Speaker 1 (00:18):
Your life is your greatest work of art.
It all relates back to thesynchronicity.
Welcome everybody to IntegrateYourself.
I'm your host, alison Pillow, and you can find me at
alasampillowcom orfinallythrivenbookcom.
Today I'm speaking with CraigGoldberg.

(00:42):
He is a relaxation expert andtechnologist on a quest to help
humanity achieve a deeper senseof intercomness through the use
of sound and vibrationtechnology.
He's a vibro acoustic therapypractitioner and his work is
backed by 40-plus years ofresearch showing the many

(01:02):
benefits of this type of therapy.
So today's show was so amazingand I enjoyed it so much,
because I'm really into thisLearning more about frequency,
vibration, how it all works withthe physical realm and the
energetic realm, how theyinterplay and how it really

(01:24):
helps with the body and itshealing process.
It's everything is what I'mlearning.
So today is a really amazingshow to learn more about that.
So I hope you enjoyed as muchas I did.
So my insight for today is allabout Creatorship, and this has
a lot to do with vibration too, because we have natural law and

(01:44):
one of the natural laws is aboutvibration the law of vibration
And I feel like that's verysuitable for today's show to
talk about, as it relates to ourpersonal Creatorship.
And, as you know, if you'veread my book you'll see the
chapter about what you focus onflourishes.
And that's an old saying, butit's very true, because when we

(02:06):
focus our energy in a certaindirection or to certain people
or to certain events it creates, you actually get in tune with
that vibration.
So how it works is you startwith the energy tone.
So where you you know, youstart by focusing on the things
you want to focus on withfeeling, saying them out loud,

(02:31):
and then that changes yourfrequency.
So it's like changing a channelor a radio station or something
just tuning into a differentradio station.
So it brings you to that.
And what I teach my students iswe do what's called energy
statements.
And this is what I learned frommy coach, hannah Beers.
She taught me how to set thetone for your energy.

(02:52):
And really this is just aquestion.
It's not an affirmation as muchas it turns into an affirmation
eventually, but what it startsoff as is a way to tone the
energy and to redirect it.
So it's a question what will ittake to?
or what will it take for me tofill in the blank?
And so once we've set theenergy tone and we can redirect

(03:17):
it, then we can actually changeour frequency tuning into a
different station, so to speak.
And then what that does is ithas an effect on our vibration,
because what the law ofvibration is all about is that
everything is vibrating, even ifit looks solid, like the table
that you're sitting in front of.
Even though it looks solid, ithas movement in it.

(03:40):
It's vibrating on some level, even though you can't see it
with your eyes.
So your body is like that too.
We're all vibrating, and sowhat this means is that, because
of that, you are attractingwith your vibration or going to

(04:00):
a certain dimension of realitywith your vibration when you
have a certain level of it.
So, for example, if we'revibrating slower, we're going to
have a lower density reality,as if we were vibrating higher
and higher frequency.
And so you can see this in live, like they look at a
hummingbird's wings.
If it goes, they go so fast youcan't really see their wings.

(04:22):
You know there's a lot ofanimals that demonstrate this,
and your body can be the samething.
So just think of it like that.
It's really cool.
And we can also look atsomatics and see how that works,
which is where they put thesand on the plate and then they
play an instrument and itcreates different forms, kind of

(04:43):
like snowflakes or sacredgeometry forms, and so this is
the same thing with your bodyYour body will reform physically
when you get into a certainvibration.
So this is what we're puttingtogether, putting together all
the pieces of this, and it's socool.
I really love it.
So, as this relates to yourpersonal creative, if you can

(05:04):
begin to repattern and becomeaware of stories that are really
running in your subconsciousmind and start to change the
beliefs around that change thestory around, that create new
stories, really clear the oldstuff, the old programming that

(05:25):
we've grown up with, that we'velearned throughout the years,
that's been projected on us fromother people, because sometimes
we just see life through otherpeople's eyes and we think
that's the way to do it, butreally we have to learn how to
start seeing life through ourown eyes, our own way of doing
it, and so that takes what'scalled an individuation process.

(05:48):
You have to individuateyourself from the collective for
a bit to get to know yourselfand feel your own energy, feel
your own vibration, know whatthat feels like, and then you
come back into the collectivefrom there.
So it's like we're reallycreating our outside world from
our internal world.

(06:09):
Another law, a natural law, isso within, so without.
So what you're creating withinis getting created without, and
vice versa.
So if you're always lookingoutside of yourself, you're
creating that, you know so andmissing the inside parts.
Right, so that's another way tolook at it.

(06:29):
So what I wanted to say aboutcreativity, personal creativity
is that we are here to create.
This is what we're here to do,and I've been thinking about
this for years, and this is whyI've been in into creativity for
the past three years, because Ifeel like it is.
It is the pathway to thishigher enlightenment place

(06:53):
within ourselves.
You know, it doesn't have tocome in a beautiful spiritual
package, although thesespiritual tools and teachings
are wonderful, but it has to besomething that we can practice
on a daily basis, to come hometo ourself, that really
resonates with our soul, youknow.
So, again, you're not you're.
You're trusting within.

(07:14):
You're learning how tocultivate that trust within, to
know what tools to use, how touse them, how to prioritize time
with yourself So that you canbring back that time, focus and
interest into yourself.
And again, that's redirectingthat focus to learn how to take
care of yourself, and then youget to go back in the outside
world and extend that care toothers.

(07:36):
And you can only do that whenyou're starting to practice that
for yourself And from there youcan.
You get to create whatever you'dlike.
You get to create somethingdifferent.
You get to use your imaginationto do that.
But if we're not going withinfirst, if we're, if we're
creating what I call just in adistorted way, if we have a

(07:56):
distorted creative, that meanswe're creating out of old wounds
or traumas that we're not awareof, that are really running in
the background, and this couldbe just something, a belief you
picked up along the way.
It doesn't have to be.
You know, something that youremember as a trauma, and it can
also be something that was verytraumatizing for you.

(08:17):
So it could be anything.
So that's why it's reallyimportant for us to start to
reflect on that, start to lookwithin and see what's going on,
see what's blocking us frombeing the creators that we
really are, which is we cancreate anything And that's
really special.
So I teach my students this inmy class.

