, that is so powerful.
And just your quantum leapsthose are huge.
You have literally said thingsand just trusted and they're
(33:23):
coming at you.
You're not chasing anything likeit's coming to you and you are a
person that.
So strong.
I'm gonna put post a picture ofyou so people can just see who
you are and like get, see thelight up of your face.
But you're just so strong inconnecting within yourself and
(33:45):
your body and everything, andtrusting the image that you see,
and everything just happens foryou.
It's like, you know, maybe somepeople would say like, good
luck.
There's no such thing.
I mean, you can call it whateveryou wanna call it, but your
quantum leaping really like inmanifesting all these wonderful
things and everybody works sohard in their life and it's like
(34:09):
the hustle, the grind, thechase, and you're setting back
and all these beautiful thingsare just coming to you.
And that's where it gets evenmore interesting.
First, I want to reflect back toyou.
What you see in me is in you.
Hmm.
I just have, thank you.
Been at this and I keeprefining, so that's what's
(34:33):
allowed me, like this took a lotof work.
Like it didn't again happenovernight.
Oh yeah.
That I started to experiencequantum leaps.
Yet from that place, I really dotruly believe that.
When we get very clear and whensomething, this is equally as
important as what has manifestedmm-hmm.
Is when we think thatsomething's not manifesting,
(34:57):
it's about getting really quietand tuning in, and then you
realize you miss the breadcrumbs.
Yes.
Yeah.
And those breadcrumbs Yeah.
Are the things that bring thoseinfinite possibilities.
And even me, recently Iexperienced that and then that's
(35:18):
when I had this next s quantumleap.
'cause I slowed down.
I really took the time to justbe with what was coming up.
Mm-hmm.
And I was not focusing on thebreadcrumbs.
Ah, yes.
That's like the juiciness of allthis.
It's like.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I get so excited when you talkabout that because yeah, it's
(35:41):
not overnight work.
You have been doing so much toheal yourself.
You have so many certifications, but you also know how to truly
connect and then you can coachthese things to people and you
can see through people.
I truly believe when you guyshave, if you walk in a room.
(36:05):
People can feel your presence.
When you're on a call, peoplecan feel your presence because
you have this like theconfidence, but not even just
like the confidence, but peopleglow with energy.
You can, it's like around them, you, if that makes sense.
Like you just shine so bright ina room and you bring calmness
and peace, but at the same time, you are so powerful in the work
(36:30):
you're doing.
You just said it.
When I get quiet, people aremissing the things because we're
going so fast.
We're not taking the time tostop and just truly listen and
trust anything, and that is likesomething you're so good at and
(36:53):
you coach on all of thesewonderful things like yeah.
I just, I can't even tell himhow powerful you are through the
screen.
It's just like you have to be inyour presence to understand it,
to know to fill it, becausethere's so many little things,
just through words you've saidthat have like about healing and
(37:15):
just little things you've saidto me, little comments and I'm
like, oh, I receive that.
Like, because you've done thework to yourself.
You show us that it's possible.
Thank you, my sweet friend, andknow that, you know, if you are
going through a healing journeyand you're listening in on this,
(37:37):
whenever that might be, again,my healing has not been the four
minute mile.
I can continue to step into somechallenges that I'm having with
my back.
Yet I am so clear that overtime.
Mm-hmm.
That I've made so many stridesyet I'm coming up about
(38:00):
something that I just need toaddress on September 4th.
From that place I'm calling inlike that, it's the next step in
my progression in my healing.
So if you're healing and you arenot healing abracadabra, no, it
takes time.
This has been four years in themaking.
(38:21):
And again, my injuries.
That are part of the old me.
Were pretty severe.
Yeah.
Yet I have an, you know, I willshare, I have an internal spinal
cord stimulator since we've beenin Miami.
For the most part, it's been off80% of the time.
So again, it didn't happenovernight though.
(38:42):
It happened over a progressionof four years.
So I wanna touch on that reallyfast because.
Yes, you have that.
And honestly, when you have wentin and other things, you've
talked about how you were afterthat, you're a blessing to be
(39:05):
here.
Like you have been through somuch and recovered and.
Yes, you need that spinal cordstimulator, but you're here with
us today.
Yeah.
And again, through the healing,it's now off more than it's on.
(39:28):
Yeah.
And that's the beautiful thing.
Yeah.
That it intermittently will getturned on.
Mm-hmm.
Yet it's not something I am opento.
