The Giants lost their 8th straight game, 29-21 to the Commanders, as mistakes and missed opportunities continue to pile up.
Awful mistakes and dumb plays doomed us
- We blew 2 field goals, gave up a 65 yard punt return TD, had 2 huge pass drops (by suck ass Slayton) , threw a bad pick , and had a turnover on downs after being 1st and goal at the Commander 3 yard line.
Other than than, it was a clean game :-)

The Giants lost to the Patriots 33-15 in a mistake filled game. Special teams were a special kind of disaster, and the Giants defense was its typical putrid self.
"Special" teams were epically bad:
- We gave up A long kickoff return to start the game
- We gave up A 93 yard punt return TD
- We swung and missed -literally - on a field goal attempt.
- We fumbled away a kickoff return

Rutgers season ended in crushing fashion. A catastrophic Kaliakmanis fumble and an equally unforgivable defensive penalty cost Rutgers, as they lost 40-36 to Penn State in excruciating fashion.
Driving for a 2 score lead late in the 4th, a 61 yard fumble recovery TD lost the game for RU.

The Giants defense collapsed yet again in the 4th quarter and in OT, as the Giants waste a great Winston performance and lose in OT 34-27 to Detroit in dramatic fashion.

The Giants defense collapsed late yet AGAIN in a 27-20 to the Packers. Mike Kafka’s first game as head coach and Winston’s first start at QB result in more of the same for a putrid Giants D. The O Line was good again, but with this D .. nothing changes for these Giants.

The Giants fired head coach Brian Daboll after yet ANOTHER epic late collapse, amid a miserable season. Daboll was 12-38-1 in his last 51 games with the Giants. Schoen remains as GM for now.

Rutgers pulled away from Maryland, winning 35-20 behind a career game from Antwan Raymond. Raymond had 240 rushing yards, and Kaliakmanis threw 4 TD passes as RU overcame their own poor defense to move to 5-5 on the year.