(08:40):
Finally, thriving program, andwe're getting ready to do
another one in August.
So if you want to get on themailing list for that, to get
notified when it goes, whenregistration becomes open, go
ahead and get on my newsletter.
You can go to Alice in Polocomand get on it there.
I will put a link in the shownotes And we're going to be

(09:00):
doing a three month, 12 week or12 week course and coaching
program.
So each week you get a modulefrom the course and basically a
lesson and you get to.
You know, have a full week topractice it.
I wanted to give everybodyenough space to be able to
really integrate what I'mguiding you through here.
And then we have a live groupcoaching session with me every

(09:24):
week and I have a couple ofguest speakers that come in.
We do a breath work meditationtogether and I teach you how to
move the energy through withbreath work.
It's something that you can useevery day.
To do that as well as we gothrough voice and we learn about
our voice signatures and welearn about how voice can
actually change your bodyvibration too.

(09:46):
It's really cool, as well asgetting grounded in your
wellness routine, like how areyou doing with your nurturing
and nourishing yourself withfood and movement and rest and
play and all of those things.
So we go through all that andthen at the end of it, you come
out with a wellness practicethat works specifically for you,

(10:07):
where you can now start to bethe creator of your own reality.
You get to take that power backand assume full responsibility
for that in your life, and thenyou don't get dragged in all
these, all these dramas in yourlife.
You don't get pulled in.
You become more aware of what'shappening.

(10:28):
So if you do get pulled intosomething, then you have the
tools and the skills to bringthat awareness to that situation
and then you know, make it abetter situation for yourself
from that.
So that's another way to lookat it.
So really getting out ofsurvival mode, those reactive
responses of not being aware ofwhat's happening subconsciously

(10:51):
in ourselves, and then bringingthat into awareness so that we
can become the consciouscreators we have always been.
So if you want to be a part ofthat class, it's a really
amazing class.
The next group is going to beincredible.
I just know it.
We're going to have so much fun.
We always do.
Go ahead and sign up, for youcan sign up for actually a

(11:13):
discovery call with me if youwant to talk to me more about it
and sign up there, or you canget on my newsletter list and I
will be sending you details verysoon.
So thank you so much, everybody, and, without further ado, i
want to introduce you to CraigGoldberg.
Everybody, enjoy Your life isyour greatest work of art.

(11:52):
Welcome to the show today.
Everybody have a wonderfulguest.
I have Craig Goldberg today.
He's a relaxation expert andtechnologist on a quest to help
humanity achieve a deeper senseof inner calmness through the

(12:15):
use of sound and vibrationtechnology.
He is a Vibro acoustic therapypractitioner and his work is
backed by 40 plus years ofresearch showing the many
benefits of this type of therapy.
He is also a patented inventor, constantly exploring new ways

(12:35):
to use sound and vibration tohelp people reduce stress and
anxiety, heal and transformtheir lives for the better.
Craig is passionate about hiswork and truly believes in its
ability to provide a path towarda more peaceful and fulfilling
life.
Thanks so much for coming onthe show today, craig.
I'm so happy you're here.

Speaker 2 (12:56):
You're welcome, allison, great for to be here.
Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
You're so welcome.
Yeah, i was so interested inhaving you on because you're
talking about sound andvibration therapy, which is a
big thing.
People are talking about thatlately and there's so many
products now that are coming outthat are helping people heal
this way, and so I wanted toexpose people to what you're

(13:21):
doing.
So I'd love for you to sharemore about yourself, how you got
into all this, like if you havea background in music or if you
just stumbled upon it adifferent way.
I'd love to hear about it.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
Yeah, thank you.
I appreciate that There isn't alot of buzz around what we're
doing.
We've been doing this for sixyears, So we've watched this
slow roll of interest coming outfrom really all walks of life,
all different countries.
It's been really a magical kindof build, as we've been out of
vandalizing and talking andhaving a very similar

(13:54):
conversation for the last sixyears.
It's nice to see what'shappening right now.
I am very much like many ofyour listeners.
About a decade ago maybe alittle bit more at this point my
wife got sick and doc after doc, nobody could tell us what was
wrong.
In the end, after test aftertest and negative after negative
, it went up being gluten.

(14:16):
We removed gluten from her dietand within 72 hours all of her
symptoms went away.
It was what doctors calledmiraculous And we began to deep
dive into really understandingthe impact and the influence of
the foods that we're consumingand its impact on our physiology
and its impact on our immunesystem in particular.

(14:36):
And this led to a deep diveinto, obviously, diet and
nutrition and understandingbiochemically what's happening
in the body when we're exposedto different environments Mainly
what we put in our mouth, whatwe put on our skin and what we
allow to be kept in the airaround us, And my wife and I got
really into this.
When you start to dive intothese topics, you start to

(14:58):
realize that perfume and cologne, deodorant and lotions some of
them have really horrendousingredients in them And we
basically decided to ridourselves of all of these
ingredients all at once.
It was a big weekend as we weregetting prepped for our
weddings, And part of that wasthe cologne and perfume and

(15:18):
deodorant the big ones that Ihad mentioned.
I went to work one day and Icame back and my wife kind of
gave it to me at the door, gaveme a hug and a kiss And she was
kind of like how long have yousmelled like that?
And I'm like I don't know whatyou're talking about.
I smell great, Like I'm fine,And she's like no, you're not
leaving the house like thistomorrow.
And she went out to the localhealth food store and she came

(15:40):
back with like 25 bottles ofessential oils And this began a
love affair with understandingessential oils.
We deep dove into that.
We started traveling all aroundthe country teaching, training
and educating on the efficacy ofessential oils Really powerful
topic.
It's something that's near anddear to my heart.
And we're going to these yogafestivals, yoga retreats, and
they all have some kind of soundhealers that are there.

