to looking at the stars. I don't know about you,
but these fall nights when there's a crispness to the air,
maybe fog. We've got rain and wind battering the studio

window as we go on the air tonight, snow in
some places, especially as we get later into the year
and into winter. But looking at the stars on nights
like that adds a whole new element, certainly, But what
are the odds think about it? What are the odds

of us being alone in the universe? I mean, we
think about the other species that we've heard reports of,
those that have been discovered, verified, and those that have
not been verified and perhaps yet to be discovered. But
there is a new study that I thought i'd share

just the information with you to you know, do with
it as you please. It suggests there is roughly a
one in three chance one in three, that's thirty three
and a third percent. Well it's actually twenty nine percent.
But anyway, that humanity is the only advanced civilization in

the universe. This according to a mathematics professor in Hungary
who proposes that Earth may exist in a statistical range
where the likelihood of exactly one civilization of our technological
level is greater than the chance of there being none
or several.

According to the research, this depends on three key factors,
the number of planets that exist, the complexity level of
a civilization, and the probability that such a civilization could emerge.
This is almost sounding a little bit like Fermi paradox
kind of stuff here. Well, when these factors align just right,

according to the study, life being rare but not impossible,
a solitary civilization becomes statistically most problems. He calculates that
there's about a twenty nine percent chance that humanity is alone,
with the probability never exceeding fifty percent even in the
most pessimistic models. Simpler life forms, however, are still considered

highly likely to exist elsewhere. The study offers a new
mathematical approach to the Fermi paradox, which questions why, in
a galaxy filled with billions of stars and planets which
we are, why we have yet to detect alien life?

space exploration, advanced propulsion research, and the search for extraterrestrial intelligence,

public is being told. Could it be that China or
other global powers are already in possession of knowledge or
technology derived from non human sources. Certainly that's not too
far fetched. If you've heard any of the conversations we've
had on the program. China particularly has recently announced a

long term space plan focused on finding life beyond Earth,
which includes returning samples from Mars and launching a telescope
to search for another Earth like planet, both of those
happening in twenty twenty eight. Also, they plan to send
a probe to Jupiter in twenty twenty nine and collect

atmospheric samples from Venus in twenty thirty three, and by
twenty thirty eight, China hopes to set up a robotic
research station on Mars, and they're around twenty thirty nine
launch a nuclear powered mission to Neptune to study its
moons and possible oceans. What does China already know about

extraterrestrial technology that the US and others are not ready
to admit yet. That's an interesting question. We will ask
a Chinese American translator and lawyer about exactly that on
the program, and also about the extraordinary claims of a
French Australian author who documented direct contact with beings from

They describe advanced civilizations, higher spiritual truths and warnings about

He was instrumental in arranging for the Chinese publication of
Michelle Demarque's book Theobu Prophecy, which has been a bestseller
in both China and Taiwan. As I mentioned, there's some
pretty extraordinary claims within that book. Samuel, welcome to the program. Oh,

thanks for having me here, my pleasure. So remind us
this is a book that you came across several years ago, right.

Yes, and no, is the bestseller in China and Taiwan.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
Right, and so it was written in what the late
eighties by Michelle.

Speaker 4 (11:00):
Yes, in nineteen eighty nine, all.

Speaker 3 (11:03):
Right, and so when did you come across it?

Speaker 4 (11:05):
I came across in about twenty fourteen or sold, and
I couldn't put the book down after reading it.

Speaker 3 (11:13):
What did he write about?

Speaker 4 (11:17):
He wrote about his personal experience of being contacted by
the etis, being taken by them to their planet, Theoba,
and then came back after nine days. He brought this
a lot of interesting facts and also specific, very viable
information that can be really enlightening to the people on earth.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
Would it be safe to say that reading this book
changed your life?

Speaker 4 (11:44):
Yes, it definitely has changed my life. He actually made
me become more interested in spiritual development rather than material accumulation.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
And why is that? Were the things that he talked
about close to home.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
Yes, he talks about the meaning of life, which is
to learn spiritual lessons through the challenges we'll face in
our lifetime, and also to progress spiritually one level after
another until we reach the final destination, which is the paradise,
the paradise in which everything is going to be perfect.

