Insights with Alicia-Revisiting Giving the Benefit of the Doubt

I decided to revisit an old episode of Insights with Alicia after a conversation I had with someone. She was talking about how she was repeatedly giving someone the benefit of the doubt and it was affecting the friendship. The friendship had become one sided and she was unhappy.

Sometimes our giving nature can put us in a place where we over give through the concept of giving the benefit of the doubt. I have been guilty of this which is why I originally created this episode.

As I took another look at this information, I realized I had recently fallen into some of the hidden negative sides of giving someone the benefit of the doubt. So here it is again in case anyone else needs to have this information! It’s good stuff!