(16:00):
And I gravitate towards thesound healers and I literally go
to my hotel room, I get settledand then I go straight to these
sound therapists and soundhealers and I fell in love with
it.
And I'm an audiophile, I likegood sound and I've always had a
great sound system.
So I bought a Gong CD and aCrystal Bowl CDs and I went home

(16:22):
and I cranked it out of mystereo system to try and
recreate that same experiencethat I had in front of a bowl.
And it turns out I was usingthe wrong technology.
Technology that I needed was atactile transducer and literally
just a few months after playingwith this and trying to figure
it out myself, I was introducedto my now business partner,
Dominic, who had the first soundlounge, and I had my first

(16:43):
sound lounge experience.
And this is a piece oftechnology that you can use
think of it as a delivery systemfor sound and frequency
directly to the body.
And of course, this was sixyears ago.
I know an awful lot more aboutit at this point And we have
dove deep into understandingsound and vibration and its
impact on our physiology.
Hence the certification inVibroacoustic Therapy, which is

(17:06):
the body of research thatgoverns what we do.
And, as you mentioned in theopener, that body of research
goes back to the late 1970s morethan 40 years at this point and
is focused on how sound andfrequency impacts our physiology
, our anatomy, our neurology, and how it can have a soothing
and calming effect on our day today lives and on our nervous

(17:27):
system, or our nerve system AndI'm kind of changing the name to
the nervous system.
That's like the calling it,like the anxiety system.

Speaker 1 (17:35):
I've heard other people say that Yeah.

Speaker 2 (17:39):
I like the nerve system and really how our nerves
operate in the body.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
Yeah Well, thank you so much.
Yes, i would like to expand onsomething you mentioned about
Vibroacoustic Therapy and thebenefits from that.
I would love to kind of startthere and what it's doing for
our nervous systems, what you'refinding with the people you're
working with as well.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
Yeah, so Vibroacoustic Therapy?
it's obviously a big word.
Vibro means vibration, acousticmeans sound, so it's vibration
and sound therapy.
Sound and vibration is aroundall of us, all the time.
Even now, as it's nice pinquiet here in my room, there is
still a hum coming from theelectricity, coming from the
different frequency devices thatare in our everyday lives.

(18:27):
We're constantly exposed to allsorts of different frequencies,
whether it's the humming of theelectric lawn or the lawn mower
that's outside cutting thegrass.
Your body is constantly cominginto what's called harmonic
resonance with all of thefrequencies that we're exposed
to on a regular basis, good orbad.
I don't believe there are anybad frequencies, but basically

(18:48):
the benefits of VibroacousticTherapy are putting yourself in
an environment that has aconsistent and positive impact
on your physiology, using soundand frequency, using music.
That's ultimately what this isall about.
We all know we all vibe to aparticular music that we just
resonate with.
That.
It's our jam.
For me it happens to be housemusic, melodic house, deep house

(19:11):
That's my favorite.
But for others, like RaquelFiglo does all of my press and
PR And she's in heavy metal, that's like her jam.
And we just went on a.
We were just down at the SuperBowl this past weekend with our
tech and we drove all the waydown, we drove all the way back
And she kept playing a couple oftracks every now and again.
She's like you don't reallylove this, do you?
And I'm like, no, it's just notmy jam, right?

(19:34):
Not bad frequencies, just notin my vibe, right?
So we all and that could behouse music, hip hop, it could
be classical, whatever it mightbe.
Vibroacoustic Therapy simplyfocuses on specific frequencies
and their impact on yourphysiology.
How do we do that?
What benefits do we bring?
to answer your question, wecommonly relax the nervous

(19:54):
system by triggering specificchemical cascades that bring
about a parasympathetic nervoussystem response, which is
associated with cool, common, collective, as opposed to a
sympathetic nervous systemresponse, which is associated
with stress and anxiety or fightor flight.
And many of us are walkingaround in that sympathetic
nervous system responsetriggered all day long and we

(20:16):
can't figure out why.
And we could talk about whatthose reasons are.
Some of the other benefits inaddition to resetting the
nervous system in about a matterof about 15 minutes, we also
send triggers and send messagesto every muscle group in the
body telling it to relax.
So not only are you resettingthe nervous system, but you're

(20:38):
also literally sending a triggerthat overrides the brain's
control of the nervous system, telling those muscles to relax.
It helps with lymphaticdrainage, helps with recovery
for elite athletes which is whywe're down at the Super Bowl or
for weekend warriors.
The same time increases thatrecovery period, shortens that
recovery period and increasesyour ability to recover after a
strenuous workout.

(20:58):
And then my favorite, which isit just feels good.
That's my favorite too.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
This is a very pleasurable experience, right,
yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
Well, when it comes to biohacking, i think of like
cold therapy.
Nobody likes cold therapy, nobody likes diving in the 33
degree water.
That's never fun, but we do itfor the mental benefits of it as
well as the physical.
Vibroacoustic therapy, on theother hand, feels amazing And
it's very soothing and calmingto the conscious mind as much as

(21:28):
it is to the subconscious mind.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
Yeah, that's so valuable.
It's so valuable And it's goodfor us to know that getting into
alignment, getting in thatharmonic state and aligned with
that is so easy.
It's just so natural, right.
And because our bodies vibrate, our bodies have that sound of
vibration.

(21:50):
No, you can't really hear it,but it is vibrating, and so is
the earth is too.
So we're always kind ofcalibrating to these vibrations
in our environment.
And so with that, i want toalso talk about something you
also mentioned.
There is.
Well, you did say earlier thatthere's no bad frequencies, but

(22:11):
you were mentioned also thatsometimes people feel really
crappy and they don't know why.
And it's sometimes because theyare in maybe lower density
frequencies or maybe thefrequency of all the electronics
we have, our electromagneticswe have around us.
Could that be what's going onin your opinion, and does the

(22:35):
acoustics the help of that?
Yeah, so we, just we, just we,just we just went through right.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
everybody, all human kind on the entire planet, we
all just went through thispandemic.
And hopefully we're on the otherside of that.
They say here in the States, things are going to open up, the
emergency acts is going to belifted and blah, blah, blah.
Right, We're going to pushthrough.
And that's amazing.
Most of us are back to what's anormal life anyhow.
The next pandemic that we'regoing to face is one of mental

(23:04):
health, is one of figuring out,of figuring out, and really this
pandemic did, did wonders toincrease suicide rates.
And I mean the mental healthpandemic is really here right
now.
Anybody that's in that spacewill tell you that all of the
numbers are through the roof.
Suicide rates are on theincrease.
Treatment, resistant depressiontreatment, resistant anxiety,

(23:27):
PTSD.
Look, families just spent a lotof time together, locked down
in their homes.
That led to tons of familyissues.
And again, we are facing somepretty big issues when it comes
to mental health here in theUnited States.
I can't speak for the rest ofthe world, but certainly here in
the United States, And a bigpart of that is because many of

