Sosiaalisuuden haasteet ovat aihe, jonka parissa olen työskennellyt viimeiset 12 vuotta. Autan työkseni ihmisiä tulemaan toimeen esimerkiksi ujouden, sosiaalisen ahdistuneisuuden, esiintymispelon sekä riittämättömien sosiaalisten taitojen kanssa.
Tänään haluan ottaa kantaa erääseen hyvin yleiseen toimintatapaan, joka on haitallinen sosiaalisten taitojen ja itsevarmuuden kehittymisen kannalta. Kyse on liiallisesta sosiaalisten taitojen teoreettisesta opiskelusta ja riittämättömästä käytännön harjoittelusta.
