This is certainly the season for indulgence. The Holiday season abounds with tasty, savory, decadent and sweet treats. And honestly, the reality is that we have already been using food as a means to cope with our overwhelming emotions in this horrific year. So, it begs the question...is it okay to cheat and overeat during the Holidays?
This is our topic today as we look at emotional eating, clever marketing, diets and finding food freedom. I provide two easy tips to consider when eating during this holiday season.
Reminder...I'm trying to prepare you for RESILIENCE in January 2021!! As you heard in the podcast, I have an incredible group program focusing on the Food Freedom Framework starting January 11th.