(23:50):
us are walking around in atriggered nervous system
response, in that sympatheticnervous system response.
So we talked briefly alreadysympathetic versus
parasympathetic.
Sympathetic is associated withstress and anxious.
If you're stressed and anxious, and many of us are.
You're walking around insympathetic nervous system
response.
Well, why is that So?
that part of the brain thattriggers the nervous system and

(24:10):
with sympathetic nervousresponse is part of our
reptilian brain.
It's been around for millionsof years or maybe not, but
thousands of years nonethelessAnd it is triggered to keep us
alive.
It is triggered to bring youfrom KUKAM and collected in a
fight or flight.
Now, that's designed when yourbody is in danger, when your
life is in danger, AndFortunately or unfortunately,

(24:35):
many of us were walking around.
We're pretty safe.
You look like you're in areally nice home.
I'm certainly here in a nicehouse.
There's a lock on my front door.
Nobody's really banging down myfront door.
I suppose the possibility isthere that there are certainly
break-ins and burglarizinghouses and homes, but generally
speaking, we live in a prettysafe environment.

(24:56):
So if I live in this safeenvironment, then why am I being
triggered?
And that's because we perceivethese external threats and
happenings as something that's athreat to our livelihood or a
threat to our lives.
Something negative happens atwork, There's a threat to my
income stream, Something happenswith a family member.
All of a sudden, these newthreats are being interpreted by

(25:19):
the brain as a threat to ourlife.
Or one of my favorites, whereI'm driving in the car and this
beautiful device is just outsideof reach and it's dinging and
it's going off And I've gotmessages coming in and I can't
get to it.
That's triggering a nervoussystem response.
Being angry, being unhappy forwhatever reason sometimes
justified, sometimes notjustified It triggers this

(25:41):
sympathetic nervous systemresponse.
Now, when we're in a sympatheticnervous system response, four
things happen and this is reallyimportant to understand.
Once you understand and canfigure out why you're getting
triggered, we're moreimportantly, what you can do to
become untriggered like usingour technology, like taking a
few deep breaths, like gettingout into nature.
There's a lot of differentsolutions out there, But there
are four things that happen.
The first and most important isadrenaline and cortisol flow

(26:03):
through your blood.
This sends power and strengthenergy to the major muscle
groups of the body and itremoves energy from other places
.
Also, that cortisol makes youhyper aware and hyper present in
the current moment, And this isreally important because if you
get triggered by reading anemail right before you go to bed
, you're not going to sleep verywell because of that cortisol

(26:26):
and adrenaline that's flowingthrough your body bloodstream.
So there's a lot of differentapplications to understanding
these four things.
So that adrenaline and cortisolis flowing through your blood,
That adrenaline and cortisolbegins to turn off three main
functions in the body.
The first is it turns offdigestion.
Digestion is the second mostexpensive process in the body as
far as energy is consumingbehind the brain And you don't

(26:52):
need to digest food if your lifeis in danger.
You need to fight or run, Sodigestion is turned off.
The second is it turns off yourimmune system.
Something that's prettyimportant over the last three
years is having an active immunesystem.
But if you're fearful or scared, if you have that triggered
nervous system response andsympathetic, your immune system
is turned off.

(27:12):
And lastly, and I think mostimportantly, it turns off
rational thinking.
So, even though you're makingdecisions, you're not making
rational decisions.
So, even though you thinkyou're making a good decision,
it is not rational.
In fact, it's quite theopposite You're being irrational
in those decisions that you'remaking.
So really, when you're in thatsympathetic nervous system
response, you're reallyill-equipped to handle

(27:34):
day-to-day trials andtribulations in this amazing
society that we have co-created.
So it's really important thatyou do something to get yourself
back into that power, sympathetic, back into that cool
, common, collected outlook onlife.
And many of us are walkingaround in a sympathetic nervous
system response from the momentwe wake up until the moment we
go to bed And then we're tossingand turning all night.

(27:55):
We can't figure out why we'renot feeling well, that you have
adrenal fatigue, you have issueswith your thyroid, all of your
hormones start to misfire andyou have issues with digestion,
leaky gut and a variety of otherthings that can start to come
from it.
And a lot of it stems from thefact that we're walking around
in a triggered sympatheticnervous system response for a

(28:15):
majority of the day And it takeshours for us to naturally get
back to parasympathetic, fromsympathetic, from stressed and
anxious, to cool, common,collected.
So tools like ours and the manyothers that you mentioned and
we could talk about a variety ofdifferent ways that you can
reset your nervous system backinto sympathetic, back into
parasympathetic, But that's oneof the biggest issues is just

(28:37):
recognizing and understandingthat you just got triggered.
And so I have conversationswith my wife, which will say
don't do that thing because ittriggers me And that triggered
statement is triggering her andthat sympathetic nervous system
response.
So it's a really big issue andsomething that I want to bring a
lot of awareness towards, because for so many people, this
is the crux of the issues thatthey're having.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
Yeah, I don't think that a lot of people realize or
aware of that they're in asurvival mode and then they're
really reacting to everything intheir life, So you're not able
to respond like you're saying.
So if you're in a calmer state, you can then respond to your
life in a way where you can makegood choices and decisions
right And you feel good.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
And we know this right.
Yeah, i'll give you a couple ofdifferent examples.
So you're driving to work, youwork your nine to five.
You take the same route everyday for seemingly years.
If you've been there for a longtime And this one particular
morning you've got a meeting,you've got a deadline that
starts at nine o'clock.
You left a little early andthere's construction, three
lanes are shut down and there'sa detour, and that detour adds

(29:43):
an extra half hour.
And on this particular day youjust don't need that, right?
If you wake up that morning andyou're cool, con, collected,
right, you like the fawns, everything's cool, everything's
good, and you get on that route.
All of a sudden you go, youknow what, it's cool, i'm going
to make a quick phone call, i'mgoing to push off this meeting,
i'm going to crank up some music, i'm just going to enjoy the
ride.

