In my line of work, I meet new people almost every day, so many; in fact, over the course of a year, I meet a lot of new people. Some people I meet are just a one-time thing encountered in that day’s business functions. Some people I meet turn into business acquaintances whom I will continue to do business with, talking randomly to every so often. But then there are those rare few that you encounter every so often in life who become close friends who literally change your life for the better, and that is who Fletcher is to us.
We met Fletch in 2022 at CRS in Nashville, which is the Country Radio Seminar. Our 501(c)3 ministry, Silent Witness, Inc., had a booth set up, and we were promoting our current Project that year, “LIVE.” Suicide prevention is something that Fletch believes in, so he stopped by our booth to visit with us, and it was during that conversation a friendship and common ground were found to work together. Out of everything we do, our music, the work we do with Silent Witness, Inc, and everything we do in our Christian Life Coaching Ministry, it was this podcast show that struck a chord with the three of us. Fletch said he would be happy to be involved in our podcast show, and soon thereafter, he began producing these podcast shows for us, which has just raised our work to a whole new level.
Little did any of us know that about a month from that day, Fletcher would be diagnosed with a rare form of cancer that would set his life on a whole new course. Join us on this podcast episode as we take the journey with Fletch from the day we met to his diagnosis and to his now being healed and finding that he has so much "More To Say."
