We're excited today to haveDaniel and Michelle Moore here
in the studio.
When I was thinking about howto describe Daniel and Michelle,
this is the word that came tomind servants.

(00:50):
I know them through church andwhen I see them, they're never
sitting, they're always serving, and I'm very happy that they
said yes to this interview.
Daniel, why don't you introduceyourself and just tell us a
little bit about you?

Daniel Moore (01:05):
I can do that.
Well, I'm Daniel Moore, as yousaid, and I do thank you for
having us on the podcast today, you're welcome.
I appreciate that.
Well, I've lived here in Yoshuamy whole life, for the most
part, and I work at a Christianradio station.
So when you say you know us asservants, well, I do that at my
job as well.
I've got ministry all around me, so it's pretty awesome.

Kim McIntire (01:28):
Yeah.

Daniel Moore (01:29):
But I've been there for about seven years and
really enjoy that.
I do have a beautiful wife,Michelle.
She's sitting right over here,so she'll be talking here in a
minute.
We've got three kids, twograndkids and one on the way, a
couple of dogs, so living thatgood American life you know how
that goes.
I've been in church my wholelife.

(01:51):
I pretty much, as I like to say, I was born underneath the pews
pretty much, and I remembermany times as a kid falling
asleep under those pews, as theservices would go till midnight
or one o'clock in the morning, the way it used to be back in
those days.
But I went to a Christianschool and so I've pretty much
been around church my whole lifeand I've known who God is my

(02:13):
whole life been in a godlyfamily.
But of course, as it goes witha lot of people, we have our ups
and downs and I've not alwaysbeen a perfect person, been out
of church a few times.
Of course we're never perfect, but there are times that I've

(02:34):
gotten out of church and gottenaway from it, just with
different things in my life, that's come along and it lets
Satan win some of those battlesand I've had to take that ground
back Right Amen, quite a fewyears now that once.
I, as I say, like to say when Ifinally grew up and matured a
little bit.
I've, I'm thankful to say thatGod, just you know, he's brought
me a long way.
And I know there was anotherthing here that you wanted me to

(02:54):
mention with the intro hereabout the role that I have with
you guys, you guys, asked me tohelp with the podcast.
You guys asked me to help withthe podcast.

Kim McIntire (03:04):
Yeah.

Daniel Moore (03:04):
And so whenever you asked me that and I prayed
about it, I felt like you know, that was something that God,
really, you know, put up on myheart to help you all.
I just love the ministry thatyou guys have and what your
intentions are with all of itand the way that God's just
leading and guiding all of youin this.

Kim McIntire (03:22):
Thank you.

Daniel Moore (03:23):
And I actually took it as an honor to be, you
know, asked to be a part of itall and kind of watch this whole
thing to grow.
Wow, thank you so much I reallyenjoy watching you guys,
minister, and everybody thatcomes to these conferences and
everything.
I know they share that as well.
So basically I help and producethis podcast and everything.
Yes, when I first met Daniel, but so basically I help and

(03:44):
produce this podcast andeverything.

Kim McIntire (03:45):
Yeah, yeah, yes.
When I first met Daniel, heasked if I would be on his
podcast.
He hosts a podcast calledConnecting the Gap.
Tell us where we can find it,Daniel.

Daniel Moore (03:56):
Okay, it's on everywhere you can get your
podcast.
It's on YouTube and Rumble.
If you can go to my website atconnectingthegapnet probably the
easiest way to find it- yeah, well, thank you for that.

Kim McIntire (04:06):
Yes, he did our tech for us at Conference 1 and
also Conference 2, as well asWorship Night.
Yep Worship Night so yes,Daniel is our tech mind, so
we're really grateful for himand we're glad to have your wife
here today.
Michelle, tell us a little bitabout yourself.

Michelle Moore (04:24):
Well, I'm Michelle.
I am the lucky wife of Daniel,as I call him, my handsome honey
, and I put that in her cellphone.

Daniel Moore (04:33):
That way too.

Michelle Moore (04:34):
It is that way.

Daniel Moore (04:35):
When it rings, it says handsome honey.