(30:03):
The flip side if you're stressedand anxious that morning, right
, you got up on the wrong sideof the bed, you didn't sleep
well the night before, you gotinto an argument with your
significant other, your family'shaving issues, whatever it
might be, and you get in thatcar to find that detour and all
of a sudden you're in thisdownward spiral.
It's just you can't handle it.
You don't know what to do Whenthe simple solution is just to

(30:24):
make that one phone call, topush off that meeting, give
yourself the extra time and youmiss that solution right.
And then obviously you're juststressed and anxious and maybe
you get into an accident on theway, whatever.
But you're just not equipped tohandle, to make those decisions
because you're not thinkinglogically, you're not thinking
rationally.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
Yeah, that's a great example.
Yeah, because it's all aboutperspective.
It's where you are at in thatmoment, right, and that's what
we want to do.
We want to be more consistentlyin a complex so we can have a
perspective of openness, whichis what I think is the way to go
.
Yeah, so I have a questionabout your how do you say it?

(31:08):
Your product, i guess.
How is it different than justlistening to music?
Is there a big difference there?

Speaker 2 (31:20):
Yeah, Yeah, so I haven't unpacked the Superbowl
yet.
You've seen me look to theright a couple of times, because
I usually have a tactiletransducer that's sitting right
here and it's in my garage in abox right now.
But the big difference is thatyou are feeling the frequency.
So I'll actually use a coupleof tools that I created here and
I will throw a few pictures upusing a virtual background and

(31:43):
this way you'll be able to see.
So one of our products is thisIt's our meditation cushion, and
you can see how this gentlemanis sitting down.
He's got headphones on.
Right underneath his root is atactile transducer.
It's a disc about this big andit's got a magnet in it which
oscillates.
It translates sound intovibration.
So not only is he listening tothe frequencies of the music

(32:06):
that we're playing, but he'salso feeling those same
frequencies.
This creates athree-dimensional, fully
immersive experience that yourbrain interprets, as you are
inside the music, in a veryunique way.
And then, of course, we alsohave our sound lounge, which
same gentleman modeling on oursound lounge.
There's four tactiletransducers inside our sound

(32:27):
lounge.
The right up and down the spineis listening to music.
It's powered by the amplifierSo you could listen to music.
And then, of course, i think, our most unique application same
gentleman on our practitionertable, and this is built
specifically for vibrationtherapy or body work.
And so if you're acupuncture, acupressure, massage therapy,

(32:48):
chiropractic, your client canexperience fiber acoustic
therapy while you're working ontheir body.
It's incredibly calm, it'sincredibly soothing and really
just absolutely blissful.
So when you're listening tomusic, that music and that
frequency is being projected onyou.
Look, even if you're usingAirPods or a set of headphones,

(33:12):
that music is exclusive to theear canal, the auditory nerve.
And what's happening here?
The magic of our technologyreally happens because every
cell in your body is includedwithin the vibratory experience.
All of the mechanical receptorsthat are in your skin are
sending triggers to your bodythat align with and harmonize

(33:34):
with the same triggers that arecoming through the auditory
nerve, and this is what createsthat three-dimensional, fully
immersive experience of soundand frequency.
This is what creates the magic, this is what creates the
resetting of your nervous system.
This is what creates thephysical and physiological
benefits of increasing ordecreasing lactic acid buildup

(33:55):
and increasing lymphaticdrainage.
It's really the expression Andit is, i mean, you feel it.
It's one of the most beautifulthings that I love of
Vibroacoustic Therapy is that wehave the most powerful tech on
the market, no doubt.
In fact I just use my soundknowledge.
At 50% of the total power Youdon't need much.
Less is absolutely more.

(34:16):
But the vibration that we getout of our transducer is very
unique in the marketplace.
We have the maid specificallyfor us, with a very specific
frequency range and youabsolutely feel it Like.
If you're familiar with PEMF,pulse Electromagnetic Field
Therapy, you can lay down on apiece of technology and not feel
it.
Some of it you do, but some ofit you don't.

(34:37):
Red light therapy it feelsgreat to have the light on you
Infrared.
You absolutely feel Red andblue light.
You don't necessarily feel it.
Everybody gets off my tech.
Having felt that experience, feeling changed because every
cell in your body is vibratingup and down.
I mean that meditation cushion.
Where that transducer ispositioned, your earlobes bounce

(34:59):
up and down And your teethchatter as you relax your jaw.
It's sending signals to themuscles in your jaw telling you
to relax.
So as your jaw starts to dangle, your teeth start to chatter.
I mean it's a very uniqueexperience from just listening
to music through a home stereosystem, even a car stereo, even

(35:20):
a system.
You really feel moved throughthe experience.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
So that's amazing.
So you're feeling it at acellular level.
Like you are feeling it, yourcells really coming into
alignment, it sounds like.
Even So, yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (35:38):
Yeah, go ahead, yeah, well I was just going to say
like It reminds me of those oldfashioned like vibration
machines.

Speaker 1 (35:47):
but this is with sound, So it sounds even more
powerful.
You know like yeah.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
It is.
Look, that's mechanicalvibration And there's lots of
mechanical vibration even inthis era, in this new age.
I know exactly.
I think everybody listening hasthat picture of that woman in
the 50s like talking on thephone while she's, like you know
, prepping dinner and gettingthat massage back and forth.
Those machines exist today.
Yeah, vibration plates that youcan get today.

(36:15):
And there's actually a lot ofreally interesting exercise
science about working out, doingsquats, what it's doing for the
fast twitch muscles in yourbody.
It's fascinating research Andyou could absolutely get a
today's version of that piece oftechnology.
And you're right, what we do isusing sound as vibration and it

(36:37):
is a much different, much morepenetrating.
And because we're working withfluctuations in the frequencies,
when you look in a vibroacoustic therapy, actually
bigger muscles recognize lowerfrequencies, smaller muscles
recognize higher frequencies.
So as you're moving in and outof these different frequency
bands within each musicmeditation that we've recorded,

(36:59):
you're getting a multitude ofbenefit where every cell in your
body, every muscle in your body, is feeling that vibration,
feeling that frequency, gettingthat message to relax.
I say this often Technologydeserves to feel the deep level
of relaxation that ourtechnology provides.

