We all end up in the waiting room at some point or another in our walk with God. By waiting, we learn to trust in His perfect timing and to rely on Him for our needs. Just as some of the biggest Bible characters waited, we must also wait. Noah waited 120 years for rain, Abraham waited 25 years for a promised son, Jacob waited 14 years to marry Rachel, Joseph waited 13 years in a prison for a crime he did not commit, Moses waited 40 years before the Israelites could enter into the promised land, David waited 12 years and Jesus waited 30 years before He began in ministry.