Michelle Moore (04:37):
I love it.
That's great.
We've been married for 22 years.
As he said, we have three kids.
We also have a daughter-in-lawand a son-in-law and we have the
two granddaughters, Addie andAlayah, and one on the way.
He said we had one granddago, but I think we have like five.

Daniel Moore (04:58):
I lost track of all of them.
I guess we do have a couplemore, don't we yeah?
Whose count?

Michelle Moore (05:03):
Ministry work.
We went to Abundant Life beforewe went to James River.
And we did a lot of differentkind of ministry work there.
We did a life group for youngadults, college-age kids.
Our church didn't have one, sowe created one with Vicki and

(05:27):
Scotty Alvius.
And about that time is reallywhen I seen my life kind of
change, because you're more in aleadership kind of role.
And then Dan was on the praiseand worship team and I was
always known as the drummer'swife.
Never, my name is Michelle,it's the drummer's wife that
sounds so dignified.
It does.
And then I helped with HopeKitchen.

(05:49):
I kind of led that and I had ablast with it.
We do Connect Center at JamesRiver and we absolutely love it.

Kim McIntire (06:01):
My heart is for people.
I love people.

Michelle Moore (06:03):
I love to serve.
If you've got something for meto do, I'm going to do it my
heart is for people.
I love people, I love to serve.
If you got something for me todo, I'm going to do it.
And I'm the crier in the back.
You know, I let everybody elseup front, they pray and I just
in the back and I'm just prayingand crying the whole time.
I love it.
And so I kind of I work forcommunity bank and trust Been
there 27 years.
Wow, I kind of I work forcommunity bank and trust Been

(06:23):
there 27 years.
I kind of laugh because I'vedone so many different jobs and
right now I'm an internalauditor and I don't know what I
was thinking when I took the jobin March.
But it's been a challenge tolearn a lot.
But God opened the door, he'splaced me in it and when I go in
every day I'm like it's all you, God, that's right.

(06:44):
There's so much to learn and somuch to do.
It has to be Him.

Kim McIntire (06:49):
Absolutely Wow.
Yeah, it's so good.
Yeah, it's so good.
Well, one reason I asked youguys to be on the podcast
there's several, but the mainreason is you guys have both
been involved in each event thatwe've had.
So you were involved inConference 1 in 2023.

(07:09):
You were involved in WorshipNight in January of 24.
And then you were at conferencejust a month or so ago in
August of 24.
And so you guys have reallykind of watched it grow and
we're still in baby stages.
And so you guys have reallykind of watched it grow and
we're still in baby stages.
But I thought, you know, justhearing your perspective and

(07:31):
your testimony, Michelle, I justfeel would be really impactful
for our audience, especiallypeople who haven't yet attended
a prayer conference or a worshipnight.
So you had an experience atRise Up this past August and I
would love for you to share thatstory with us.

Michelle Moore (07:50):
Okay.
Well, I'm going to tell you I'mgoing to actually read out of
my journal.
Absolutely, feel free to dothat.
So if you hear me changingpages, that's because I'm going
to read what I wrote.
Yes, go right ahead.
So to Rise Up 2024,.
First and foremost, thank youto the Rise Up leadership team
for being obedient to God, and Iwouldn't be here writing this

(08:15):
if you guys weren't obedient towhat he placed on your heart and
allow him to move like you guysdid.
I will start from the beginningof what I wrote.
I put I am God's favorite.
I've never felt like God'sfavorite.
I've lived in a world of shamebecause of choices I've made in
my past.
Not just shame, but feelinglike I'm not good enough.

(08:37):
The enemy has stolen who I wasbecause of choices I've made and
choices of other people aroundme.
I sat in the audience justbawling.
Holy Spirit was working on meas I sat there, releasing myself
to him.
I came with expectation buthonestly never thought I would
leave a complete, changed woman.

