Jaalisa Banks is a wife and mom from Dallas, TX living in Minneapolis. After being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and PTSD in 2015, she began to learn everything she could about mental health. Now an author of a children's book about postpartum depression, and a mental health advocate her mission is to keep marching with the mental health movement. 

In this candid conversation, Jaalisa is transparent about her mental health journey and what lead her to advocacy. Jaalisa is truly Breaking through the stigma.
