Hello listeners, in this episode of Jesus , You Take Over!, i will be talking about Confession.
In Catholic belief, Confession, also called the Sacrament of Penance or Reconciliation, is a sacrament where a person receives forgiveness for sins committed after baptism through a priest who acts on behalf of Jesus Christ. Through the process of examining one's conscience, expressing contrition (sorrow for sins), confessing sins to the priest, receiving absolution (forgiveness), and completing an act of penance, the individual is reconciled with God and the Church.
