With his background as a CPA, Shane initially caught the real estate bug in Kitchener-Waterloo through single-family home investments. 

His story unfolds with a pivotal move during the 2010 recession, transitioning from Toronto to Chicago, and eventually finding his niche in Texas's multifamily investment market in 2016. 

Discover how Shane's roles in acquisitions, financing, and asset management have led him to manage nearly 2,000 units, alongside co-founding a multifamily construction and rehab company.
