I have a bittersweet update to share — I’ve decided to take an intentional pause from the podcast. After some reflection, I realized I can’t do it all, and right now, my energy is being called elsewhere. I’ve always believed in showing up with intention, and in this season, that means creating space to lean into deeper work around conscious leadership and aligned growth. Let me be clear that this isn't forever. I will be back.

We go deep.
