For Dr. Ann Groves Lloyd, her calling has been public service, and she has found many ways to put that into action. Her career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison spanned 30 years, where she worked in student and alumni relations before becoming the Director of Career Services, and then Associate Dean for Student Academic Affairs for liberal arts students. The seven years prior to her retirement were spent working with students in crisis and as an academic advisor for new liberal arts students. Her retirement gig is serving as Mayor for the city of Lodi, WI. And along the way she earned an MS and PhD, and has served on many non-profit boards and in leadership positions.
