We're actually here to help you bring the magic back
into your marketing.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Because marketing should feel good, not gross.
Grab your favorite drink, getcomfy and let's get started.
Okay, so recently I have beenhaving this come up for me
around money blocks and thingslike that.
I feel like it's this constantplace where I can still quote,
unquote, heal.
And I've been in the spiritualworld for a while now and I've

(01:54):
been in the healing space andI've gotten to the point where
it's do you always have to behealing?
Are we always trying?

Speaker 1 (01:59):
to heal.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
Something Is there?
An end point Is there?
And I have many practices inplace and I listen to
subliminals all the time and Ido meditation and I consult the
tarot cards, but it still keepscoming up for me of I've been
told many times by astrologersand psychics and stuff that I am
meant to live in an abundantlifestyle and I do have so much

(02:21):
abundance in my life and also Istill feel like money is
something that I grasp atEnergetically.
I went to this place of what'sthe next thing I should do.
I was like I should write athread asking people of like how
you continue your journey ofhealing and what work I should
be doing.
And should it be somatictherapy, should it be this,
should it be that?
And I said to myself wait asecond, you should just ask

(02:41):
yourself.
You should just sit in quiet andask instead of looking outside.
I think that is something thathas come up for us to bring to
the podcast, so we can show youwhat our process is behind the
scenes.
Right, there is a time and aplace where, years ago, it would
have been more helpful for meto look outside, because I
needed a little bit of direction, I needed to Options Exactly, I

(03:05):
needed to know what otherpeople were doing, because I
didn't even know what the thingswere to do necessarily.
And learning what those thingsare to do, learning the
different methodologies thatother intuitive entrepreneurs
use.
It gives you something to startwith.
It gives you a base to be ableto go off of.
So I think it's reallyimportant for people to engage

(03:25):
in these conversations, surroundthemselves with other people
that are talking about thedifferent energetic and
spiritual and intuitive toolsthat they are using, so that
then they can learn what are thetools that resonate with them
and follow the breadcrumbs to beable to really incorporate
intuition into their personallife and their business life.

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yeah, and I think that this is the intersection of
, and bring it into yourbusiness life, because we can do
this in a vacuum.
We can just talk about thespiritual side and the intuitive
practices, but then how do weknow the right things to layer
in?
And at the end of the day, Idon't know.
You and I both run ourbusinesses part time and we
could just sit and be in aspiritual practice all day, but

(04:08):
we wouldn't get any action doneRight.
And so I'm always someone whovery much believes, even with
all of the spiritual guidanceand whatever your methods are,
we all also have free will, andaction, like taking aligned
action, is always part of theequation of moving things

(04:28):
forward.
And so today we're going to talka little bit about what do we
do, what are our go-to's for?
Let's say, it's a really busyweek.
Maybe the kids are home fromschool, or someone is homesick,
or just we.
As I look at my schedule, myschedule changed drastically
when we put my son into anafternoon half-day pre-K and I'm

(04:50):
like, how do I hyper-focus inthese tiny pockets of time?
So we're going to talk throughwhat do we do and focus on first
as far as action.
So we'll have that conversationfirst and then we'll talk
through what are we both doingto have that balance of not
being only in action or only inthe energetic space.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Exactly.
Let's jump in to our question.
I'm going to interview youfirst.
Okay, when you think of yourwork, what do you go to first?
So, especially if it's a reallybusy week, you don't have a lot
of time how are you looking atwhat needs to get done and
prioritizing it?

Speaker 1 (05:27):
So I think about to-do lists, if you will, in the
quadrant, like if I'm evenlooking at a piece of paper
right now, I put like clientcommitments on the top left that
that if I have committed tosomeone and they have paid me,
what are the things that I owesomeone this week?
And I'm going to outline and bereally clear about that.
And then on the top right islike admin stuff Do I need to
get my bookkeeper something?
Do I owe something to someonewho does admin for or with me in

(05:51):
my business?
Or is there something like Ineed to register my LLC in Maine
?
I need to do that this weekend, right?
So the admin stuff that I don'twant to do but needs to get
done.
And then I think about likebottom left quadrant is things
that are behind the scenes andnot necessarily needle movers
today, like moneymakers today, things like improving our