(08:57):
Where to start?
God First, you loved me.
You truly loved me.
No matter what, you love me.
I'm your favorite.
You've chosen me To know that.
To say that words cannotdescribe the thoughts that I
have With me being your favorite, what power that has and what

(09:18):
understanding that has given me.
I don't have to be perfect, Idon't have to have a checklist.
You love me unconditionally, you, my Abba, father, who formed
me, who has given me boldness,a loving, compassionate heart, a
baller, and I'm your favorite.
Ashley spoke about being God'sfavorite and it spoke to me in

(09:40):
ways I can't describe,questioning why I've never felt
that way.
It came down to things I'vedone in my past, things I'm
ashamed of, but I still knewthat I was a daughter of the
king.
Friday, before service, andreacame up to me and said I've got
a word and you're the one, andif anybody's got a word from
Andrea, you just know.

(10:01):
Right?
And she said seven.
And I'm like okay, and she'slike the word seven, I don't
know.
And I was like okay.
So I tucked that away because Ihad no idea what it meant.
When Kim came up and startedgiving her testimony, it hit me
straight to the core of my heart.
You see, everyone that hasspoken at Rise Up has always

(10:22):
testified of what happened tothem, what someone has done to
them.
When Kim mentioned shame, Iwanted to slide down in my chair
because I knew what I've donein my past and what Satan has
been using that to fight meagainst speaking out of my
testimony.
Not only using shame, but beingdisgraced, unworthy, fear,

(10:44):
guilt being insufficientperfection.
Kim talked about building acommunity to surround her and
her husband during her season.
That's what I did.
I allowed the community of theRise Up Conference to walk me
through a prayer tunnel.
As I started walking throughthe prayer tunnel, rose was

(11:06):
swiping my back, saying God'sshedding stuff off of you,
releasing shame, perfectioninsufficient.
And at that moment I becomejoyful in my heart, happy,
smiling, laughing, crying.
Because that prayer tunnel andthe Rise Up community, he
created a new child, a boldchild with a fire.

(11:29):
Sorry, I can't see.

Kim McIntire (11:34):
No, please don't be sorry.

Michelle Moore (11:36):
It's beautiful, the way has been completely
lifted off.
After the event, rose came upto me at church and said I have
a word Nahum 1-7, and I'm goingto read that to you.
The Lord is good, a strongrefuge when trouble comes.
He is close to those who trusthim.
You see, I wouldn't havereceived anything if I wouldn't

(11:56):
have trusted him or trusted thatcommunity as I walked through
that prayer tunnel and receivedwhat they had for me.
Then God brought to me thePsalms.
I'm going to read that, andit's Psalms 95, 17.
Unless the Lord had helped me, Iwould soon have settled in the

(12:19):
silence of the grave.
I cried out I am slipping.
But your unfailing love, o Lord, supported me.
When doubts fill my mind, yourcomfort gave me the renewed hope
and cheer.
You see, if I wouldn't havewalked through that prayer
tunnel and allowed God to workand to minister for those people

(12:41):
that are around me, I wouldn'treceive what I had today.
This RISE conference haschanged me completely.
You don't understand that.
The fact of when I came intochurch I always felt like I
would say hi, but the joy thatit's brought to my heart To be
able to come in, smiling, theexcitement, I mean it's just it

(13:03):
has changed me tremendously.

Kim McIntire (13:05):
Praise God, tremendously.
Praise God, michelle.
That was so beautiful and Iwant to mention that Ashley was
one of the speakers whocurrently has a book called
Favorite, god's Favorite.
I hope I'm saying that right.

Michelle Moore (13:25):
Favored.

Kim McIntire (13:26):
Yeah, favored, thank you, thank you.

Daniel Moore (13:29):
Same concept.

Kim McIntire (13:30):
Yes, I should know that I helped coach her through
the book, but in this moment itjust escaped me that she was
the first speaker and then KimLester shared her testimony and
the structure of the conferencefor people who don't know is
testimony and it's not recordedand you can't go and get a link

(13:51):
to listen to the conference, andthe reason is they're very raw
and real and personal stories.
But you are an example,Michelle, of how when people say
yes to sharing the redemptionstory that a lot of people are
too ashamed to share, that ithas an impact.

