once again, another round of ketchup.
Sorry that this has happened again. . We did, however, have two pretty awesome games. One of them stayed close and one of them might have stayed close, but something happened that threw the game wide open..

We are playing catch up, so the data card had to be referenced heavily I can remember the capital of all 50 states, all of the Canadian provinces, and how silly putty was invented, but I cannot keep up with six contestants, six daily devils, two scorecards, etc. Basically if it involves numbers, I'm screwed .Second disclaimerThe Bob rule is in effect for the second portion of this episode . this game right here was a lot kinder than some we've seen previously. While others were just straight at brutal, this one mostly allowed the contestants to be their awesome selves.
There were a couple of major ouch moments, but the game itself was not a vindictive little brat like some of the other ones we've seen recently. Also, you'll get my thoughts on the whole learned League thing after my first match. Spoiler alert, I won. ...
I feel sorry for every single contestant on that stage today. That board was pure evil. I don't mean it was just a little bit unkind. I mean it was actively sabotaging them.
They were doing their best and those ridiculously difficult tournament of champions level questions kept coming up round after round after round. Not, nice, at, all. Due to that, this is one of the lowest scoring games I've seen in a while, possibly ever. As I...
and The knockout round comes to a close with today's game. We've seen 81 teams in this knockout round. 27 remain.
When we get back to this next week, the really tough competition starts. On the topic of today's game. Though, we had some amazingly awesome teams. They were so much fun to watch, both from a gameplay department and the personality department.s.

today's board started out being kind to everyone, but then decidedly wasn't starting in double Jeopardy.
One player got the worst of it, which totally sucks. Also pay attention close to the end of the podcast for what getting on Jeopardy actually looks like and why it's not nice to make snide remarks about contestants when they're struggling. That is important and I cannot say it enough. Sadly, I'm probably going to have to repeat...
this game was just straight up coolness.
First, we had one of the most interesting contestants I've seen in a long time,. We had a theoretical lock type game of the very mild steamroller variety. It wasn't like trying to run over a Hot Wheels car with a steamroller or anything, but those scores were kind of brutal at the end of the game. me

this game was not kind. The board just flat out, went into attack mode.
Daily devils were especially unfriendly and may as well have been little miniature Lions aiming to eat up scores. Low scoring game for that reason alone.s.

I apologize for the brief duration of this episode. I just wanted to get it recorded and out to you guys, and I'm low on battery. Awesome game though, and awesome teams. Also, I may be persuaded to come in tomorrow and cover either celebrity, Jeopardy or Masters, even though we don't do the podcast on Sundays anymore

disclaimer, the Bob rules are in effect for the duration of this episode.
We have a contestant with an amazingly beautiful name that I cannot pronounce. It looks like it could be something cultural so I'm not going to risk messing it up. Also, another caution, the steamroller was back today. This time going up against a delivery trucks instead of minivans and sports cars,e.
caution!
There is a rogue steamroller on the loose. It went ballistic on the stage yesterday and they don't seem to have been able to control it. All this to say, today's game was very much like what we saw yesterday. When contestant decided to turn into a steamroller. The other two did their absolute mess, but when you add anything versus steamroller, you know what's likely to happene.
caution! Dangerous vehicle on the Jeopardy stage tonight! Everyone take cover. Repeat, take cover. Just kidding, it's just one of the contestants pretending to be a steamroller.
This game was brutal for the other two contestants, now that they didn't try to stop the steamroller.

disclaimer, the Bob rules are now in effect .This game was amazing. We had a season record in this game.
The player in question absolutely knocked things out of the park, but one of the other players wasn't about to let him lock up the game.

we have a six-game champion in today's game. Will he remain champion?
Will the Monday curse claim another victim? Will one contestant get left completely in the dust? The answers to all of these and more just behind a click of your play button. Also, my thoughts on boring versus interesting contestants and how so many of them are those. I'm the smartest person in the room guysm?
first of all, you will be happy to hear that we didn't have to go as fast today.
I don't feel like I'm being ripped apart. Second, we did have to go a little fast because of the battery level shortage. Just a couple more weeks after the topic of today's game, we had an awesome players, and Colin getting the name of one of the teams from that was pricelesst.

I'm sorry this episode is so short. I damaged myself and I just want to go to bed.
I will give you game coverage, but we won't spend a lot of time going off on tangents.