(06:12):
website or writing emailsequences.
And then the bottom right isthings that like need to happen
this week to promote the thingsthat we are promoting, and so
that is always going to comedown to having an intention for
the week.
What am I trying to raise morevisibility around?
Even if we're, I thinksometimes we can get so caught

(06:34):
up in my quote unquote launchingsomething and, if not, like
scrambling to figure out what totalk about or like feeling like
you're talking too much aboutoffers, and so what I like to do
is each week know, okay, thisweek, whether it's on my feed or
whether it's stories, what am Itrying to draw more focus to?
Like a burst of content, andthen that allows me to then like

(06:59):
just look at everythingholistically of okay, is the
sales page for that working?
I always like to check thelinks.
Is it showing up in my LinkedInbio so that if I promote it on
social media, people canactually see it and click on it?
If you have any DM automations, hey, this week I'm going to
promote our audits.
If you want people to be ableto comment, audit and receive it

(07:20):
, is that set up?
So I look at some of thelogistics around the thing I
want to promote to make sureit's ready and good to go, and
then the visibility, and that'sgoing to start to blend me into
some energetic practices, because I need to be excited
about whatever offer I'm goingto be talking about for the week
, and so that might mean lookingthrough some testimonials from

(07:43):
clients who I've done that workfor.
It might mean just through sometestimonials from clients who
have done that work for.
It might mean just having someoff chance conversations with
someone where I remember why Icreated that offer.
If that makes I need to beexcited about it, yeah, for me
personally, I can't just be likewe're gonna talk about this and
I don't have any pull towardsit and so that's how I map out

(08:04):
my week, and then I'll highlightthe top three things, whether
it's in Asana or projectmanagement or just a written
list.
Those are the four things I knowI need to touch every week
Client work, admin work,back-end work, front-end
marketing and some weeks aregoing to be heavier on one If I
have like a lot of clientdeliverables.
I'm going to slack on some ofthe other things because I'm

(08:27):
only one person and work parttime.
So that's how I look at it.
And then looking in my calendarof okay, if I say I'm going to
make a YouTube video this week, which day am I actually going to
shower and do my hair and beready for that?
And so planning out the week ofhow, which days hey, I have no
calls.
That day I can just be insweatpants and rail through

(08:49):
client work.
Love that for me.
So I think through some of theenergetics and also feel
exciting to me because I likefinishing things in my luteal
phase.
Whereas if it's like I'movulating, then I'm going to
look at those open pockets oftime to batch content.

(09:13):
Those are the things I try todo weekly.
Some weeks it's going to beheavier on one or the other, and
I do try to bring at least someawareness to my cycle to see
which one would feel a littlebit easier that makes sense.
So how about you when you thinkabout sitting down?
I know you do a lot of kind ofcontent planning on Sunday,
looking at the week so that youcannot be crash landing into

(09:33):
Monday.
Yeah, walk us through whatyou're doing to think about your
work.

Speaker 2 (09:38):
It's so much more helpful for me when I can
actually get my content done onSunday, because then what I
learned years ago about myselfis that I have to keep Mondays
and Fridays I try to both keepwithout client calls, so I batch
my client calls more in themiddle of the week and then have
more admin time.
I come off like a weekend hotinto needing a few hours of

(10:02):
quiet to get set up because mykids are older than Chelsea's
and they're in a ton of sportsand things like that.
So it's, the weekends are notrelaxing ever, so it's for the
most part.
So it's go into Monday, andMonday morning is a little bit
more of my relaxation time whereI can then?
And when I say relaxation, Ifind our work to be relaxing for
the most part.
So it's like Monday morning isa time where I can look and say

(10:25):
I know when the client calls are, I knew what kind of what work
I need to do.
And what I have learned aboutmyself is that even though I've
been for my entire life fairlyhigh achieving getting all the
things done and prioritizingthat kind of to-do list
mentality, when I am morefocused on taking care of myself

(10:50):
and my energetic hygiene, ofmaking sure I meditate, making
sure I have some quiet, that'swhen I can be the most
productive.
So it's a littlecounter-cultural and it's hard
for me to say I know I have todo this amount of content, but I
really should meditate first.
And I'm not perfect at it,because I think I do say, okay,

