DALLAS,Texas — A 54-year-old man was arrested following an active shootercall on July 16, 2025, in the 1500 block of North Beckley Avenue.Southwest Patrol officers responded to the scene after witnessesreported a man shooting at a car.
Uponarrival, officers found David Frank, of Dallas, Texas, at a residenceon Beckley Avenue, along with fired cartridge casings and possibleblood on the ground, indicating a recent shooting, according to apress release from the department. Detectives obtained a searchwarrant, leading to the seizure of two handguns, ammunition, bodyarmor, and gang paraphernalia associated with a known motorcyclegang. A second search warrant allowed officers to confiscateadditional gang memorabilia, including a leather vest with patches.
