From August 25 to 29, Montréal welcomes the Mobility Cup—Canada’s international regatta for sailors with disabilities. Hosted this year at the Pointe-Claire Yacht Club, in partnership with the Association Québécoise de voile adaptée (AQVA), the event showcases not only competitive sailing but also resilience, independence, and the belief that anyone can sail.

In this episode, we’re joined by Paula Stone, Vice President of AQVA, who has been championing adaptive sailing for nearly three decades, and Marc Villeneuve, a longtime AQVA member and experienced Mobility Cup participant. Together, they share stories of the life-changing impact of adaptive sailing, and the camaraderie that defines the Mobility Cup.

Whether you’re a sailor, a sports fan, or simply curious about the power of inclusion, this conversation will leave you inspired—and maybe even ready to set sail yourself!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
