Today I am sitting down with a friend of mine, Savannah Christiansen! She is a wonderful mother of four, and a wife of eighteen years. In addition to that, she is an entrepreneur, esthetician, co-owner and designer of Bossed Beauty and Wellness; a co-op community work space that emphasizes holistic health, healing, and eco-friendly practices.
On this episode, we discuss Savannah’s alcohol-free journey as she is hitting her 5 year anniversary July 8th, 2024! We start at the beginning of her story when she started to realize that alcohol was becoming a negative in her life, to then quitting cold turkey, how she has been able to cope at times, different practices she has started to do to show herself more self care and a healthier lifestyle. Savannah then takes us into the motivation behind Bossed Beauty and Wellness, everything the space offers and why it is my new favorite space in the STL area!
