Five years ago, I could barely bend my right knee. Decades after reconstructive surgery as a high school gymnast, I lived with swelling, pain, and back instability every time I tried heavy squats. I thought that was just the price of getting older.
Then I stumbled onto a training method called ATG (Athletic Truth Group) and it changed everything. Today, at 52, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, my back pain is gone, and my knee moves almost through its full range again. And the best part my clients are seeing incredible results from this method of training too!
Maybe you’ve seen it online, or maybe you’ve heard people talking about knees-over-toes training and wondered what it's all about. ATG was founded by Ben Patrick (famously known as “Knees Over Toes Guy”) and is highly recommended by trainers and physical therapists.
Well, today I’m going to break it down for you—not just what ATG is, but why this method has completely changed the way I train, and how it’s been a missing link in fitness for so long.
In this episode, I share:
Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from injury, or simply want to move without pain, this conversation will give you a whole new way to think about fitness.
Want to get stronger, move pain-free, and finally feel amazing in your body? I can help—whether you’re in Portland or online anywhere.