(37:23):
So many of us are walking around, strung out, spun out, stressed
out, and when you get on thesound lounge and you put on the
headphones and you lay down, particularly with the sound
launch, just because you arelaying down and you lay down and
you just melt into the soundlounge in a way that is so
relaxing, it is so rejuvenatingAnd I say this often like

(37:47):
everybody really needs to feelwhat it feels like, to have an
experience, that level ofrelaxation.
This is why I can call myself arelaxation expert, because I
could put just about anybody onthis tech And within your first
session two, three sessionsbecause sometimes it does take
some time you begin to feel thatlevel of relaxation that just

(38:10):
overwhelms your body with, with,ah.

Speaker 1 (38:15):
That sounds amazing, yeah, and so many of us here all
the time.
Just relax, just relax.
You just got to relax And it'slike, well, how do I do that?
You know, and, like you'resaying, most people probably
haven't experienced that fully, you know, and this sounds like a
whole new level.
How does does this offset allthe electromagnetic frequencies

(38:37):
we're being bombarded with on adaily basis?
that is actually affecting ournervous system too.

Speaker 2 (38:43):
So it can.
We've done some research onelectromagnetic frequencies.
Everybody's a little different.
I'm not sensitive to them atall, believe it or not.

Speaker 1 (38:51):
Me either I'm not, either I don't think.
I don't think I carry theAirPods, yeah.

Speaker 2 (38:57):
It just doesn't.
I mean it doesn't affect me.
I have a trimeter.
I have a trimeter in thedrawers that are right behind me
And and I absolutely test forit.
It's obviously something that'sreally interesting.
I've got a smart meter that'sright outside while I rent this
house, so I can't ask them totake it out.
It's right near my daughter'sroom.
There's absolutely frequenciesthat are coming through there.

(39:18):
My daughter loves the tech.
She's on it on a regular basis.
So all of these externalelectromagnetic fields are
constantly bringing us out ofbalance.
If you're doing something on aregular basis to bring you back
into balance, it's going to helpto offset that exposure.
Most of us aren't doinganything.
Most of us aren't getting.
I just watched a video thatsaid we are the indoor

(39:39):
generation, that we are nolonger going outside and that
many of us are spending 90% ofour days indoors.
I unfortunately fall into thatpractice.
I like to get outside.
I like to get outside with mydaughter.
She loves to play hockey.
She's three years old.
It's the cutest thing ever.
We just got her her firstbicycle with training wheels.
Like, i'm certainly spendingtime outside, but maybe an hour

(40:00):
a day it's not enough, right?
So we need to be doingsomething that's bringing our
body back into harmonic resinwith the natural frequencies of
the earth.
And you can do it through aSchumann generator or frequency
generator, or you can do it bygetting on to our tech, which
brings you into an alpha andtheta brainwave state, which is
different brainwave states whichwe can talk about, but it also

(40:22):
helps to bring your body backinto balance And it helps drop
you into a frequency that's morein alignment, and we can
certainly dive into this, butthis is kind of a Pandora's box
that I'm opening up right now,but it brings you back into and
closer to a 10 Hertz frequency, which is in alignment with

(40:42):
outdoor environment.
So large bodies of water carry a10 Hertz frequency, rivers
carry 10 Hertz frequency, thedesert, open landscapes carry a
10 Hertz frequency.
So this gives you anopportunity to get back into
alignment with the frequency ofthe earth.
The Schumann resonance is 7.83Hertz.
It averages about 10 Hertz.

(41:02):
So these things kind of bringthe mind, body and spirit into
alignment with that of nature.

Speaker 1 (41:11):
Yeah, I'm so glad you said that, because that's where
I was going with it.
I wanted to make another joke, but you're raising your
vibration, right?
You're literally raising yourvibration, which puts you in a
different place as it relates toall of the lower frequencies
and vibrations.
So if you're like you said, ifyou're doing that on a regular

(41:33):
basis, you're not going to beaffected as much by all of that
stuff.

Speaker 2 (41:38):
So it's about?
it's like a checkup.
I use the expression, i use themetaphor or the analogy of a
pressure valve, right?
So let's say you've gotsomething where the pressure can
build and build, but there's apressure release valve And every
day you're pulling thatpressure release valve to
mitigate some of the pressurethat's being built up Over time.

(42:02):
It's never going to explodebecause you're constantly
releasing the excess pressure Ifyou didn't have that pressure
valve over time and eventually,as the pressure builds inside,
it's going to explode becauseeventually the outward force or
pressure is going to be morethan can be contained by the
walls.
So I look at our technology asthat release valve, especially

(42:22):
when it comes to that of notjust external frequencies and
electromagnetic fields thatwe're exposed to, but other
people.
My parents were just here forsix days.
I absolutely love my parentsAnd this was one of the most
blissful and amazing visitswe've had in a really long time.
It was really somethingspectacular, everybody's in a

(42:43):
great place.
It was brilliant.
But I can think back to just myown experiences with family
where it wasn't and they can tooright Where it wasn't, and
having access to this technologyhelps me to come back into
balance just after a roughinteraction with family, with
friends, with a significantother.
We all have these interactionswhere they just don't go as well

(43:08):
as we hoped they would.
These short stouts of conflict.
And having the ability to getback onto the sound lounge right
after those or close to thoseinteractions gives me the
ability to reset my nervoussystem back into parasympathetic
And then I can turn off or turnback on my rational thinking
And now I can think through.
Sometimes I even think througha solution while I'm on the tech

(43:29):
.
I'm pointing to my healing roomwhich is right over there,
which is where my tech sits.
But so having access to thistechnology and using it on a
regular basis gives the mind, body and spirit an opportunity
to rest, gives you anopportunity to kind of clean off
your desk and get thingssquared away so that you can
start to think about solutionsand come to them.
So it's a really powerful toolto have access to on a regular

(43:52):
basis.

Speaker 1 (43:53):
For those reasons, Yeah, and even if you do like
come into a situation whereyou're more calm and your
vibration is higher, you'regoing to affect people around
you.
If they're more negative, they're going to feel like, wow,
okay, i feel better now justbeing around you.
So, yeah, do you have peoplethat purchase your products and

(44:14):
use them in a professionalsetting, for example, like you
know how they have the floatlounges?
Would they have a sound?
do you have people that havesound lounges and that kind of
thing?