(14:13):
It creates a multiplicationeffect because it gives people
the freedom to know I can sharetoo, Right, and my story can
impact someone as well, Becausethe truth is all of us have been
in a pit and I said that lastepisode.
But he's the redeemer from thepit, he crowns us with love and

(14:34):
compassion and he satisfies withall good things.
So our youth is renewed likethe eagle, and that's what I was
picturing when you were sharingthat just how God has crowned
you with love and compassion andhas renewed you and it shows
and it's beautiful.
So I'm so grateful for yourwillingness to read your journal

(14:55):
from what happened at Rise Up.
But I do want to just talk alittle bit about the prayer
tunnel, and I'm going to directthis question to your husband,
Daniel.
You were there, I know you wereup in the sound booth, so you
were really observing a lot ofthings that were happening from
up high.
And how would you describe aprayer tunnel to someone?

(15:16):
So you were really observing alot of things that were
happening from up high Yep.
And how would you describe aprayer tunnel to someone,
because I know we have peoplelistening that have no idea what
that is.

Daniel Moore (15:25):
Yeah, it's very foreign to a lot of people.
So a prayer tunnel is basicallywhere, you know, you get your
prayer team or whatever.
They'll basically make twolines facing each other and they
create what you would, you know, look to see as a tunnel
between the two of them, andthen everybody that wants to

(15:45):
walk through that they juststart at one end and they start
walking through between the twolines of people and those people
are praying over them as theypass in front of them all the
way down that line from one endto the other, and probably
the—and a lot—you know somepeople think, well, why is that
necessary?
You know, because you've gotthese people that think, well, I

(16:07):
can pray at my seat at my houseor I can pray at the seat at
church.
You know, you don't have to gothrough all this, whatever, but
a lot of it is humility, because—'s good.
Something I want to want to sayhere you know, michelle, when we
this was at conference two iswhere this happened, which just
happened here in August and whenwe went to this conference,

(16:31):
michelle, you know she was thereas an attendee.
I was there, you know, helpingwith the media and that kind of
thing, and the media was in asecond floor area of the
auditorium there.
So I tried to, as I could.
You know, in between here andthere I was able to go sit with
her for a little bit.
But we like to worship next toeach other and so sometimes when

(16:56):
we're separated and we have togo do separate things which
we've done plenty of that it'snot like it's never happened,
but every time that we do getthe opportunity to worship next
to each other it's just prettyawesome Because, you know, in
the past it's not happened awhole lot.
You know, like she was sayingearlier, I was on the praise and
worship team.
At the last church I was on, Iwas the only drummer, so there

(17:19):
for 12 years pretty much sheworshiped by herself because I
was up on stage from thebeginning of service, clear up
to the sermon, and so she spenta lot of time, you know, doing
that on her own.
And so when we finally had theopportunity, when God moved us
to James River, our currentchurch that we go to with you

(17:40):
guys, I decided I just didn'tfeel like that's where God was
pushing me to, and so we finallyhad the opportunity then to
worship next to each other andit was super weird because it's
like you're not used to, youknow.
She told me you know I pray inmy prayer language sometimes and
she wasn't used to that, youknow, and so she's making

(18:02):
comments when we get home.

Michelle Moore (18:03):
I'm like you're praying too loud.
You need to be quiet.

Daniel Moore (18:07):
You're singing too loud, you're praying too loud,
it's all this stuff.
You know, I'm like I'm justdoing what I used to do on the
drum set at the last church.
You know, it's like what's thedeal here?
And so it took a little bit forus to get used to each other.
People were thinking like well, that makes no sense, you know,
because most people get toworship next to each other all
the time and when you don't getto, you start seeing the other

(18:28):
side of that.
It's just, it's a little bitdifferent.
So at this conference, you knowshe's got tons of friends there
, but still she was kind ofsitting to herself and whatever,
and I didn't know how much shewas going to actually get into
it.
It was kind of a I don't know.
At that time there at the firstof August, there was some stuff
going on family wise and thatkind of thing, and so

(18:51):
distractions Sure, distractionsare a bad thing when you're
trying to get in with God andyou know, get something from him
.
Distractions are a bad thing.
When you're trying to get inwith God and get something from
him, distractions are a badthing.
And so I wondered through thewhole conference how she was
doing, because I couldn't seewhere she was at because of
where I was sitting, and whenthe prayer tunnel happened I
wasn't sure she'd went throughit yet or not.