As describing the book.

You actually traveled to meet with Michelle.

Speaker 4 (12:29):
I did because I wanted to find out what else
he knew but couldn't write in a book. In the postcript,
it says there far more incredible things that he knew
but wasn't a lot to write in a book, and
I wanted to find out why and also what they are.
So I flew to Vietnam without knowing his exact address.
Some tourists met him. I took a picture of his bungalow,

so I printed that picture out and I flew to
Vietnam using my own money. Two thousand dollars, which is
a lot to me at that time. And then I
showed the photo of his bungalow to the local taxi driver,
asking him to take me to the right location. After
a few tries, we arrived in front of his bungalow.

Was that an awkward meeting.

Speaker 4 (13:17):
In the very beginning years because he was a very
private person. He didn't want people to look after a
track like go after him because of the book. So
I was kind of taken aback at his initial reactions
to me.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
And so how did those meetings go? Were they pretty
eye opening?

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (13:38):
I mean in a sense, he just wanted me to
read the book a few more times to get the
questions answered. But then he asked me to fall up
with the Chinese publisher regarding a contract that they signed.
He was paid two thousand dollars for the copyright fee,
but never heard back from a publisher, and then I

contacted the publisher and turned out that they couldn't publish
the book for the fear of the censorship. He asked
me to find a different publisher, which I did, and
then he asked me to visit him for the second time,
in which he told me the things he wasn't able
to write in a book, and what was that It's
something related to our future. I compared this book to

(14:23):
the Book of Enoch. I think this book, Theoba Prophecy
is a modern version of the Book of Enoch. If
you know, Eno was taken by gods or or the Jiovans,
and then there's a book of Eno writing about his trips.
His great grandson Noah I was told to build the
arc fort year eighty years later. I think Michelle was

taken by the same group of ets and he was
instructed to write a book. You can imagine what's going
to happen forty or eighty years after. So we are
at a very critical moment of time. If we don't
make the d decisions, we are going to be heading
a capatrophe.

So would you say this book was ahead of its time.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
It is definitely ahead of its time, before the age
of the internet, before people were aware of things like
the artificial et basis on the farts of the moon
or life on Mars. And I think that the book
also talks about our us or human energy fields, as
well as the great recess that happened in our ancient past.

The ancient civilizations.

Okay, so after the publisher refused to actually publish it,
you found one, right.

Speaker 4 (15:40):
It was a Chinese publisher who paid Michelle two thousand
dollars in order to get Cocky Right from him, and
then they decided to give up the two thousand dollars
and not to have a book published. And Michelle wanted
me to find a different publisher, in which I did,
and so that's in China and Taiwan. So that's how

things went all right.

But now it's being re released, is that correct?

Speaker 4 (16:09):
Yes, it's been really re released in June of next
year in the US. It's been so published now, but
it's taken over by darn company or inner traditions to
republish it.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
Michelle lived to be what about eighty seven years old?

Speaker 4 (16:26):
Yes, that's when he passed away.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
And did he live all of his years in France
or did he move around?

Speaker 4 (16:33):
He was born in France and then he moved around
to Africa and Australia, and then she lived in Paines, Queensland,
Australia when the abduction experience occurred to him, and then
he moved to Vietnam after he came back to Earth
until he passed away.

Speaker 3 (16:54):
Okay, so you're saying that there was an experience where
he was taken I guess by extraterrestrials from his home
there in Australia.

Speaker 4 (17:06):
Yes, a board on the spacecraft and then they had
a journey together for nine days to the planet Thiuba,
which is a planet in our Uqa galaxy. Michelle caused
the planet the Golden Planet because he saw a golden
mist surrounding the planet as he approached the planet. And

then the people there are highly advanced and civilized. They
can perform all the miracles as performed by Christ. So
they are highly intelligent and passionate and loving people.

All right, So nine days that was the travel time
there and back, and obviously to spend a little time there.