(11:13):
if I could just check this offmy list, then my mind is a
little bit like calmer because, especially when you are doing
client work and you owe peoplesomething, you want to get that
to them and you want to, ofcourse, be timely and things.
But I have learned that I do themost like potent and I can work
much more quickly and notprocrastinate if I am like

(11:33):
taking care of first, so I'myeah, so I think that's the.
That is a little bit where myjust a personal challenge of I
would be more primed to sit downand write a to-do list and
start checking it off, but Idon't think I do my best work
when I do that.
Yeah, sure, which is yeah.
So it's something I feel likeI'm really like you try to come

(11:55):
back to and learn and like youfall off course and come back
again.
So I do know like I try to showup on my be visible almost
every day, especially of theweekday, and it has helped, as
we're working together more, tohave these themes of like we
know that we're going to betalking more about our audit or

(12:17):
that kind of stuff and then Ilook at, ok, I have, I know I
have this.
Currently I'm working on ourservices and pricing guide, so I
know I have to find pockets.
So I'll look at my week and say, ok, I know Thursday is going
to be lighter with call, sothat's the day that I'm going to
work on it.
So, yeah, let it flow per weektoo, because it's especially

(12:37):
where we're at in our seasons oflife Kids getting sick, it's
the winter.
You have to be a little bitflexible.
Yeah, I think that's how that'swhere I go.
First, I like I know what mytasks are for the most part and
it's like reminding myself.
Come back to how are you goingto take care of yourself at the
beginning of the week.
I love like we have Chelsea andI have a call together on

(12:58):
Mondays.
Then I also have a call withour business manager on Mondays
too, and that kind of gets me.
That really helps me get intothe work mode and know of the
things that I want to check off,to get like the backend,
supportive, grounded part done.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
Yeah, I love that and I think running our membership
calls like for me I run thegroup coaching calls the first
and third Thursday and you docontent coaching on the second
Tuesday, and so those also helpanchor me, like knowing I'm
going to be showing up to runthat and be a part of it,
knowing where I'm at in themonth, like there's the week to

(13:33):
week, but then also like in themonth.
Yeah, something I know you andI both really want to get around
to is having a CEO week.

Speaker 2 (13:43):
That's coming for me in March.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
I have to do I do too .
I do too Of having a week wherethere's no calls and having a
plan of what happens during thatweek.
Is it content batching?
Is it backend stuff?
What is it that is hard to getthat focus time for and for me,
because I have such littleamount of time that's protected
during the week.
I used to run my businessmostly at night.

(14:06):
I was a night owl, but I havereally switched to waking up at
five in the morning so that Ican have some pockets of time
before my son and husband wakeup, and so it's like very
counterculture for my ownnatural rhythm and I also work
my most intense workday isSaturday to a place where we've

(14:33):
delegated enough out or thingsare running smoothly enough that
I don't have to do that.

Speaker 2 (14:35):
But I also really try to I don't want to say trick
myself, but trick myself intojust being really grateful for
that flexibility because, yeah, because we have the, we have
more time during the weeks thanaverage working and like when we
say we work part time, we'reactually working full, like the
amount of hours I I would notsay but we're working a very
flexible schedule yeah, I guessthat's like my sense of that,

(14:58):
but then I do a dedicated day onSaturday.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
I often work a little bit Sunday working on content,
and so it's very.
Yeah, it's just against thegrain of what most people think
exactly what their schedule.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Yeah, and I think that's important to think, to
think about and talk about too, because people think we talk
about not hustling and things, and that's a very big
conversation right now.
So when people hear we'rerecording this on a Saturday,
I'm recording in betweenbasketball games and you're you
work your full day on Saturdaysand stuff, and but it doesn't
feel like a hustle because onFriday we were both really

(15:33):
present with our kids and we gotto do things with them, and so
it's that flexibility that isreally important to us.
And I think I wanted to justtouch on the CEO week really
quickly, because I did that fora long time in my business and
it made a really big differencefor me in sustainability.
And if you don't know what aCEO week is, it is a week where
you don't necessarily take anyclient calls or it's just for

(15:58):
you to do about, because we areso many oftentimes are so like
reactive oh, ok, I have to takea call this week, I, this person

