Tatiana (00:00):
Welcome to the
Integrated Wisdom Podcast.
(00:03):
I am your host, Tatiana DaSilva, psychologist, spiritual
educator, and founder of a bodyof work devoted to lead others
to remembering what we nevertruly forgot, that science and
spirit were never separate.
They are each in their own way,Expressions of the same sacred
(00:23):
architecture.
This podcast is for the quietrevolutionaries, the therapists,
the seekers, the spirituallydiscerning and scientifically
curious who know that we arebeing called into a new paradigm
for personal and collectivetransformation.
(00:45):
Together we explore what itmeans to live a coherent.
Soul led life drawing frompsychology, neuroscience,
epigenetics, energy medicine,and spiritual remembrance.
These aren't just conversations.
They are transmissions for thoseready to return to what's true,
(01:06):
to what's whole, and to what'squietly waiting beneath it.
Hello and welcome.
Now, whether you've been heresince the beginning or you are
just arriving, this episodemarks a bit of a shift, not a
(01:30):
departure exactly, but adeepening.
I've been laying low in the lastfew weeks.
And today I want to speak alittle bit to why that has been
the case and to share with youthe heart of the work that I've
been quietly building behind thescenes.
(01:50):
I want to name clearly andconsciously that this work that
I have been doing, whilst it hasheavily leaned towards
therapists, up until now, it wasnever just for therapists.
So when I began this work underthe name Integrated Wisdom, I
was speaking to a gap that I sawand felt in the mental health
(02:12):
field.
Specifically therapists werebeing trained in host of
techniques, but we weren'treally being taught to hold
presence with the essence andthe spiritual elements that
people might bring into theroom.
We knew our theories back tofront, but no one really taught
(02:38):
us how to manage the ethics ofsubtle energy and spiritual
perspectives.
We were taught frameworks towork with.
But we were never shown how toweave the sacred spiritual
(02:58):
essence of human beings into thework that we did.
And so I created a body of workdesigned to support the kind of
therapist that I myself hadbecome one that could hold both
that clinical space and theunseen elements in the room.
But there was always somethingmoving for me underneath this
(03:20):
core mission of mine, and it's adeeper current and a deeper
yearning that I haven't yetnamed in public.
I, over time, I began to noticesomething that, the most
powerful moments in the workthat I've been doing.
Whether it's throughsupervision, whether it's
(03:42):
through teachings that I'veoffered my therapy work, or even
some of these podcast episodes, the most powerful moments were
not about professional identity.
They were about spiritualremembrance.
They were about navigating thosesoft moments in a human's life.
(04:06):
About returning to these deeperdesign that we all carry.
And so I saw very clearly thatwhen I was teaching therapists
wasn't just clinicalintegration.
It was soul coherence,authenticity, spiritual
discernment.
We are speaking to the spiritualessence, and context of all of
(04:29):
life.
And these are not reserved justfor clinicians.
There are things that everyspiritually discerning human is
yearning for.
In fact, I would say that everyhuman being is yearning for at
this point in time, even if theydon't identify themselves as
spiritual.
(04:51):
And so I began listening to whathas always been true that this
work was never justprofessional, it was
foundational.
My work has never been justabout what we do in the therapy
room.
It's about how we walk throughthe world, and so this work is
(05:14):
now opening its arms to theothers who are always standing
just beyond the threshold ofwhat I've been speaking to the
seekers, the soul guided.
Those that are intellectuallycurious and spiritually
cautious, the ones that havebeen feeling the pull towards
(05:36):
truth and that maybe haven'tquite trusted what they have
found so far.
I, I'm speaking directly to you, seeker, are never outside of
this work.
You were always woven into it.
Sure at first as clients, butnow I'm naming it very clearly
(05:59):
that I am also speaking to you.
But if you're a therapistlistening to this that has been
following me and supporting mein this work from the inception
of the podcast.
I want you to know that nothinghas been lost.
The clinical precision, ethicalanchoring, evidence-based and
(06:20):
integrity that you have come totrust in my work will remain a
key part of what I do in theconversations that we will still
have.
But if you're a seeker orsomeone who's never quite felt
at home in the binaries betweenscience and spirituality, this
space is now clearly for youtoo.
We are going through a verychallenging time.
(06:43):
There are so many things that weare being asked to face and
confront in the world right now, both at an individual and at a
collective level, and the toolsthat we have currently available
are just proving to not beenough.
It is time for us to rememberthe context in which life is
(07:06):
happening, the spiritual essencewithin all of us.
The wisdom that we all haveaccess to, and that we have
forgotten.
And now more than ever, it'stime for us to do that because
there are forces and voices outin the world right now that are
so loud.
(07:27):
Trying to lead us further andfurther away from these truths
we hold within us, from thewisdom that we carry to keep us
stuck, to keep us lost, to keepus scared.
And so from this point onwards, you'll still see and hear a lot
(07:48):
of the things that we've beentalking about.
You'll still hear language thatinvites both the mind and your
soul.
You'll still find teachings thatare rooted in integrity, that
are spiritually grounded, thatare psychologically wise, but
that are offered with care forboth individuals and the
collective at large.
(08:11):
So I want this to be very, veryclear.
This is not a pivot, it's justan expansion.
It's a return to what has alwaysbeen here beneath the surface.
For me, a desire to spark a,remembering in others that the
sacred and the scientific werenever at odds.
(08:32):
And that integration is not aspecialty.
It is the essence of truth thatthis space and this work was
never just for therapists.
It was always for the oneslistening for something deeper.
And maybe that's you.
(08:52):