Yes, he spent about nine days on the planet. It
took him about almost a day to travel to get
to the planet Fijoba and then came back.

They traveled the seven days. Was there about seven days
and then about a day there in the day back?

Yeah, I think either nine days or tall. He actually
was a way for ten days according to his son
and wife.

So he was taken from his home into a spaceship
to this planet and then the Golden Planet and then
interacted with as you say, these advanced beings that could
perform miracles. Did they all look the same? Were they
have different appearance or what?

Yeah, they look the same. They look like Nordic people, blonde,
but they're really tall like ninrotime football. They are a
forever young loo kin because they can generate and regenerate
their bodies cells and tissues. They can communicate through telepathy,
they can levitate, they can materialize op kicks, and he

all the diseases we can think of. They eat every
two days or so. They ate something kind of like
a powder, and Michelle also tasted in the on the
planet Fioda. And also there are a lot of other
interesting experiences.

in twenty eight at the age of eighty seven, had

I mean, he was a landscaper in Australia and then
he just lived a normal night, normal life. He did
not have a lot of education and then but in
twenty eighteen he died of stomach hemorrhage.

By the way, these Nordics tall about nine to ten
feet tall, who could what levitate?

Yeah, they could levitate, and they can disappear in front
of Michelle's eyes. They can perform a lot of these
psychic abilities that some of the new Guist can perform.
And they are just like on Importent Beans, but they're
really compassionate nights, and Michelle felt great love when being

Them, all right, as far as the other things that
he witnessed them doing making objects materialize, what kinds of things.

Yeah, they materire less objects just to show that they
have the ability to do so. And they told Michelle
that there are different kinds of ets in the universe,
and they are just one of the three highly advanced
Category nine planet that they inhabit or they live on.

There are also other ets such as a Grace, which
are not very advanced ets compared to them. So we
have to be careful when we encounter or talk about
the ets there because they are not all the same.

So how many different kinds are there?

At least one hundred and forty seven different kinds of
ets just in our mutle Vay galaxy at list, because
Michelle saw the one hundred and forty seven different ets
displayed in a golden docal on the planet Thiobau. He
saw the corps of those its floating the golden docal.

They could heal people of their ailments such as what.

Such as pains like Michelle was injured and actually he
was intentionally injured by the the Obans because they wanted
him to remember that this is a real experience, not
a dream. So they actually wanved the the Obans Uh
kind of pinched Michelle on his shoulder and then after

they also they healed him, healed him the wounds that
inflicted on his shoulder.

And did he witness other healings.

On the planet Theoba because everything is so perfect, there's
no disease at all, so he didn't really see uh
them he like heal other people except for him when
he was injured. They actually tell him that on a
planet few but there's just no disease, no crime, there's

no money. Just people elevate their spirituality by meditation or
and their goal is just to watch over us and
to guide us throughout history.

So they literally gathered together and sing Kumbai Ya and
life is grand.

They meditated, they didn't really, but.

No life is pristine there. It seems like there's nothing
to worry about. You don't have money problems, you don't
have relationship problems, you don't have health issues. You don't
have to worry about your food benefits not coming through.

That's right. They don't have to worry about relationship issues
because they are hermapetized, meaning that they're kind of they
have both male and female sexual organs. They can have
birth on their own. They don't need a male or
female partner to have a baby.

Males can mate with males, females can mate with females
because they're not male and female.

Speaker 4 (26:11):
No, exactly, they don't mate at all. Because they can
they can have babies born out of their own wound.

And do we know how that's done?

Speaker 4 (26:23):
Because they can just control birth because they have both
male and female sexual organs. Each one of them has.

Like so they can they can mix the eggs themselves.

That's right, exactly, yes, right.

And as far as that, you know diet, what a
powder like cis chalk?

They they they have different kinds of food, but they
all make them into powders so that the calories are
released at different time intervals. That's why when Michelle ate
certain things there, he didn't feel any hunger or thirst
because according to them, we should focus more attention on

developing our spirituality and now to focus too much on
what we eat. And Michelle actually ate manas. It's kind
of whitish, kind of like bread. But according to them,
they're the manas are the space food that they eat
when they have long journeys traveling intergalactic galactically. And this

is the food that they gave to the Hebrews during Exodus,
and they explained how the manas were made, and then
the fact that manas rolled every twenty four hours or so.
This is why when the Hebrews ate manas, they were
instructed to eat them or me take whatever they needed,
and now to throw them overnight.

