This week’s episode is a short but important check-in.

With World Suicide Prevention Day approaching — and this year’s theme, “Changing the Narrative on Suicide” — I wanted to preview what’s ahead on Integrated Wisdom.

➡️ Next week, I’ll be dedicating a full episode to how spirituality can play a protective role in suicide prevention. We’ll explore how meaning, connection, and evidence-based spiritual practices can support those at risk — and how they can resource therapists who often carry this work in silence.

➡️ The following week, I’ll share my vision for the world we could create if we remembered our spiritual essence.

Both conversations feel deeply aligned with the needs of the current moment - expanding beyond pathology and despair, into hope, connection, and meaning.

the seekers, the spirituallydiscerning and scientifically
curious who know that we arebeing called into a new paradigm
for personal and collectivetransformation.

(00:45):
Together we explore what itmeans to live a coherent soul
led life drawing frompsychology, neuroscience,
epigenetics, energy medicine,and spiritual remembrance.
These aren't just conversations.
They are transmissions for thoseready to return to what's true,

(01:07):
to what's quietly waitingbeneath it.

(01:29):
up because the next twoconversations feel especially
important.
Ordinarily today would be theday that I would publish an
episode.
However, next Wednesday, the10th of September is World
Suicide Prevention Day, and thisyear's theme is'Changing the
narrative on Suicide'.

(01:51):
That struck me very deeplybecause one of the most
important shifts that we canmake is expanding the
conversation beyond justpathology and crisis management.
And steering it more towardsmeaning, connection, and the
role spirituality can play as aprotective factor.

(02:14):
So I decided to publish anepisode next week instead, where
I'll be dedicating the fullepisode to this topic.
We will explore how spiritualitycan help prevent suicide and
what the research evidence isshowing on this.
We're going to explore how itcan support those that are

(02:35):
struggling and increase theirresilience and we'll explore how
it can resource therapists whoso often hold this weight in the
room and then the following weekafter that.
I will be sharing something veryclose to my heart, my vision for

(02:55):
the world that we can create ifwe're reconnected with our
spiritual essence.
That's truly the bigger whybehind everything that I do, and
it builds directly on thisconversation about despair,
prevention, and hope.
And so that's what's ahead, twoconversations that feel very
timely, Urgent and deeplyaligned with this moment.
