This week is a very different type of show than our normal show. We welcome Michael Patterson to the podcast. Michael is a young man in his 20's that has a human interest story to share. He started doing drugs when he was in his teens, was arrested many times and actually spent time in prison.
He is now clean and has made some significant changes in his life! He is focusing on physical and mental health, as well as nutrition and exercise.
