Speaker 1 (00:02):
Welcome back to the
intuitive mentor mom podcast,
where we explore strategies forgrowing confidence, empowerment
and gaining clarity for midlifemoms.
When life is happening for youand not to you, you can be
living the life of freedom, funand bliss.
I'm your host, tara Michelle.
Let's get to it.
(00:22):
Welcome back, I am so excitedto be with you yet again.
Happy new year, happy 2025.
Can you believe the year 2025?
You know, I'm blown away.
I'm blown away that we're herein 2025.
Last year was quite the year, was it not?
It was a bit of a whirlwind.
(00:42):
It went very fast.
You know, I feel like I wasjust at New Year's last year and
here we are already a new year, but I wanted to find out.
This is going to be a short andsweet episode.
I'm going to just talk about alittle bit of a recap of last
year and what we will be headinginto for this year, for the
(01:04):
show year, and what we will beheading into for this year for
the show, and I want to thankall of you again for supporting
this show.
For those of you that did tuneinto the last couple episodes,
we talked about gratitude.
We also talked about completingour 2024, creating the 2025.
I'm curious who actually tookthe time and did that?
It's such an important ritualfor me to do that.
(01:28):
I've been doing it for severalyears now.
I have found it to be verypowerful.
What I have left to do is justa collage what I created.
That's what's next.
So hopefully this weekend ornext weekend I'll take some time
and actually collage my 2025.
But on the last episode, wetalked about the various things
(01:48):
that you could do aroundcompleting your year and, as I
mentioned, I found I came across.
I came across an old piece ofpaper that had I believe it was
2018 that I had created or 2019.
Had I believe it was 2018 thatI had created or 2019.
And what was wild where there'swhere was some pretty big
(02:13):
things on that list that I haveaccomplished, and there were a
few things on the list that Istill hadn't done.
That's okay, I'll look at, youknow, adding them.
I haven't even looked at itbecause I went ahead and created
my 2025 a little differentlythis year, but that's the beauty
of it.
You know, I'm not a firmbeliever in resolutions.
I feel the context aroundresolutions is really a negative
context to where there'ssomething, there's something
(02:35):
about failure in there and thenyou just don't feel good about
it.
But I really do believe thatit's a.
It's a time for completing whatyou accomplished.
When you take a look at whatdid I accomplish over the last
year and then really write downwhat is it I want to accomplish
for this coming year.
You could accomplish things inways of being.
(02:57):
You could accomplish thingswith your health, with your
spirituality, with finances, with your career, with family
relationships, or maybe it'sromantic relationships, maybe
it's hobbies, maybe it's beingin nature more, maybe you know
things you want to create withyour pets, travel.
The idea is endless of what youcan create, right?
(03:19):
Maybe you just want to havemore time to yourself, maybe you
want to have more quiet time, more downtime, and create
whatever it is you desire.
But it's a really importantritual to take that time.
I will say this real quick.
I asked my son.
I was like hey, you know, whatdid you accomplish last year?
And, of course, the firstanswer was I don't know.
(03:39):
I was like, well, let's take alook.
And we looked at all the thingshe accomplished.
I mean, he was, for the firsttime ever, an exchange student.
For the first time ever, wehoused and hosted exchange
students.
You know he played sports, certain sports he'd never played
before accomplished.
He explored new territorywithin just who he is as a
(04:04):
person and a human being andwhen he started looking at that,
he was like, wow, I actuallydid a lot of things last year.
It's like, yeah, and we forget.
Like we forget because we don'ttake the time to stop and think
who have I been being?
What have I accomplished?
Where would I like to go withmy life?
So that's really what thoselast couple episodes were about.
(04:28):
Also, gratitude, you know, ifthere's any way you want to get
yourself out of a funk or anyway you want to bring more
abundance into your life, itreally is about being in that
space of gratitude and reallyowning what that looks like for
you.
And looking around your world, you know, from material items to
people in your lives, to thingsthat you've received, you know
(04:54):
just anything like what reallycan you be grateful for?
You can be grateful for yourhealth, people in your life.
You know things you have, whatever it is, people in your
life, things you have, whateverit is.
It's staying in that space ofthe beauty of life and being
grateful for it and all that wehave all of how life supports
(05:15):
you, the people that you havearound you.
It's a beautiful place and it'sa beautiful time and, yes, we
can very much get caught up inthe noise that is happening on
the news.
You very much can get caught upin that if that's what you want
.
But I encourage all of you thisis a new year Unplug from the
(05:39):
noise and begin to really createwhat it is you want to create.
So I took the time, I did somework, I did some creating.
I will tell you another toolthat I love.
I can't remember.
I think I mentioned it on mylast episode Project 369.
It's a book.
You can find it on AmazonProject 369, the keys to
(06:01):
prosperity, but they also haveWorking with the Universe.
His name, the author's name, isDavid Casnesi, and that's
spelled K, as in Kellogg, a-s-n.
As in Nancy, e-c-i Casnesi.
And this book was gifted to melast Christmas, in 2023, by a
(06:23):
dear friend of mine, and I usedthat book ritually throughout
the year and I'll tell you whatI manifested some amazing things
and I'm using it again thisyear.
I bought two of them.
I bought the prosperity one andjust the day-to-day one, and
I'm loving it already.
(06:45):
It's a great way to plan outyour year, to really explore
what it is you want to createand to get in those states of
positive energetic mindset andmind flow to really pull in and
bring in that which you're readyand wanting to create.
Because, you know, a fewepisodes back I talked about how
(07:06):
you know you really are thecreator and the architect of
your life.
