Lundi. 50ème jour de confinement où JE RESTE CHEZ MOI ... SANS INTENSITÉ !

Même type de séance que les dernières fois : 1h10 à jouer avec le développement (les plateaux avant) et pas la résistance du Home Trainer. Donc entraînement de ce soir : 20 min échauffement petit braquet + 15 min sur la plaque (gros plateau) + 10 min récup (comme échauffement) + 15 min re-sur la plaque et enfin 10 min retour au calme.

J'avais de très bonnes sensations ce soir !

En tout cas, je reste sur mon objectif de faire de l'endurance et de monter le bon exemple !