(16:19):
, just only available.
Yeah, I have to, and that's OK.
There are seasons of that, butwhen you start giving your
energy in that way all of thetime, that's what leads to
burnout and that's what leads toyou don't then have the time to
vision for what you want for,and that's what leads to you
don't then have the time tovision for what you want for the
future.
So, even though my kids were onschool break this week, I didn't
have any calls and it made merealize and we had this

(16:43):
conversation of I'm going to goback to that because I feel like
I didn't get as much hands onwork done, but we were able to
work together a lot on likewhere our vision is going and
because, if you're not, itwasn't like back to back,
exactly, yeah, yeah.
So that really helps me andit's something to think about.
So I used to always do the lastmonth, the last week of the

(17:04):
month, and I think I'm going tomove more towards the third.
It doesn't actually matter, butlooking at your business and if
you know, there's one weekthat- you can usually take a
little bit more time foryourself.
It's really important.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Yeah, I love that.
It's very inspiring, andhearing you talk more and more
about it, I feel like I havedone it.
I used to do that more in mylaw practice because I needed
like a week catch up, but thatwas also very counterculture in
that profession, where you'resupposed to be billing every
second.
Yeah, that's tough yeah it's ahard corporate thing for me to
let go of, to be like, okay, Ihave these three hours of child

(17:42):
care to work.
I've got to be hyper productive.
That's very still likecorporate culture.
Oh, I could, yeah, I should beaccounting for every moment that
I have available.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
It's, that's a real it.
I think that's coming up somuch for me because also in a
lot of the energetic work thatwe do and our friend Melissa was
recently she just did a quickreading for me yesterday and she
was saying that my thing isalways I have to do less to do
more.
And that is so countercultural,right?
Because it's no, I should beout there selling to get money

(18:14):
to come in.
How am I going to do it?
So that's where these energeticpractices, I think, really come
into play.
So what do you find thatyourself doing regularly right
now from an energetic standpointto really help balance this all
out?
Help balance this all out.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Yeah, I am leaning into.
I've been a collector ofenergetics practices, especially
in the past three years, ofhiring a mentor to learn
energetic readings and the Rosereading method and then working
with Melissa, a mentor, aroundmediumship and channeling, and
so each person who I quoteunquote learn from and pair up

(18:53):
with their energy and theirknowledge.
There's been things that I takeaway that then just become very
oh.
I remember when Elena taught methe concept of bubbles and now
I can just say the word bubbleand picture an energy bubble
going up around me.
When I was learning it with her, it took a lot of energy and a
lot of effort to learn thatmethod.
Lot of energy and a lot ofeffort to learn that method.
But now, because it's likesnowballed, maybe that I can

(19:17):
just be like, oh okay, bubble, Ineed to protect myself right
now.
So I personally, if I thinkabout my day and my week, the
things that I prioritize arejournaling.
I have a very specificthree-part manifestation
journaling practice that reallyworks well for me.
I've been doing it for yearswhere I focus on gratitude first

(19:38):
, like a list of 10 things I'mgrateful for, a very specific
yes, more, please.
List, which is like the thingsthat I'm trying to call in.
I'm really specific.
I copy and paste it every day,so it's like always the same
clear and consistent request tothe universe, unless or until
one thing needs to upgrade.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
We should make a template.
I'm going to make a template inCanva of this and put it in.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Oh, yeah, yeah.
And then the third is glimmersof hope.
Is really sitting with thethings that are on the yes more
please list and being like, ok,if twenty thousand dollar months
are on the yes more please listbut a a $47 membership renewal
came through today.
Like I have to be grateful forthat.
I have to notice thebreadcrumbs and the glimmers of

(20:20):
hope and that has been a reallymagical practice for me.
It's something I do with my sontoo.
What are the glimmers of hopeof the things that you want so
that I really try to protect?
Do I do it every single day?
No, if I don't, I really try tosit at least in quiet with the
gratitude list and before I goto bed to at least say out loud
I think that's the other thingis I journal, but I say the yes

(20:41):
more please list aloud and Ireally and then I say, because
that's like speaking it intoexistence- yeah, yeah, and every
day I say this is my clear andconsistent communication and
request to the universe.
So it is yes, more please.
This or anything better that'salready on its way to me.
And just like that's veryLouise Hay Also, like I've done

(21:01):
a lot of work in the past aroundLouise Hay, I monthly do an
energy clearing session, actually with one of our members
, candice Indiglozol, and shehas taught me a lot of different
things around protecting myenergy.
So something I need to bebetter about because I noticed
the difference is after workingwith clients, like in that

(21:23):
three-hour period of time,especially if it's like a
back-to-back call day, takingthe time to ground myself after.
Clear my own energy, clear mychakras, make sure that I'm not
taking everybody's mucky energywith me to go pick up my son.
Clear energy hygiene issomething that whenever I am
committed about it, I notice, and then I notice when I am not.

