With his background as a CPA, Shane initially caught the real estate bug in Kitchener-Waterloo through single-family home investments.
His story unfolds with a pivotal move during the 2010 recession, transitioning from Toronto to Chicago, and eventually finding his niche in Texas's multifamily investment market in 2016.
