Tatiana (00:00):
Welcome to the
Integrated Wisdom Podcast.
(00:03):
I am your host, Tatiana DaSilva, psychologist, spiritual
educator, and founder of a bodyof work.
Devote to lead others toremembering what we never truly
forgot, that science and spiritwere never separate.
They are each in their own way, expressions of the same sacred
(00:23):
architecture.
This podcast is for the quietrevolutionaries, the therapists,
the seekers, the spirituallydiscerning and scientifically
curious who know that we arebeing called into a new paradigm
for personal and collectivetransformation.
(00:45):
Together we explore what itmeans to live a coherent.
Soul led life drawing frompsychology, neuroscience,
epigenetics, energy medicine,and spiritual remembrance.
These aren't just conversations.
They are transmissions for thoseready to return to what's true,
(01:06):
to what's whole, and to what'squietly waiting beneath it.
Hello and welcome to theIntegrated Wisdom Podcast.
Thank you so much for joining metoday.
Now, if you're here, somethinginside you has probably been
shifting, maybe just quietly inways that you're only just
(01:32):
starting to notice.
But maybe you've been movingthrough your days with a subtle
sense of distance from your ownlife.
Maybe you find yourselfthinking, I can't keep living
like this, but you can't yetarticulate what this even is.
Or maybe if you're a therapist,you're in a session with a
(01:52):
client and they bring somethingtender and existential in nature
and you feel it land in you.
In a way, your training neverprepared you for.
People often expect spiritualawakenings to arrive like a
lightning bolt, but in real lifeit tends to begin in the most
(02:13):
ordinary places.
You might be driving home andsuddenly realize that you've
been on autopilot all day, oryou might be standing at the
kitchen sink and just feel thisquiet sense of inevitability
wash over you, as if somethingis shifting under the surface
that you can't put your fingeron.
(02:36):
Or maybe you read the news andfelt both overwhelmed and
strangely awake.
Or maybe you look around at yourown life and notice that you've
outgrown it in ways you didn'tsee happening before.
It's easy to see all theseisolated moments and feel like
something's wrong with you andget, you know, get scared or
(02:58):
anxious.
But these moments are not signsof instability.
They're signs of emergence ofsomething rising quietly in the
background, and more and morepeople are experiencing these
signs right now.
(03:19):
It's not a personal crisis, butit's an intelligent response to
the world that we're currentlyliving in right now, which feels
very chaotic.
And that's what I would like tospeak to today.
I wanna speak to what this poolis, why it's rising collectively
right now, where it's leading toand what it means for the
(03:42):
future, both for you on anindividual level, but for all of
us collectively.
Many people tell me they can'tkeep operating on willpower,
productivity, andself-containment alone anymore.
Not because these strategies arefailing, but because they were
never meant to hold the fullweight of a human life.
(04:06):
Maybe you're noticing that thegoals that you worked so hard
for just don't light you upanymore like they used to.
Or maybe your relationships feelmisaligned in ways that you can
no longer rationalize away.
Um, maybe your clients orfriends are asking questions
that touch the edges of meaningand force you to reflect more
(04:29):
deeply, or maybe you're sensinga deeper truth but don't yet
have language for it.
These are all signs that yourinner system is pushing you to
towards a more coherent way ofunderstanding yourself.
One that includes yourintuition, your inner knowing,
your values, your sensitivity.
(04:51):
Your purpose and yourinterconnectedness to others.
So really what this means isthat you're not losing yourself,
but rather you're starting tohear yourself.
We're living through a time whenthe nervous system of the world
feels really frayed.
(05:12):
It's been really tough.
Burnout has become normalized.
Therapists are carrying morethan the system was built to
contain.
Many seekers are navigating aworld that feels efficient, but
spiritually empty andcollectively we're grieving in
(05:33):
ways that don't have clearrituals or containers.
We're grieving socially,politically, environmentally,
existentially, even.
And under that level of strain, something deep in the human
psyche begins to search forsteadiness.
(05:56):
This is why the spiritual pullis rising across cultures,
industries, and identities.
Right now, it's the humanresponse to collective
overwhelm.
It's a movement towards meaning,belonging, and coherence.
We're biologically wired for it,and many people are describing
(06:18):
the stage in a very similar way.
There might be talking aboutfeeling a little bit
disorientated, being acutelyaware of this permeating sense
of uncertainty or an ease.
Or maybe they're describingfeelings of being more emotional
(06:39):
or feeling less sure aboutthings, but wanting to just be
honest about what they do know.
