In this episode, William Tincup interviews Jose from the Quick Service Restaurant franchise Jack in the Box. They discuss Jose's experience at the isolved Roadshow event in Dallas, Texas and his expectations coming into the event.
They also talk about Jack in the Box's popular menu item, the mini tacos, and the growth of the franchise in North Texas from 7 stores in 2007 to 18 stores. Jose shares that they use isolved for their back-office needs but are still using other systems for hiring and onboarding, leading to questions and interest in learning more about isolved's capabilities.
Jose is frustrated with the overlapping technology at his franchise, and would love to have the ability to merge all of his existing technology into one singular platform. He thinks that isolved might have the answer to his problem.
