Amy Puzey is a holistic nutritionist, mother, and long time competitive trail runner who lives in Invermere, BC. She is also the founder and CEO of Goodphyte, a company dedicated to making the enzyme phytase easily available worldwide. We first heard from Amy in episode 99 where she introduced us to herself and explained how curiosity led her to research this super-powered digestive enzyme.