(19:13):
And I was hoping she would, butI had not.
I was where I could see most ofit taking place up there, but
there's computer monitors infront of me and all this stuff.
Well, all of a sudden I get atext on my phone and she goes
you have to go through thattunnel.
And I saw it and I'm like, well, I guess she went through it,
you know.
And so I asked her I said didyou go through it?

(19:43):
She goes yes, god released alot for me and I didn't answer
back for a little bit becausethey were still singing at the
time so.
I was still putting lyrics up onthe screen and everything, and
then I get a text again.
Please go down and go throughit.
Wow, they will understand thescreen change.
That's funny.
They won't miss the funny.

Kim McIntire (19:56):
They won't miss the lyrics.
They won't miss the lyrics.

Daniel Moore (19:59):
She's like they're at the end of the line and then
she goes please just right,quick.
I'm like man, she got somethingout of that tunnel.

Michelle Moore (20:06):
I did.

Daniel Moore (20:06):
She's going to be up there dragging me down the
stairs here in a minute.
That's great.
And I told her I was like well,I plan on going through it.
I told her, you know, I waslike well, I plan on going
through it, but I was kind ofwaiting until everybody got
through it.

Kim McIntire (20:17):
It was long.

Daniel Moore (20:18):
It was.
It took a while, it almostwrapped around the whole
auditorium it did.
And so I finally, you know, hadmy opportunity to go down
through it.
And you know there's two waysyou can walk through a prayer
tunnel.
You can walk through thatprayer tunnel thinking that, eh,
I don't know if I'll getanything from this or not, you
know, and you just kind of gothrough it.

(20:38):
You never open yourself up andallow God to really work on the
things that's in your life.
Or you can approach that tunnelwith expectation yes, your life
.
Or you can approach that tunnelwith expectation and you can
come up to that tunnel and say, okay, god, I'm getting ready to
take this step through this path.
Here.
I've got all these peoplewaiting to pray over me and, you
know, plead the blood over mylife and whatever it may be.

Kim McIntire (21:01):
Right.

Daniel Moore (21:02):
I'm ready to accept something from you.

Kim McIntire (21:04):
Yes, and so good.

Daniel Moore (21:06):
I wanted to read something here, so I'm going to
be.
I've got a podcast coming up inthe future I don't know exactly
what I'm going to do just yetbut it's called the seven mile
miracle and it's so fitting forwhat we're talking about,
because the second conferencethat you guys had, the one of
the themes was burn, yeah, andsome people didn't understand
what I actually had people askme burn, what's that mean?

(21:27):
Right, and some people didn'tunderstand what I actually had
people ask me burn, what's thatmean?
It was some of the kids there atthe college and so once I
explained it to them, theyunderstood it.
But if you look at Luke 24, 30,where this story takes place,
that this came from it'sResurrection Sunday, jesus sits
down in a common experience of ashared meal.
The Bible says that he was atthe table Remember these two

(21:55):
disciples that Jesus had met onthe road to Emmaus and had
talked to them.
They're interested in who he is, but they still don't recognize
him.
They still don't know who he isat that point when he sits down
with them.
And you know Jesus.
Christ you know the Son of God.
He has a time for a meal breakon Resurrection Sunday, yeah,
and the Bible says that he juststarts taking over.
Well, one of them was Cleopaswas one of the people's name.

(22:16):
I like to call him Cleo, buthe's just sitting there watching
and this visitor, thistraveling companion, who's Jesus
?
All of a sudden becomes thehost at his house, instead of
vice versa.
You know it's supposed to be theother way around, but you know,
jesus takes bread and he breaksit, and when he breaks that
bread, you go through thatmotion of breaking bread.

(22:37):
When you do that, your handsturn upside down, and at that
moment they saw those nail scarsin Jesus' wrist and at that
point they understood who he was.
When they saw those nails thathad been there, they realized he
was Jesus, which lets us knowthat sometimes the power of an
example is greater than thepower of an explanation.

