Do you feel like no matter what you accomplish, it’s just never enough? Almost like you’re constantly moving the goalpost, always chasing the next thing, but never stopping to appreciate how far you’ve come? If so, you’re not alone. Perfectionism can get us stuck in this cycle, making it hard for us to take action or to feel truly satisfied with our progress.
During this coaching session, I sit down with my friend Tori Worthing, where we dig into perfectionism, self-doubt, and the pressure to always do more. Tori works in real estate and knows what it’s like to feel like she’s never quite measuring up, despite all of the growth she has experienced in her business. Together, we unpack why we’re so hard on ourselves, the importance of celebrating our wins, and how shifting our perspective can help us move forward with more confidence and ease.