(21:45):
I'm really dedicated to, Idon't know.
Nutrition, hydration, supplementation Like that for me
is an energetic practice.
I'm very mindful and grateful,as I ingest my food and my
filtered water and put mineralsin it and take the supplements
that I've like carefully curatedover the years, of what makes

(22:08):
me feel really well, so I feellike putting things into my body
is also part of my energeticspractice.
Muscle testing you use I usemuscle testing a lot, both with
like body swaying.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
As well as using a pendulum or even just I don't
know how to describe it on apodcast, but you're using my
pointer and thumb as a ring andthen trying to break that loop
or not.
I do that, I don't know,probably dozens of times a day
if I'm trying to break that loopor not.
I do that, I don't know,probably dozens of times a day
if I'm trying to decide evenlittle things like, should we go
to the park today?
Should we flip and fly today andwhat's going to feel more

(22:41):
supportive for both of us?
And so I use that, like forbusiness and otherwise, pretty
constantly throughout the day.
I find that to be reallyhelpful.
And then also, I do a lot ofwork with taking very
intentional baths.
I try to do at least one whereit's very intentional, maybe
using some candles, using someoils, some salts and a lot of

(23:04):
intentions, and we'll oftenchannel mantras that come
through when I'm in the bath ofmantras that I'm meant to be
saying, and then I bring thosethroughout the rest of the week
as well.
I love that.
Those are some of the thingsthat I don't know are coming top
of mind for me, yeah.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
How about you?

Speaker 1 (23:22):
I know you're more of a meditation girly.
Tell us.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
I am, and I think both of us too are starting to
dabble a little bit more inmagic and the more seasonal
witchy type things.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
Yeah, like pagan holidays You've been on.
I remember texting you andbeing like in bulk, what's in
bulk?

Speaker 2 (23:43):
And now I own three books on it, but it really has
been potent in looking atseasonally Okay, everyone gets
that New Year's kick, but it'sno and we are really on track
with this of building somethingbehind the scene so that it can
be born in spring.
It's already being born already, but energetically, I think
it's being perceptive and payingattention to those things that

(24:06):
come up, and energy and topicsand breadcrumbs is something
that we've done really welltogether and I think that's a
huge part of my energeticpractice.
But, yes, I am very committedto meditation practice.
I also am currently in a coursethat's almost done called

(24:29):
Initiation, with one of mymentors, sarah Jenks, and that
has really helped me hone thenext level of removing energy
from my field and reallycreating a connection with
source and the universe andwhere I can just like very

(24:49):
quickly get knowings, I knowwhether or not I'm on the right
path.
And years ago when I startedthis meditation because it's so
funny, because you said the RoseMethod I learned the Rose
Method too, yeah, with one of myold mentors and Elizabeth, and
so there's all these differentthings and I've practiced all of
the different things and thenI've gotten to a point of
knowing what works for me.
But I remember in the beginning, when I was taking a lot of

(25:11):
different meditation courses andlike energy reading courses, I
would fall asleep every singletime.
I would be meditating.
Yes and what I had been told andwhat I definitely believe to be
true is that like my nervoussystem at that time in my life
was so activated that like Ijust needed the rest.
That was like so much moreimportant to my body and my

(25:32):
energetic field.
And now that never happens.
Like I don't fall asleep inmeditation, I can meditate and
really hear and feel what isgoing on.
I share that.
To say that this is just, it'sa lifelong process.
There's never a landing of.
These are the only the thingsLike in a year if we have the
same conversation.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
Chelsea's probably going to have a few different
things.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
I'm going to have a few different things.
So where I'm at right now inthis busy season, I'm trying to
be more intentional aboutweaving these bits of magic and
meditation just throughout theday.
So I have a movable altar thathas all my candles on it, and