(22:58):
Jesus had not explained to themwho he was yet.
They didn't have any clue, butwhen they saw those nail scars,
they understood by the examplethat Jesus had given when he
died on that cross.
And it says that they saw thosenail scars.
They understood by the examplethat Jesus had given when he
died on that cross.
And it says that they saw thescars in his hands.
And the more we think aboutthat, we realize we may think

(23:18):
about it kind of like this IfJesus got up from the grave and
he has the power to overcomedeath, he wouldn't leave scars
where the nails had been.
If God has resurrection power, surely he'd do a little bit of
cosmetic surgery and get rid ofthose holes that were in his
hands and the marks that he hadover his body where the Roman

(23:39):
guard beat him and all the stuffthat took place.
Surely he wouldn't leave thosescars there.
There's times that I've thoughtabout that, because Jesus, you
know God could have taken thosescars away.
Jesus did not have to keepbearing those scars.
You know, when they seen thosescars, their eyes were open and
they recognized him because ofthose scars that he had.

(24:01):
They saw the one who was withthem that whole way down that
road.
But they saw him not in hiswords, they saw him in his
wounds.
At that point they saw him notbecause they had heard the stone
was rolled away, but becausethey were up close and personal
with the one who had actuallysuffered and had been behind
that stone.
Then their eyes were open, theyrecognized him and then he

(24:22):
disappeared from their sight.
He just vanished, becausethat's not really where his
destination was.
His destination was, you know,to be into heaven.
But the scriptures say in verse32 there it says they asked
each other were not our heartsburning while he talked?
His words made their heartsburn, but it was his wounds that
opened their eyes.
There's some things that cannotbe explained.

(24:43):
They can only be experienced.
And that really sums up thatwhole conference with ending it
with that prayer tunnel.
I can sit here and explain whatthat prayer tunnel is, I can
draw a picture of it and try toexplain to somebody what it's
like to walk through that, butuntil they experience that
tunnel and what it can actuallydo, and with the way.

(25:06):
Michelle described what happenedto her.
You know when she went throughit, you know when I went through
it.
We always think, well, we prayall the time.
I'm on the prayer team, youknow, with you guys.
And everybody's like well, you're all prayed up, you know
you shouldn't need this or thator whatever, because you pray
all the time.
And what is all this otherstuff?
We, we're human.

(25:28):
We still need prayer too.
We still go through things, westill fight battles.
Yeah, god's called us and he'sblessed us with the ministry
that we're a part of, orwhatever, but we still have to
have our time.
We still got to be able to gothrough and get things taken off
of us.
And you know so that prayertunnel was awesome.
And I think the conference wasamazing, but a lot of people
have talked about that prayertunnel.

Kim McIntire (25:48):
Yeah, and that's what's so exciting about having
Michelle share her testimonytonight or today is that a lot
of people don't know what it is.
A lot of people that were atconference haven't heard all the
testimonies that have come fromthe prayer tunnel time.
But I want to just take aminute to just kind of brag on

(26:10):
the prayer team.
I have the honor of leading theprayer team for the conference
and we meet once a month to prayand they actually had the names
of every person registered upto Wednesday.
We didn't get the people whowere registered last minute were
last minute that registeredlast minute.
So, but everyone who wasregistered up to the Wednesday

(26:34):
before their names had beenprayed over regularly and the
prayer team was praying.
You know, lord, help me to knowwhat to pray, how to encourage
words to speak, words ofknowledge, prophetic words, like
they were prepared to pray overthe people who were there and
it showed.

(26:54):
I mean, the Lord honored thatpreparation, you know, and so
I'm really grateful for theemphasis on prayer at conference
and the willingness of peopleto walk through something they
had never experienced and, truthfully, not everyone did,
and that's okay.
We had people just sitting inthe seats and watching and maybe

(27:18):
next time, right, and we don'tknow that that's going to be
every event that we have.
But you know, we really try tolean into the Lord and be
directed by Him.
And the theme was burn I'm gladyou brought that up.
Burn because we want hearts toburn for Christ, and so you can
take the word burn many ways, but in the context of conference
it was we want everyone's heartto burn for Jesus Christ, and

(27:41):
so if you guys had a thought toshare about maybe a listener is
tuning in today and they havenever attended any of the Rise
Up events, but they're thinkingabout it what would you say
someone could expect, michelle,if they show up at worship night
in January?

(28:01):
What should they come expecting?
I guess would be the questionI'm asking.

