Coach Michael Burt had success early on. At 22 he became the youngest coach in Tennessee History at Riverdale High School. He won multiple championships and had multiple 25+ win seasons. At 25, he wrote the first of his now 16 books. Coach Burt realized he was destined for more than a high school basketball coach, and as the opportunity arose to coach in another arena he took it. He began motivational speaking, coaching, and training in the business world.
