What an honor it was to sit down with the one and only Mike Krivka. He is a kilt wearing, karate chopping, Batman fanatic as well as a Master RKC, who has taught kettlebells in the Washington, DC area for the last twenty years.
He owns and operates CrossFit Koncepts, which is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He is also a martial artist with over 45 years of experience and is a full instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto (Bruce Lee’s training partner and heir to the Jeet Kune Do system) in the Filipino Martial Arts, Jeet Kune Do, and Maphilindo Silat, as well as other martial arts.