At this point it's embedded.
Like it would be a big, big, yeah.
Procedure to have it so one, onestep at a time, yet I don't know
(39:51):
that I'll ever go that route, but I can easily turn it off
like it's been, again, that'swhen I think it's powerful is
that you're honest about thatbecause you don't sugarcoat that
you have that, I mean, you'relike, I have this and.
Because you've also seen thepower of healing, and you've
(40:12):
worked with some of the most,oh, powerful coaches out there,
mentors, guides, whatever youwanna call'em, that you have
seen miracles happen in front ofyou, and you know it's out
there.
Over and over and over again andmm-hmm.
I'd love to reflect to youraudience, like if you're in the
(40:34):
position that you need a coach,I wanna share with you, it's
really important to work with askilled coach.
I'm not saying that has to beme.
Yeah.
Yet to work with a coach that iscertified or trauma informed.
Mm-hmm.
And that can hold space withsafety and with presence.
And if you are looking at aspecific coach or a program.
(40:57):
Please do your research.
Mm-hmm.
As you don't want to jump into apotential situation where
somebody cannot support you andhold space with safety and then
get triggered.
And it's termed when you'retalking about healing or trauma,
that you go outside of yourwindow.
And I've seen it happen in aprogram.
(41:18):
Mm-hmm.
And although that's not me, Icould witness it'cause I'm that
well-trained.
To see that people's weregetting very deregulated when
certain things that I won't evenmention on this podcast were
being spoken into.
Yeah, so use caution.
Really, you know, make sure thatthe person that you potentially
(41:38):
want to work with is skilled.
Do they know parts work?
Are they trauma informed?
Mm-hmm.
Lots of variables in that.
You wanna make sure that whenyou're stepping in to work with
somebody that they can hold foryou, inner and outer.
Yeah.
That's, that's the magic rightthere is you have been through
(41:59):
it yourself.
You have witnessed it and nowyou coach on all of this and you
continue to keep having thesequantum leaps and all these
wonderful manifestations happenfor you.
Just to be able to like witnesslike a small portion of this is
(42:21):
huge.
I'm so honored that you asked meto be your guest.
And I'd love to offer youraudience.
I have a, PDF that speaks intothis called 10 Tips to
Abundance, that's got one of myfavorite short 15 minute
meditations.
Some really powerful promptsthat go along with it to really
(42:44):
lean in and to be able for youraudience to call in.
Whatever infinite possibilitiesthey would like to call in.
Yeah.
And to anybody that's listening, and is called or in a place that
they want to go from good togreat to extraordinary.
I will offer anybody thatlistens, offer the first three
(43:06):
people that reach out.
And I will keep, Casey, informedand I will offer you
complimentary being of service,a 30 minute breakthrough call.
Hmm.
Thank you so much for doing thatto these listeners, if you
listen to this and listen to hervoice, you'll hear the power and
everything she says.
And she speaks of service.
(43:28):
You're just such an amazing, beautiful human.
And I'll put that PDF in theshow notes if that's okay.
If you could tell them, soeverybody's on different stages
of their life.
If you could tell them one thingto start today, what would you
suggest?
To really sit, like perhaps goout in in nature and take off
(43:52):
your shoes ground and just allowyourself the gift of 10 minutes.
Tune in, close your eyes, take anice slow, deep breath into your
heart space.
Allow it to be there.
Start to feel your heartbeat, and from that place, allow the
aperture to expand and really.
(44:13):
Call in an intention foryourself.
What is next for you?
What infinite possibilities doyou want to call in?
And from that place, reallyallow yourself to come out of
that 10 minutes, that sacredspace, that you next edge and
(44:33):
take aligned action one step ata time.
It's the biggest gift that youcan give yourself in the present
moment.
That is so, so powerful.
I could talk to you for hoursand I wanna thank you for that
because it just shows that youstill do these things.
(44:57):
Yeah.
Every single day.
Day every day.
Yeah.
I was like, every single day.
Yes, I knew.
And you put so much.
Into who you are as a humanbeing, a person, a mother, a
wife, a friend.
You are just so powerful and Ijust think you, um, if people
wanna connect with you, where isthe best place for them to find
(45:18):
you?

(45:39):

send you over my website.

valuable.
I've gotten the best feedback onit that anybody that's tuned
into it, it has been.
That thing that's helped themget clarity to move forward.
(46:00):
Oh, I can't wait to go check itout myself.
And I thank you for offeringthat to them.
You have offered so much andjust the gift of you being here.
Do you have any final partingwords?
I just wanna wish all of you, whoever hits play, I want to
