As we embrace the new year, many of us find ourselves setting new goals and envisioning a fresh start. However, one thing that tends to be overlooked is not just what we want to achieve, but more importantly, who we choose to be in this new year.
As I reflect on the past year and look forward to the year ahead, I know that if we were to show up confidently in every area of our lives, so many things would shift for us. And the thing about confidence is that we don’t always have it in the moment. It’s created along the way. It’s created by doing, by taking steps in the right direction to make decisions that are in line with the person you are and where you’re going.
In this episode, I discuss the power of small actions and positive self-talk to build confidence, as well as some personal experiences that have helped shape my own confidence.
