Inside The Trades seeks to find the answers on closing the talent gap and making the skilled trades an attractive destination for the next generation.We see the solution to this problem sits with the youth of today and helping them learn how the skilled trades are a pathway to a lucrative career. We talk with community and business leaders and hear their stories about the education, innovations and technology they're using today to build fulfilling careers.
