Joy doesn’t require perfect circumstances. It only asks that we show up, open-hearted and willing to receive. In this episode, I reflect on the joy of being fully present with life, not because everything is perfect, but because true joy comes from within. Inspired by a recent class I taught on positive psychology and a blissful moment kayaking in Miami, I explore how our well-being isn’t about clinging to things, people, or circumstances. It’s about trusting in the infinite flow of life and remembering that you are the source of your own abundance.