(26:14):
sometimes it's in the kitchenand sometimes it's up in my
workspace and just setting thatkind of intention for before I
work.
I use a lot of hypnosis andsubconscious reprogramming.
I do that before bed, mostly.
The other thing that I'mbringing back.
I actually want to send youthese videos, but my friend,

(26:34):
kate LeMay, is an amazing EFTtapper and I've learned this in
my courses as well, but shealways reminds me to come back
to it and recently she sent metwo tapping videos that she's
been using and I've been usingthem and I want to make them
more of everyday type thingBecause I find EFT tapping is

(26:55):
really something that I resonatewith, I really like and I think
, oh, go ahead.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
I was just going to say you and I both do a lot of
card pulling as well.
We do a lot of card pulling.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
I did one before, exactly, I did one before.
Exactly, I did one before this, and I think with the card
pulling it reminds me, becausethe card deck that I have in
front of me right now is theMagdalene Rose Oracle, and part
of where a lot of my intentiongoes is to that more feminine
spirituality Right, that's whatI would call it, and it's coming

(27:29):
back to different books thatmight come up around that.
So right now I'm in a LisaLister is a woman who wrote the
book Witch and she wrote anOracle book.
Sorceress is the one that I'mreading now.
So I really try to again havethese conversations, podcasts,
books around me to keep bringingme back.

(27:50):
We live in the typical world, right, I don't know what else to
call it.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
Whatever?

Speaker 2 (27:56):
The muggle world.
Yeah, and it's very easy tohave the news on 24 hours a day
or be getting all of this stuff, and it is important to be
educated right, because we dolive in this world.
And then also it's important tobalance with okay, remember,
like you can come back to thispractice.
You can come back to yourintuition.

(28:17):
So I am that type of personthat needs that reminder, so I
need to leave these things inand out.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
Something that you've said.
Sorry, I'm going to point thisout, that I love the phrase that
you use of just like bringingthe magic into the mundane.
I didn't know when you cameback from the retreat with Sarah
Jenks that you were reallycommitted to just like bringing
ritual back into your day, andI've seen you stay committed to
that and that's really beautifulto watch.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
Yeah, it's something that I was recently talking to
somebody about too, because Ithink we think that you have to
have a 20 minute meditationevery day and that will.
That is just not in this seasonof my life.
Probably for the next at least10 years.
That's not really doable.

(29:01):
Buckled in, knowing that theywere safe and my car was not
driving and I could close myeyes for one minute, picture
roots grounding into the earthunderneath me, and that's all I
started with.
It wasn't even waking up beforethem or anything.
So I share that to say that itcould be when you're washing the

(29:22):
dishes, just closing your eyes, connecting to your inner voice,
your knowing it doesn't have tobe something that's very showy.
I had this very weirdperception that I had to look a
certain way in order to really Ihad to always be wearing
dresses, yeah, yeah, and thatwas the only time that then I

(29:45):
would be really spiritual.
And here I am in my NorthAndover sports sweatshirt hoodie
.
I was having this conversationwith somebody recently.
This is just, I just look likea regular person, right, and
that's what it's going to be andthat's OK.
And you could still be highlyintuitive and spiritual.
Don't let those like thingsstop you from just the little

(30:07):
magic moments that are going toconnect you and to connect you
to your business.
That's I.
I will tune in anytime.
Before I speak to a client, Idon't care if it's about you
know their email landing page orif it's about a spiritual topic
like I am going to spend onequick minute to ground myself,
connect to the energy andintention of what's important

(30:29):
for, and trust then that exactlywhat is supposed to come up
comes up for them to besupported and for us to work
that you know work well in thatsession together.
It doesn't have to be you don'thave to be doing 90 million
different things all day long.
It's more about coming back tointention and whatever really

(30:50):
speaks to you, um to connect toyour intuition best, um.
One other thing that I wantedto mention really quickly that
is like my energetic uh anchorkind of that I come back to,
like you had said, yourenergetic clearing that you do
with Candice.
I do a monthly massage with myfriend Caitlin, and Caitlin is
one of the most intuitivespiritual people that I am lucky

(31:12):
enough to know.
I love her dearly, she's a dearfriend, she's trained in Reiki
and all of these things, but shegives me a massage and for
somebody who was spent probablyclose to 35 years completely
disconnected from their body, oh, sure, yeah.
She has helped me get back intomy body, which has then helped

(31:35):
me be so much more clear, Like Ican drop in so much more
quickly than years ago when itwas like I didn't even know
where my body was in space, ifthat makes sense to anybody.
So that connection, it's justsuch a high priority for me
because it fuels my work.
It might not logically makesense to people.

