Welcome to Inside the Epicenter with Joel and Lynn Rosenberg, brought to you by the Joshua Fund. In this episode, we travel to the Calvary Chapel East Coast Pastors Conference in Philadelphia, where Joel addresses a crucial issue: why are so many young evangelicals turning against Israel? Drawing on decades of experience, Joel outlines seven key reasons behind this shift, ranging from gaps in biblical teaching and the impact of secular culture to a lack of compassion for Palestinians within the church. He shares how recent events, including the October 7th attacks, have transformed the region and highlights the Joshua Fund’s mission to bring practical aid and the love of Jesus to both Israelis and their neighbors. Join us as we examine what’s at stake for the next generation and how we can reclaim a biblical vision for Israel, the Middle East, and the church’s role in the epicenter today.

Verse of the Day: John 10:10. The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy. But I came that they might have life and have it abundantly.

Pray for people to be part of fulfilling the Great Commission in the epicenter that God would raise up laborers and send them to the field, and that his church would resource those laborers more and more.

Pray also for our young people, the next generation, that they may be educated about Israel, that they may have a heart to truly know God's word and understand God's love for Israel and her neighbors. We truly need to pray for this generation to regain a solid understanding of Scripture.
