With the statistics that show that close to 80% are unhappy in their jobs, and over 60% of employees leave because of their boss, it seems pretty clear that those managing employees are not taking the time to do this the right way.
Yet, when employees are treated properly, they are much happier, increasing their productivity by 37%, with 31% of that going directly to the bottom line.