Does this race of aliens have a name?

They call themselves the theubans Uh living on the planet Thuba,
which is, if you're pronounce it in French, it's very
similar to jerulva, very similar to the word Jehovah.

Okay, so your book is a Theobu prophecy. We just
add an end to that, and that's the name of
the planet. Theo boom.

Yeah.

The Theoba is the name of the planet, and Theubans
are the people who live on the planet.

Okay, all right, so I got I got that backwards,
but thank you for correcting us. All right, Samuel Chong

was the spacecraft like? Did Michelle describe that in detail?

Yes, it is a spherical shape one hundred meters in diameter.
It's kind of a silverish like color, and they can
travel at a speed a few times faster than the
speed up light. And but they also had probe to
take the sandpolls up soil from different planets. So what

we see in the sky sometimes are the probe, so
the eat teeth. But their mother ship is quite large,
and it's kind of like a ball, a sphiracle ball.

That's so, that's why there's missing a soil from my
garden from time to time. That's what you're telling me. Yeah,
that's rights are coming here and they're stealing our soil

was back in days or so exactly, Yes, And then
what did he tell his family when he got back.

How he can explain this, Well, he told his family
members what happened. His son believed him, and his wife
did not. His wife believed that he was having a
fare with another woman, having gone for being gone for
ten days or so, and then I think still his
wife doesn't believe what happened to him. So but I

think there are a lot of cob corroborating evidence in
the book in which some of the facts can be
very fied nowadays, given the fact that we have the Internet.
When he wrote the book, there was no Internet in Australia,
but he wrote in details such as the tombob Jesus
in Japan, which matched the description of the tomb of

Jesus in Japan that we can find on the internet nowadays.

Interesting he was aware of this because he had been
in communication right with the Obans.

Yes, the Theurbans talked him about what really happened in
some of our past, like like what happened during Exthodus,
how Jesus was born, and why Christ was crucified and
then resurrected after three days. And then it also talks
about why there is a tomb of Jesus in Japan

and why some people say that the Jesus also went
to India. So it actually connects other dots and also
explains like how the Pyramid of Egypt was built and
why their statues on Easter Island that we would be
able to we were able to visit, but don't understand

why and how they were built, and also explains that
why people just can't manage in some of the national
parks in the US and Canada. As document by David
Clyde is a private investigator. So it having explains a
lot of things in the book.

Hence the title Theobu Prophecy because this information could be
considered prophetic.

In a sense because the book was published in nineteen
eighty three and there are a lot of events that
happened afterwards that proves that the book is accurate and correct,
for example, life on Mars and also artificial or et
basis on the farthest of the Moon, as well as
some of the other historical facts like the pyramid is

an energy center another tune for the Pharaohs. I think
someone must probably realize that the Italian researchers just found
out that their subterraneal or undergrad structures beneath the Pyramid
of Egypt, so indicating that it's actually an energy center.
And Michelle in the book talks about how the fumes

filled and for what purposes? It is an energy center
that can capture the cosmic and terrestrial energies.

So, I mean, does this help to prove that et
life really does exist? I mean, when you take a
Michelle's story at face value.

Yes, definitely, because we all came from different planets originally.
For example, the Blacks and the Yellows came from planet.
The ancestors of the Polynesians also came from different planet.
The Caucasians came afterwards, and the Hebrews also came from
a different planet. It also explains why the Hebrews were

the chosen people and why the Jewish people are so

than it would have been otherwise, so less people were
killed as a result, and it did some research. There
was a German scientist called the doctor Heisenberg. He was
far more advanced in researching the atomic bomb than the

very stupid mistake miscalculation, and his report was read by Hitler,
and Hitler believed that Germany did not have enough raw
materials or natural resources to make the bomb, so that's
why he gave out a plan. So that's when. And