Plain and simple.
You just are.
It's just.
It's coming out more and moreevery day through science,
quantum physics.
You know there's heart math, the heart math institution.
There's Bruce Lipton, there's Imean, there's so many people,
(07:28):
so many people.
You can read books and things.
There's so much science behindwho we are as the creators of
our life.
And so I invite you all to divein this year and really take
charge and take hold of yourlife.
Take back your power.
(07:50):
Take back your power from thenoise.
Unplug from the noise, pluginto your heart.
Increase your frequency, raiseyour vibration.
Go to more comedy clubs, watchmore comedic relief.
You know, if you're going toplug into something, plug into
(08:12):
something funny.
You know, spend more time innature.
Spend more time with yourself.
Okay, if you spend a lot oftime with yourself, go spend
more time with people.
You spend a lot of time withpeople.
Come back to yourself, go spendmore time with people.
You spend a lot of time withpeople.
Come back to yourself, do thethings that feel good and fuel
your soul.
Okay, so I want to just saythat you know this is the time.
(08:33):
Take the time out, create your2025.
What is it that you want tocreate for this year?
And then you know, startputting putting things into
action this year.
For myself, I really want tofocus on investments.
I want to focus on a planreally around my retirement and
what that looks like from thecorporate space.
(08:54):
I want to focus on investments.
I want to focus on my son andmyself and what we're creating
together.
Those are just some of thethings that I'm really taking a
look at this year, and I've gotthings mapped out and planned
out and I'm excited.
I'm excited for what's possible, I'm excited for what's next
and I'm excited for what I'mabout to create.
Now, I did want to share withyou also what this show is going
(09:16):
to look like this year.
So you know, I was working witha mentor last year on the
podcast and initially my podcastwas called Healing Adventures,
because it was aligned with.
You know, my belief systemaround life is happening for us.
It's not happening to us, andwho do we get to be in the face
of life happening for us?
You're the designer, you're thecreator.
(09:37):
You're either going to bevictim to your life or you're
going to be the hero of yourlife.
Okay, so you could be, youcould be at the effect of your
life or you could create yourlife.
And, as you meant, as Imentioned in another episode, I
should have my episodes in frontof me.
So I know what the heck episodeto tell you to go back to.
That's one thing that maybe Ishould be doing.
(09:57):
But there was an episode whereI talked about being on the
court of life, because I seelife as a basketball game.
I see it as, like you know, youcan be up to.
I'm sorry, I'm trying to.
I'm actually trying to get overto this.
So playing on the court of lifeactually was episode 15.
And how I see life is like thisbasketball game, and you could
(10:21):
either be playing full courtpress or you're sitting on the
sidelines, right?
So I was working with a mentorwe were talking about.
You know how I see life as lifeis happening for us.
I see life as a healingadventure.
That's just how I see it andthat really resonates with me.
But when working on this podcast, we started talking about you
(10:43):
know what has my podcast?
Get out there and make itmarketable and have it be more
accessible for people to find.
That's when we came up with thewith the name intuitive mentor
mom, and my idea was that I wasfocusing on, you know, single
women, because I'm a single mamaand I believe in supporting a
single women out there singlemoms and but I really get that a
(11:09):
lot of what I talk about it canbe for anybody.
So I'm going to continue beingthe intuitive mentor mom Because
, as many of you know, I have, Ihave many intuitive gifts and
I'm happy to work with people.
I love working with people and,as a matter of fact, my most
recent episode, which wasepisode 17, where we were
overcoming family and karmicties, I did a coaching session
with a wonderful woman by thename of Nina, and I have a few
(11:30):
other coaching sessions that Iwill be also sharing throughout
this year, but one of the thingsI love to do is I love having
people on here for justconversations, whether it be an
interview, I don't know what youwant.
I don't really like calling itan interview because it's more
conversation.
But we're going to have more ofthat on this show this year,
(11:54):
because that's what lights me upand I want to bring you juicy
topics.
I want to bring you hot topics.
I want to bring you life ishappening for you topics, and I
do hope that what I share onthis show does empower, motivate
and activate the truth withinyou.
That is what I believe, and soI hope that you continue to stay
(12:17):
tuned.
I'm really excited to be withall of you, some of the shows
coming up.
As a matter of fact, I did areally awesome interview today
with a couple on open marriage.
Open marriage is a hot topic.
As a single woman, I've been onthe dating scene for a very
long time and I find even that'sgoing to be a topic of
discussion.
I have a couple of friends whoare going to come on here and
(12:38):
we're going to talk about datingbecause it's it's a real.
It's real life, juicyconversations about how life is
happening for us in thesevarious avenues.
Open marriage is a big thing.
It's it's a taboo conversation,but it's also a hot topic
conversation, so that's going tobe coming up here pretty soon.
Also, we're going to be talkingabout Jean Keys.
(12:58):
If anybody's familiar with JeanKeys and a dear friend of mine
who I interviewed years ago andshe was leaving the 3D world
going on vacation over to CostaRica Well, her life has
dramatically transformed andchanged like a huge 180.
And so she will be coming onthe show too and we'll be
(13:20):
talking more about that and whatthat journey has looked like
and the types of changes thathave come down the pipe and how
it really opened her to whatshe's doing today.
We're also going to be talkingabout human design.
I think human design isfascinating.
If any of you are familiar withhuman design, it's such a cool
conversation and a cool topicand so much more.
(13:41):
So I just wanted to leave youwith that short and sweet
podcast today, wishing all ofyou a truly blessed 2025.