Michelle Moore (28:06):
I would say that don't come expecting.
Let God show you hisexpectations that he's going to
allow, because I came inexpecting but I wasn't expecting
a whole lot.
Yeah, god expected and hisexpectations for me to receive
for what he had for me that'sgood Was beyond anything I can

(28:28):
even imagine, and the praise andworship.
There's just something about itand it's amazing that the fact
that they follow the Holy Spirit, they don't stop, and I don't
know how many times we're likeokay, we're going to move this,
because this is where we'regoing.
It was completely all God.

(28:48):
Yeah, the leadership stood tothe side and let God move.
Yeah, if you want to seesomething as powerful as it can
be, you need to attend.

Kim McIntire (29:00):
Rise.

Michelle Moore (29:00):
Up, because not only the first Rise Up
conference, the worship night, this last one we've had, there's
not a time that I have nottaken anything from it, that God
has just given to me and justchanged me in ways that I didn't
even know, that were hidden, orthat he showed me that I need

(29:21):
to be doing Like there isnothing that I can say, that I
would just tell anyone that prayabout it, come with an open
heart.
Yeah, let God put hisexpectations out there.
Right, Because each speaker hassomething, and I just want to
make this comment right quick, one of the things that I was

(29:43):
talking to, amber Sampson, whichshe's part of the lead team.
Yeah, in each conference, it'salways been a speaker that has
had something done to them and Idon't know in every one of them
.
I can't even imagine getting upin front of someone and
speaking that out Right, becauseit is raw.

(30:04):
It is raw and they're beinghumble to what.
God has for them to use it as atestimony to speak to us, right.
But when Kim got up there andshe talked about something she
had done, right, I hadn't heardat either conference how

(30:25):
everybody had something done tothem, but she was the first one
I heard that she did somethingRight.
And so I'm, you know, when I'vetalked about a little bit about
my past, which Dan and I aregoing to get ready to do a
marriage podcast, but it goes alittle bit on my testimony of I
had an affair and I'm very I'mnot anymore, I mean, because it

(30:49):
is the past.
God has, you know, taken that, but it talks about what she was
talking about, that shame andstuff.
It's so easy to get caught upon all that and he meant for her
to be there.
Sorry, everybody else, but itwas meant deeply to my heart
because I didn't want to do thepodcast.

(31:09):
I've been fighting to do thepodcast and Satan knew it and he
was just trying to squash melike a bug and doesn't want us
to release it because we knowit's going to help somebody out
there, we're going to helpmarriages, but I know I'm going
rabbit trail.

Kim McIntire (31:28):
No, you're good but.

Michelle Moore (31:29):
I also want to talk about the prayer tunnel.
Right quick, I took my shoesoff because I didn't know what
to expect.
I knew that God was going totouch me from the bottom to the
top.
Yeah, yeah, let me tell you.
I was sitting down there.
I feel sorry for whoever wasbehind me because I was taking
my time.
Yeah, I was receivingeverything that God had for me
Amen.
I was laughing, I was crying, Iwas like y'all behind me, just

(31:54):
forget it.
I'm taking it all because God isjust doing the work and I'm
like.
I come out of there and I wasjust like holy moly, I'm just
like I couldn't stop.
It's just I cannot explain howmuch God meets you there at
Arise.
Yeah, and I would tell anybodygo.

Kim McIntire (32:16):
Yes, go.

Michelle Moore (32:17):
Thank you, run Go.

Kim McIntire (32:19):
Don't let anything stop you no oh wow, I
appreciate that so much, thankyou.
Thank you, michelle.
I feel very encouraged.
I was going to ask you guys toshare something that might
encourage our audience today aswe close out, but I feel like
every person who listens isgoing to be encouraged by the

(32:40):
words that were spoken is aboutmagnifying the name of Jesus and
pointing everyone to the onlyone who can save you, redeem you
, set you free, give you joy, hope, peace, and it's about Him,
and so I'm honored and thankfulthat you guys took your time,

(33:05):
and I hope to have you backagain when you're ready to share
your marriage testimony, and sowe're going to close out this
interview.
But you guys have such a storyand I have no doubt God's going
to use it to impact many, manylives, so thank you so much for
your time.

