This week on Deal or No Deal Island Insiders, recently-eliminated contestant Nick Grasso joins Miranda Rose Harrison and Jack Vita for a lively conversation on the Jack Vita Show!
Despite accepting a record-setting offer a week ago, Nick took a bad deal from the banker, spelling the end of his time on the Banker's Island in Deal or No Deal Island's ninth episode, "Are You Ruthless?"
Last week, Nick joined Jack for his exit interview, in which he detailed how a strange dream that he had on the Banker's Island put an end to his time on the show. Now, he opens up in an hour-long conversation with Jack and Miranda.
Nick recaps and relives his time on the Banker's Island. In the early days of the game, he was in a tight alliance with Boston Rob Mariano, but midway through the game, his attitude toward the Robfather shifted. Nick was a founding member of the Night Owls alliance, and soon, Rob went from an ally to enemy. Why did Nick decide to turn on Rob and target the five-time Survivor veteran? Nick takes us inside of his gameplay, strategy and thought-process.
Miranda and Nick discuss life on the Banker's Island. The two shared a tent with Amy McCoy. How did they end up in the only co-ed tent on the show? Who ended up in the other two tents? And how did things go in Tent 3? Nick and Miranda relive some of their favorite memories from their time on the island, and provide an inside look to what goes on on DONDI. They also talk about the food situation on the show. What do the contestants eat, and what if the contestants have a food allergy?
Along the way, Nick, Miranda and Jack break down the latest episode, "Are You Powerful?" and discuss whether or not they think Aron Barbell was really going to turn on Rob, had he defeated the banker. They also preview the Final 4, with the show's penultimate episode coming up next Monday.