(31:58):
I have to get a massage everymonth in order to be the most
connected version of myself.

Speaker 1 (32:04):
Yeah, I consider a lot of what I do to be business
activities.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
Exactly, yeah, doing the song and stuff, yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
Yeah, and I listen to subliminals and hypnosis
several times a day, like somedays I listen to it on repeat if
it's like a 15 minute one andit's a topic I want to do, so
it's just a part of Emory willbe like not the sleepy music
again he calls any subliminalsleepy musicy.
Will be like not the sleepymusic again he calls any
sub-model sleepy music.
But I'm like, whatever I'mprogramming your subconscious
for You're primed for You'llappreciate it later.

(32:33):
So, yeah, I think for both ofus it's a lot of weaving it in
and that takes attention and ittakes being willing to just
recenter and reset and be likeoh, I'm feeling wobbly.
That's for me.
I often feel if my head feelsfloaty that's the way I describe
it or if my foundation justfeels wobbly, is when I need to

(32:56):
be like wait, what have I notbeen doing?
Oh, I haven't been, and it'snot just a one and done.
Wouldn't it be nice?
if it was, but it's not.

Speaker 2 (33:04):
It's a constant practice and that's why it's
important.
I think that's why places likethe intuitive business community
are so important, becausesurround yourself and maybe it's
a different community for you.
That's okay.
But find that community whereyou can have these conversations
, because if you don't, you canvery easily fall into a very
typical business path wherepeople are where you're getting

(33:26):
the message of just keephustling, just keep pushing,
keep doing that, and that's whatwe see so much in, what leads
people to burn out.
So find that community that youcan have these conversations
that are going to remind you ohwait, I haven't been journaling,
I haven't been meditating orwhatever it is yeah, because
those are just as important as,like, the conversations around

(33:46):
how many leads you have, howmany conferences.
So find that space for you, sofor your homework.
Moving forward for this week, Iwant you to really pay
attention to what you're doingthis week.
What's coming up for you andhow are you going to embody the
concept of prioritizingenergetic alignment,
prioritizing a mix of how you'regoing to support yourself

(34:09):
strategically and then making ityour own, really, practice it.
So listen, maybe when you werelistening to this and Chelsea
was talking about muscle testing, you got a ping inside your
body.
You're like, oh, I want tolearn more about that.
We encourage you to followthose breadcrumbs.
Reach out to one of us.
Maybe if something that we saidwas like, oh, I want to know

(34:33):
more about that, send us a DMand we'll tell you more about it
.
Or maybe it's just like findingthat next book about something.
Really, this is a process oflearning to trust that, if you
listen to the pings, exactlywhat you are meant to is going
to land before you and beingperceptive, being open to say,
oh, I've had these thoughts of,oh, I want to learn more about
something.
And then I go to a little freelibrary and there's a book on it

(34:53):
and I'm like, oh, I love mytopic, I love it, and then it's
just that, like confirmation tookay, like this is the right
path, right.

Speaker 1 (35:01):
Yeah, exactly, I love that.
Well, I hope that you havefound this episode of the
intuitive marketing podcast asinspiration to help you bring
the magic back into your ownmarketing.
Our goal is for this podcast tobe a compass in the chaos we
know you get bombarded withinformation options and
conflicting ideas out there onthe internet streets.

(35:21):
We hope you tune in to the nextepisode, where we will be
sharing about the power of thepause in business all about how
to tell whether you are actuallyprocrastinating something that
you should be doing, mayberealizing some red flags about a
strategy that is just not foryou, or in a state of allowing
yourself space and time forclarity to download.

(35:42):
So those it's going to be ajuicy topic because those are
three things we've been reallyliving in and breathing in and,
honestly, I feel like peopledon't talk about it out loud.
So it's going to be a greatepisode and we hope to see you
then.