Um, maybe you find yourselfasking yourself, I don't know
what I believe anymore, but Icertainly know what's no longer
true.
This is what happens when oldidentities begin to loosen,
(07:00):
right?
It's not about things fallingapart or disintegrating, but
it's just relaxing its grip.
And so you feel more intuitive, more affected by the world
around you, more aware of whatmatters and what doesn't.
I dunno about you, but I'mfeeling this so deeply at the
moment.
And this openness can feel alittle bit like instability.
(07:25):
But really all it is is justtruth breaking through the
noise.
It's your system saying, I'mready to live from something
deeper than just survival.
And I think this is one of themissing pieces in most
conversations about awakening.
This movement isn't random or aphase.
(07:47):
It's leaning towards somethingprofoundly important, both for
you as individuals and for theworld.
We're entering this new era, notin an abstract or mystical
sense, but in a grounded, observable one.
And you can see it everywhere.
(08:07):
People are leaving jobs thatlook perfect on paper because
they want meaningful work, notperformative achievement
anymore.
Or you're seeing relationshipsthat are becoming more value
driven, more honest, moretransparent, and in some cases
that's leading to the breakdownof relationships.
(08:27):
Communities are forming aroundshared purpose rather than
shared circumstance.
And what's really interesting toobserve is how younger
generations are just outrightrefusing to inherit frameworks
that deny inner truth orcollective wellbeing.
(08:48):
They're bringing this heightenedconsciousness, this new way of
existing and engaging with lifethat's truly going to reshape
the world as we know it in thenext 50 to 80 years.
And so spirituality is becomingless about belief and much more
(09:08):
about orientation.
Orientation to self, to others,to the planet, and to meaning.
And here's the quiet truthbeneath it all that I'd like you
to reflect on (09:20):
the solutions
that we need for the world ahead
of us; solutions that lead toclimate healing, to social
repair, to mental healthimprovements to relational
integrity, to ethicalinnovation.
(09:42):
These solutions cannot come fromthe same consciousness that
created the problems.
And so we need people who canthink from a deeper place, feel
from a deeper place, connectfrom a deeper place.
And I think most importantly, weneed leaders who will lead from
(10:05):
this deeper place.
And so your personal awakeningis a very important part of the
framework of our collectiveevolution.
The world doesn't transformbecause a few people become
extraordinary.
It transforms because ordinarypeople allow themselves to
(10:27):
remember who they truly are.
Spiritual beings having a humanexperience, and it's why I feel
so passionately about this workthat I do.
And so where do we go from here, well, what I can tell you is
that the next step isn't anotherspiritual routine.
(10:48):
It starts with telling the truthto yourself.
It's an acknowledgement thatsomething's shifting inside you.
And a willingness to listen towhat these whispers are saying.
Awakening is not something thatwe chase.
It's something that we allow, and the more gently that you
(11:09):
allow it, the clearer itbecomes.
If you feel called to anchorthis shift in grounded
evidence-based support,especially if you're a therapist
or a seeker who wants tounderstand the science beneath
the spiritual pull, I invite youto explore a micro course that
I've created that might help.
(11:30):
It's called the Science ofSpirituality, and it unpacks the
research backed neurobiologicalfoundations of our spiritual
essence.
And so in summary, if you'refeeling pulled towards a more
spiritual understanding of yourlife is because you're paying
attention.
You're listening to the part ofyou that knows you're more than
(11:50):
your rules, your productivity, your conditioning, and your
coping strategies.
This isn't the end of something.
It's the start of a morecoherent way of being alive, a
way that helps you become moreyourself, a way that supports
your work.
Your relationships, yourleadership, and it's also a way
(12:15):
that contributes to thecollective shift already
underway.
Your awakening is part of a muchlarger remembering.
It's one that's quietlyreshaping not just individual
lives, but the future we'rebuilding together.
And so I just wanna deeply thankyou for being here, for
(12:35):
following these whispers of yoursoul, for paying attention to
these yearning, stirring withinyou.
I'm so grateful to be walkingalongside you as this next
chapter unfolds.
I know it feels very turbulentright now, but I, I also feel
like it's a very exciting phasethat we're entering in.
Because I, I feel this shiftvery palpably more and more each
(12:59):
day, and I see it as the darkbefore the dawn, you know, the
dawn is rising and it rises witheach and every one of us
connecting more deeply andremembering our spiritual
essence and the spiritualcontext of the life we're
living.
And so, that's all that I havefor you today.
(13:20):
