In this interview, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Executive Director of Growth and Development, John Tuders.
John has a rich history in the Financial Services industry and actually began his career working in minor league baseball. He doesn’t know a stranger and he is one of those teammates you want to work with because he always makes you feel like he wants you to succeed more than himself. He’s a natural teacher and a Servant Leader.
Usually, we spend a lot of time getting to know our teammates outside of work and we do that here but you’ll quickly see that John is really passionate about leadership development training and building relational capital. We spend a lot of time digging into these topics.
This episode is longer than usual but regardless of whether you’re a veteran in the industry or just getting started, there is something for everyone in this interview.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
