Issac Johnson, from Christmas Decor says it takes 15 guys, for about 4 weeks (in August!) to put up all of the Gate City Bank blue lights.... and that is what people call that shade of light now! With upward of 250K lights, Issac explains the process and why they can't be up all year long!