Daniel Moore (33:25):
You're welcome.
That's just our prayer that youknow a lot of people have.
Everybody has baggage.

Michelle Moore (33:31):
A lot of people have baggage.

Daniel Moore (33:33):
Everybody has baggage out there and I know a
lot of people are.
You know, as we discussed thistonight, a lot of people are
ashamed to let that be known.

Kim McIntire (33:42):
Right.

Daniel Moore (33:42):
Just because they let it rule their life.

Kim McIntire (33:46):
It's true.

Daniel Moore (33:48):
You cannot let that stuff, you cannot let your
past define you and I knowthat's kind of cliche and you
hear that all the time but thereis so much truth packed into
that comment that you cannot letyour past define you.
You have to keep lookingforward.
I mean, god's forgiven all thesins in our past and are present
into our future.
He's got all of this taken, youknow, under his wing.

(34:09):
If he's not going to look atall that stuff behind us, then
why are we looking?

Kim McIntire (34:13):
back there at it.
That's a good word.

Daniel Moore (34:15):
We miss a lot of goals in our life.
Sometimes we miss opportunitiesto witness to other people, we
miss opportunities to share ourtestimony and that kind of thing
, because we're so busy lookingat where we've been that these
opportunities just pass right onby us.
And you know that's what Satanwants.
That fits right into his MO.
I mean, that's his plan and heenjoys every moment that we

(34:39):
allow that to happen in our life.
And you know, I think one thingthat real quick here before we
do close.
One thing that I do want to sayto people.
You know churches, when you goto churches, your church has
their, the things that theyallow to take place in church,
and sometimes they suppressthings.
I guess is the best neutral wayto put that.

(35:00):
One thing that I've reallyenjoyed about the conferences so
far and of course you know allof us in here are pretty much
Pentecostal-based in ourdoctrine and that kind of thing.
But the conferences are allowedto just take off and wherever
God takes them.
Conference one there was amessage in tongue interpretation
.
I saw dancing in the Spirit, Isaw people getting slain.

(35:24):
There's just all kinds ofthings that happened that I had
not seen in a long time it was abreath of fresh air.

Kim McIntire (35:29):
Yeah.

Daniel Moore (35:30):
And I just, like Michelle mentioned earlier I
think that's probably, ifanything is said about these
conferences and the worshipnights that we've been involved
with so far, to say towards youguys as a leadership team thank
the Lord that you allow God todo what he wants to do.
Yes, Thank you so much, becausethere's too many times that, and
I know churches, for whateverreason, they have some

(35:53):
limitations sometimes to whathappens and what doesn't happen.
I totally understand thatbecause I've been in several
different types of churches.
But at least this venue, thisthing that you guys have put
together, the atmosphere thatyou allow you go into it
expecting God to do something, and whatever God does, god does

(36:14):
it, and that's one thing that Ijust want to encourage.
I pray that that continuesbecause I think that's very
important for people.
We're only going to get as muchof God as we allow ourselves to
retain.
If we're going to allow so muchto come in and then throw that
gate up and lock it, that's onus, true, and if we're in a spot

(36:37):
where we have the opportunityto receive anything from God,
that we could ever want andwe're going to take the time to
dig in and try to receive thatfrom Him and get on the same
page with God and allow Him todo that.
we need to take that opportunity.
You shouldn't walk out thedoors and not receive that, and
that's one thing that I loveabout the conferences so far and

(37:00):
the worship nights.
You guys have just reallyallowed God to move.
And so kudos to you guys forthat and I pray God blesses that
tremendously.

Kim McIntire (37:08):
Thank you so much.
We have an amazing lead team, and I am going to mention their
names Holly Hoyer, amber Sampson, christy Marion, kelly Keener,
kelly Carter and myself.
We love the Lord.
We're just doing what he'scalling us to do, and he's
growing it little by little, andwe have great expectation.
The testimonies that are comingin are so encouraging that I

(37:35):
just can't wait to see what'snext.
I feel like I'm on the edge ofmy seat waiting for January to
come, yeah, for worship night, and we'll be announcing all of
that information in the future.