Speaker 2 (44:25):
Absolutely.
We've got more and more centerspopping up, so what we're going
to do is we're actually goingto put a link down in the show
notes wherever you're listeningto this and wherever you're
seeing this, and that link isgoing to take you to our website
.
You can click the logo at thetop and that will take you to
our in harmony locator.
In fact, i'm going to put thein harmony locator right on this

(44:47):
site so that they can actuallyfind a location where you might
be able to find them.
So, yeah, we have businessesall over the United States,
canada, mexico, overseas poppingup in more and more countries
every day.
And, yes, absolutely.
We have folks that areintegrating this into their body
work, professions that areacupuncture, acupressure,

(45:08):
chiropractic, even folks that doeyelashes, which is really
awesome, and various facialsthat are happening as well, so
you can be laying on the soundlounge while you're getting a
facial, which is just absolutelyfantastic.
I'm blessed and lucky to getbody work twice a month on my
practitioner mattress, which isalso in my healing room, which

(45:28):
is just absolutely blissful andwonderful.
And then you have folks thatare putting it in their homes or
putting it in their offices asan employee benefit or
leveraging it for their family, their kids and that sort of
thing.
The youngest person we've hadon the tech is my daughter.
She's within the first week ofher being on this planet.
She was on a sound lounge.
My wife did use it throughpregnancy.

(45:50):
There are no studies onvibroacoustic therapy and
pregnancy.
Obviously the risk outweighsthe reward, should something
happen.
But I can tell you that my wifeabsolutely utilized this
technology throughout herpregnancy.
We did turn the volume and thevibration down very low, but it
was absolutely something, and somuch so that when my daughter
came out and experienced life onthis planet and we if you have

(46:12):
kids we went through thischecklist of like okay, baby's
crying, it's not food, shedoesn't need milk, she doesn't
need a diaper change, like whyis she crying?
I put her on.
I was like, let's put it on.
The sound lounge Turn off.
I picked her head up so that itwasn't against the vibration.
My hand wasn't touching it.
She's just laying there andwithin 15 seconds, 10 seconds of
her being on there, she stoppedcrying.

(46:32):
She started to look around andsmile a little bit.

Speaker 1 (46:36):
Oh my gosh, you'd have parents buying those in
droves if they knew this, youknow.

Speaker 2 (46:42):
Look, here's the reality Going through pregnancy
right, whether it's a C-sectionor think about it you go from
this like warm you know warmliquid that you're just kind of
hanging out in whereeverything's being taken care of
and you're kind of hearingnoises and just kind of floating
and hanging out to goingthrough the birth canal and
coming into this world withbright lights and cold and your

(47:05):
nervous system is stimulated, nodoubt, and of course our nurses
and doctors do a great job ofwrapping the baby up and getting
you swaddled and doing thewhole thing.
But it's a pretty traumaticexperience And that's how we
start this life Like pretty wildwhen you start to think about
the jumpstart to your nervoussystem, that that really is the
jolt to the nervous system, thatthat really is, and having

(47:28):
something that can soothe, calmand relax.
Now it's to a point whereliterally my daughter almost
every single day is on eitherthe sound lounge or the
meditation cushion And she willcall me over and ask me to set
her up and actually left thesound lounge.
She knows how to do all toherself.
She can turn on.
She's three years old, she'salmost three.
She can turn on the iPad.

(47:49):
That's controlling it.
She can scroll through, pick asong, push play and get on the
sound lounge all by herself.
There are many times where wefind her laying on the sound
lounge all on her lonesome.
It's really something magicalto watch.

Speaker 1 (48:03):
That's amazing.
She's learning how to take careof herself so early in life.

Speaker 2 (48:08):
What a valuable skill yeah, And that's what we'll see
on our Instagram.
So I set her up on themeditation cushion and she's got
the headphones on and I'mlaying down on the sound lounge
just kind of watching her, and Ijust threw on the video camera
just for a moment and shescreams at me because she's
obviously listening to music andcan't hear her own voice.

(48:28):
And she goes dad, I love you.
And I said I love you too,Harmony.
And she looks down at the musicplaying device that's running
it And she let off this sigh ofrelief, this like wow, I don't
know if you do have kids.

Speaker 1 (48:48):
I do.
Mine are 19 and 21,.
Two boys.

Speaker 2 (48:53):
Absolutely amazing to me.
All right, so you know mydaughter, like I don't think
she's got anything to reallystress about.
She gets fed food whenever sheneeds it, she spends plenty of
time playing and she's got toysgalore.
Like she goes and spends timewith grandma and grandpa Like
don't get me wrong, i get that, but to see this sigh of relief

(49:15):
at three not even two and a halfthree years old, to me was it
was remarkable.
It was this it made me realizethat everybody really does need
access to this technology, thateverybody really does have this
negative self-talk that'sconstantly plaguing our day to
day.
It's a survival mechanism.
I get that it's a good thing, but that we all have and need

(49:37):
these moments of deep relaxation.
And here's my daughter.
You know she's wearing pajamas, she's hanging out with dad,
like there's really no stress inthis life And yet she releases
this sigh and it is palpable.
I mean you can listen to it onInstagram as well, but it was
really a remarkable moment forme And one where I really

(49:59):
realized that we all need accessto this technology, that we all
have opportunities to relaxmore, and it was really
something magical.

Speaker 1 (50:09):
Yeah, that's wonderful.
I love that your daughter'sname is Harmony as well.
That's just.
That's so amazing.
I'm related.

Speaker 2 (50:16):
Interestingly enough, my daughter came to my wife in
a dream three months before weconceived And my wife was
holding a baby in her dream anda baby looked up and said my
name's Harmony, i'm coming tosee you soon.
So she woke up that morning andshe said I met her daughter.
And I said is this your way oftelling me you're pregnant?
And she said no.
And she said but I just had adream and this baby that I was

(50:39):
holding in my arms looked up andsaid what she said.
And I said okay, that's cool.
We didn't tell a soul, wedidn't tell anybody, we didn't
tell my parents We hadn'tconceived yet.
We didn't tell her parents, myparents, everybody's like when
are you gonna be pregnant?
We're like we're working on it,right.
Then we get pregnant Andeverybody's like boy or girl.
We're like we don't know yet,right.
And they're like well, do youhave a name?
yet We knew we were having agirl.

