Applied Impact Robotics was formed after winning the Chrysalix PETRONAS Incentive Challenge, hosted on HeroX. This challenge was searching for safe and economically viable solutions to inspect the tank bottoms of the Aboveground Storage Tanks without any interruption in service and requiring no human entry.
