Do you ever find yourself experiencing self doubt? Even when you succeed, get the job, get the promotion or when someone tells you something you did was wonderful, do you feel like an imposter, like a phoney or a fraud?
That could be imposter syndrome and it can be debilitating and paralyzing but if we recognize it we can overcome it.