(51:00):
We went and got the ultrasoundand that, and they're like
what's her name gonna be?
And we're like we don't knowyet.
Now we knew her name wasHarmony, but we didn't tell
anybody While we were pregnant.
The original name of thisbusiness was Holistic Health
Science.
You can still find us onInstagram and YouTube if you
wanna see the history of doingthis.
For six years, when we came outwith the meditation cushion, we

(51:20):
wanted to do so underneath adifferent name And we wanted to
change from Holistic HealthScience, which is a little
clinical, to something that wasa little bit more brand,
consumer focused.
And I was brainstorming with mybusiness partner, dom, And he
goes what about Harmony?
Like bringing Harmony.
I am in Harmony, in Harmony, what about in Harmony?

(51:41):
And I'm like yes, yes, it'syeah.
Right, we didn't tell him.
He didn't know that my daughterwe're now pregnant.
He didn't know, right?
I was like that's a yes, it'san absolute yes, let's do it.
And in Harmony, interactive wasborn.
Then, when my daughter was born, and I'm like her name's
Harmony, dom's like, oh, mybusiness partner, right?
He's like, oh, so you named herafter the business.

(52:02):
And I'm like no, didn't.

Speaker 1 (52:06):
Really wild story, i don't think I've ever told that
story in contents for sure, sothat's awesome.
Wow, yes, thanks for sharingthat.
That's an amazing story.
Wow, yeah, and I've heard ofpeople, i've heard of women that
coming to them before they getpregnant, that happens.
That happened to mysister-in-law actually.

Speaker 2 (52:25):
It's pretty amazing Who knows, i don't know how it
all works.
That's not my department, butit was certainly interesting and
really wild.

Speaker 1 (52:33):
Definitely synchronistic, that's for sure,
yeah.

Speaker 2 (52:37):
She resonates with the name too.

Speaker 1 (52:39):
Yeah, it really does.
I mean I love that name.
I mean I've never thought aboutthat name before, but that's
perfect.
It's perfect in every way there.
So, oh my gosh And she'sdefinitely a testimonial for
your product as well, because Iwas gonna ask if there was any
major success stories thatyou've had from people, but that

(53:03):
sounds like one of them is yourdaughter.
She's just thriving already.

Speaker 2 (53:09):
I tell you, i get testimonials over email And look
if you go to our website, right, or you go to the links in the
bio and you go to our website.
All the testimonials that areon my site are completely
authentic and legit.
Nothing is paid for, nothing isbought.
Those are people that havegotten on our tech and have
agreed to go on camera andshared with us.

(53:31):
I just got two more over theweekend when we were set up down
at the Super Bowl.
I get these on a regular basis,so please read up on those
testimonials and see if any ofthem resonate with you.
I had a gal who obviously Iwon't name, who went through
just a horrific and tragic lastfive years lost three children
and her husband to variouscircumstances and hasn't really

(53:57):
felt her same, hasn't reallyfelt herself, until she got on
the sound lounge And until shewas able to really process and
focus on what life was going tolook like in the future.
And she now bought a soundlounge and has it on a regular
basis, right, but went to one ofthese clinics that we mentioned
before and had a sound loungeexperience and finally felt like

(54:20):
herself again And now hasaccess to this technology and is
starting to share it on aregular basis because of the
immense impact that this had onher life.
I read that email and she gaveme details and she told me
everything that had happened toher.
I burst into tears of joy, ofpain, of sorrow, of grief, and

(54:40):
immediately picked up the phoneand called her and just said hey
, thank you so much for sendingthat note over, thank you for
sharing your story, thank youfor using our technology and
giving me the juice that I mean, that's the juice of life, and
the reason why we do all this isfor the impact that we have.
It's really something that isso important to every single one

(55:05):
of us to be relaxed, to be cool, calm and collected, to have
access to those states ofconsciousness, and it's really
quite magical.
So, yeah, we get thesetestimonials almost every day
And it's the reason why we dowhat we do.
I share them with my team tothe extent that I can.
We're not really so great aboutsharing them in public because
I think they're very personalstories, but you'll find

(55:25):
testimonials so much more thanjust scattered about and what we
do on social and that sort ofthing, and they're all authentic
.

Speaker 1 (55:33):
That's incredible.
You're just helping people comeback home to themselves, to
their natural state.
Yeah, Yeah, especially afterwe've had some crazy experiences
in life, there's always.
you can always come back toyourself and that's where the
inner peace is.
So well.

Speaker 2 (55:49):
Thank you, absolutely .
Look before we close out, lookafter this pandemic that we just
went through.
All of us have traumaticexperiences that need to be
processed.
All of us have PTSD from socialdistancing and wearing masks
and not seeing each other smile, and right or wrong, regardless
of your opinion is if this wasgood or bad, the right thing or

(56:11):
the wrong thing.
All of us now have to deal withthe consequences of those
decisions And this is one waythat can help us to write that
ship, and it's something thatI'm really proud about and very
excited about doing in the worldand a mission and a vision that
really we wanna raiseconsciousness and we wanna touch
humanity, and we're doing itday by day.

Speaker 1 (56:33):
Well, that's amazing.
Thank you, Craig, for puttingthis out into the world and
helping so many people.
I really appreciate you comingon and sharing today with my
audience.

Speaker 2 (59:31):
You're welcome, thank you.

Speaker 1 (59:32):
Have a great day You too.
Creating a calm dispositionsets the stage for you to

(01:00:50):
receive what the world has tooffer.
When you're able to receivewhat the world has to offer, you
automatically build trust thatyou will receive what you want
in your life.
Why, Why is this important?
You could say our ability toreceive depends on what we learn

(01:01:43):
from our parents, what we didor didn't get, and our level of
trust that we'll be taking careof and in the universe's
abundance.
Many of us grew up inhouseholds that weren't
perfectly nurturing, so ourability to receive was
compromised.
Receiving became something weneeded to learn how to do on our

(01:02:04):
own, And for some of us, we'restill learning.
We're still learning.
We're still learning.
If you're not allowing yourselfto take in the goodness life
has to offer by acknowledgingyour wins and receiving love
from others, you will always besearching, searching, searching
and never feel like you weredoing enough.

(01:02:27):
Enough, enough, enough enough.
We're still learning, We'restill learning.
Ride that way in the hope ofyour life, don't you know?

Speaker 2 (01:03:10):
Ride that way, way, way of your life I do Ride that

(01:03:43):
way, way, way, way.
Ride that way, way way.
