THIS WEEK WE HAVE THE SPRING EQUINOX.
Finally, finally.
I don't know about you but it has felt like a long winter.
For me, spring represents the energetic new year. It is the start of Aries season, the first sign of the zodiac, and represents a time when we are coming out of hibernation after winter -- the Spring Equinox is the time to come out of our hibernation holes and celebrate who we are now ready to be.
So, let's celebrate it together.
In todays episode we talk about...
- the step by step guide to creating a Spring Equinox ceremony
- the difference between and importance of ceremonies and rituals in our everyday lives
- herbs to support you during the spring season
- yoga therapy practices for spring
- winter reflection journal prompts
- how to gain clarity on our spring intentions
- how to embody and manifest our intentions
... and so much more ...
