It's hard to believe the election is here, but its been here ever since North Carolina started early voting on September 4th. Now some 95 million have voted early and its this high turnout that promises to deliver a few surprises on Tuesday; and the Show Me State may be perfectly primed for such a surprise. Traditionally a bellwether, only in the last few cycles has Missouri performed reliably Republican. In this seventh episode of Intention, host Byron DeLear is joined by his life partner, Vicki Englund, who is the 2020 Democratic Nominee for Missouri State Treasurer. They discuss running statewide as a democrat and why Missourians are showing up with supermajority support for healthcare and unions yet play the political parties like rooting for the home team in sports. Rural red, urban blue, suburb purple - can Missouri be built back to its bellwether reputation?

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