the other was that the ETS also refused to give
Michelle like a medal that doesn't or didn't exist on Earth,
because they say that the people on Earth need proof
and they're highly skeptical. Even if they did give him
like a medal, some scientists or some other people who

asked Michelle to tell the people just look up the
experiment in which the US government send out hundreds of

the environmental issues that we have been facing. That incident

was taught to heal a young girl by putting his

able to identify the young girl or locate the young

Bible doesn't talk about it. But if you do research,

I mean, last week was Halloween, but there was this
piece that came across just days before Halloween that I
would have talked about except we had already done a
show on USOS just like weeks before, because you know

I believe it's episode eight hundred and forty two with
Preston Dennett where we recently discussed usos. But there was
this article that came out in the New York Post
on the twenty sixth of October about these reports that

Enigma Labs has been receiving. Basically, this is crowdsourcing. People
report their encounters and they have reported thousands or received
reports of thousand, thousands of usos. These are unidentified submersible

objects that likely go into the water and come out
from the water. That is the most common description, although
some just hover over the water. There are sightings near
bodies of water. It's really enlightening the conversation we had

(01:13:27):
with Preston and wasn't the first that we had either
on the subject of usos because he came out with
a book many years previous. But Enigma Labs has been
gathering reports of UFO sightings. They were very helpful during
the drone wave in getting that information out and now
there's been another drone wave that's been happening over sas

there was one a month or two ago. That kind
of came and went, and now we've received some additional
reports of drone activity near US nuclear weapons facilities. This
information just coming out within the past few days. Actually

in Belgium, drones spotted near an air base where US
nuclear weapons are stored. This happened, I believe, back to
back nights, and previous to that there were other instances
as well elsewhere. I don't have that information right here,

but there was an interesting study that came out about
phenomena that were happening back in the forties and fifties
UFO activity that was linked to nuclear testing. This is
a new analysis that has done that. I hope to
be able to do a future program on if we

(01:14:57):
can find the right person to come on and to
talk about the history of UFO sightings and nuclear facilities,
we will do that. I mean, we've touched on it
many times over the years. We've had Bob Sallas, who
was the commander at Malmstrom the night of that famous
UFO incident which these objects came over rendered those weapons

(01:15:18):
unable to fire, and then that takes a lot of
time to bring them back online, so they were not
able to protect themselves against a threat foreign or domestic,
as they say, for that amount of time as those
UFOs had disabled their nuclear weapons. There's a report that
we can dig into at another time in further detail

(01:15:40):
that has recently come out that links some of this
to nuclear testing. So basically was what people were seeing
back in the forties and fifties with some UFO sightings
related to that. Yet, yeah, some of it probably was.
All of it, Yeah, probably not to be determined. As

they say, there's been apparently a collision in space between
some mysterious object and China's Chongong space station. They're saying
it's space debris. It hit the spacecraft that astronauts were
supposed to return in, so apparently they're stranded or it's

postponed TBD three astronauts awaiting a return from the Chinese
space station. They don't know exactly what it was other
than some sort of orbital debris that made contact with
the spacecraft. And that is certainly not surprising considering there's

(01:16:49):
all sorts of space junk constantly raining down on Earth.
In fact, at least a satellite every day is falling
to Earth. We just recently reported on some space junk
that was found out in the middle of the desert
in Australia, and of course there have been many others.

(01:17:14):
It seems there's something coming out of the sky all
the time. Keep an eye out because three Eye Atlas
is making an appearance. It has come back around the Sun.
It's still, you know, several one hundred thousand miles from us,
but if you have I guess really good binoculars, so

(01:17:37):
you do need really really good binoculars. A telescope will
work as well, and if you have any of that
you may be able to see three Eye Atlas as
it makes its way past Earth. It has come back
from around the Sun. So this is exciting stuff. And

(01:17:59):
apparently it has well brightened. As we've mentioned in the news,
it is a brighter than expected. It's still relatively faint though,
but it may have lost a ground thirteen percent of
its mass. So there's your three I Atlas update. Friends,
