Speaker 1 (00:02):
so is everything
gotta be political?
Well, apparently, if you're ajudge in the united states, yep
and, by the way, the media won'tlet you off the hook either you
have to pick a side.
You either on the good guysteam or on the bad guys team, as
we've seen this past week.
By the way, in case you missedit, uh, a couple of Supreme
(00:23):
Court judges did a little bit of, you know, media tour and you
could tell just from thedifferent interviews that judges
are being put on the spot fortheir political views.
But wait a minute, that's notsupposed to happen.
Judicial system is supposed tobe apolitical.
It's not supposed to pick sides.
(00:43):
But you know, this one's aDemocrat and this one's a
Republican.
And, once again, when itdoesn't suit one side guess what
they do they bend the law.
And when they get caught, alltheir supporters come running
and say that's not fair.
But people, the judges werenever supposed to be political.
(01:06):
Welcome back to the Rant Network.
Everybody, I'm David Tallman,he is Stuart Priskell.
This is the Rant Network.
We spend, you know, 15 minutesevery Monday, wednesday, friday
noon, eastern ranting aboutpolitics, societal bullshit, all
kinds of craziness and so muchmore.
What we love to do is to shareour opinions, the kind of stuff
that I've said to people, thatare really discussed in hushed
(01:26):
tones, because people are afraidin today's society to express
how they really feel when theyimpose some of the more common
attitudes, especially pushed outby the liberal media.
So sit back today because I gotto tell you, stuart, when
current President Trump wasbeing arrested, or not arrested,
(01:50):
but like brought into court, for he was arrested, yeah, he
was arrested.
All these charges and thesejudges come out with these
things and you see attorneygenerals actually campaign on.
I'm going to get Trump.
It's not supposed to be thisway.
(02:12):
The judicial system is notsupposed to pick sides, but they
are.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
America, david is
under siege, not just by the
criminals in the street, but bythe judges who keep setting them
free.
The activist judges in blackrobes have forgotten their oath,
twisted the law and endangeredevery single one of us right in
(02:40):
the United States.
Today, I'm pulling back thecurtain and showing you how
these judges undermine justiceand, more importantly, how we in
the American side people canremove them and hold them
accountable to restore law andorder.
All across America, we'reseeing a dangerous pattern.
(03:00):
Judgeons, often blackened byradical liberal agendas, are
choosing ideology over justice.
We've seen it Violent criminalsreleased on no cash bail within
hours, only to re-offend.
Repeat offenders walking freebecause some judges decide
(03:22):
rehabilitation matters more thanpublic safety.
Take a subway car incident thatjust occurred that's barely
been covered by any media.
Sanctuary city rulings popped upby judges who refuse to enforce
federal laws that are on thebook.
(03:43):
It's not that it's mean, it'snot that it's not a non-American
, it's because it's against thelaw.
This isn't theory, it's reality.
It's in black and white.
It's indoctrined into the law,the law that we, the people,
(04:04):
voted politicians and havecreated these laws.
Every time one of these judgesmakes a soft-on-crime ruling,
victims pay the price.
Families are destroyed,communities are destroyed.
Do we not recall what happenedwith Floyd?
Do we not recall the BLMtakeovers of cities on the West
(04:28):
Coast?
And prisons and jails andeverything under the sun?
(04:58):
What about law enforcement?
Brave men and women put theirlives on the line every day to
make arrests Seems exactly whatthe Soros, the Rothschilds and
many others want for America.
They stop believing in justicebecause it's for the victims and
(05:22):
start believing it onlyprotects the criminals.
When do people stop believingin justice?
Judges were never meant to bekings in black robes.
Wait a minute.
Don't they call Donald Trump aking?
No, it's the liberal judges inthese small towns who think that
(05:46):
their verdicts affect everycity in America.
They were meant to be servantsof the law for the people.
Why does this matter?
Because without accountability, the entire system crumbles,
which is what they want.
Think about it.
When law enforcement seescriminals walk free, morale
(06:10):
plummets right.
When families watch repeatoffenders get a chance after,
their faith in the courtevaporates and the judges
believe they can act withoutconsequence, they stop serving
justice altogether.
The founding fathers gave uschecks and balances for just
those reasons.
The judiciary was never meantto rise above the people.
(06:34):
If we allow activist judge toredefine justice unchecked, the
liberty itself is at risk.
This fight isn't about politics.
It's about survival of a250-year-old experiment, whether
America stands for law andorder or sinks into chaos.
(06:55):
David, you have sat therelistening to me go For seven
minutes like on a straightTirade.
Tell me for one second Fromyour perspective.
How do you feel?
Is it not frustrating?
Do you not watch the New Yorksubway Incident?
(07:17):
You've got kids in the states.
They're in North Carolina, they're in, they're all over the
place Family.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Are you not scared,
stuart?
It's not Okay.
So there is two things here.
One is you're talking aboutcrime and I'm, I'm, I'm, I agree
with you, and when JasmineCrockett says stupid things like
law enforcement is to solve acrime, not to prevent crime, I
mean that's one of the dumbestthings that you could possibly
imagine.
But really, the question rightnow is about judges, and I'll
(07:50):
tell you what the problem I haveis judges are elected, right,
judges are elected, and in orderto be elected, you have to pick
a side, and that's the problem.
Are you a Democrat or aRepublican To be independent and
try to run as a judge?
I don't know how successful youare.
I haven't seen the stats onthese things, but that's where I
think it's all cockeyed.
Your sheriff is elected, theschool commissioner is elected
(08:13):
and you have to pick a politicalside.
That's where it's cockeyed.
You can't pick a neutral judge.
If you know that this judge isa Democrat, is a Republican, how
do you pick Political?
What about upholding the law?
Not, I believe in abortion, andnow bring me in as a judge.
(08:33):
Not, I believe in gun.
You know everybody should haveguns and you know everybody
should have guns.
It's yeah, what you believe incould and should matter, but
your record of upholding the lawand exercising it right.
You know, one of theinteresting things yesterday I
(09:00):
saw, or and she is that you knowthat every judge votes along
political lines.
Read their opinions, read whatthey're saying, but it's it's
really you.
You want to get ahead.
You need to be political.
They're at the Supreme Courtlevel.
They're not going much further, and they are.
They are bringing downjudgments based on the law.
(09:25):
But a lower court judge who hasaspirations of going to an
appeals court or a higher courtor some other court is going to
play the game, is going to wantto play the game so that they
can get ahead.
That's your problem.
You've over-politicized.
You can't bring in neutraljudges.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
You know.
But, David, here's one thingAmericans don't realize Judges
are not untouchable.
They may wear robes, butthey're still public servants.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
You can vote them out
.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
No no no, right, no,
no, no, you can impeach them.
You're right, they're electedand so you can vote them out.
There's something called ajudicial commission, where every
state, you can file complaints, and then, finally, you need
legislative reform.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
And the judge has
already passed it.
And you know, if you're Trumpand you can expedite a trial,
it's great, but some peopleyou're talking years more legal
costs.
The average person doesn't wantto go to court four times for
these kinds of things and youknow, you saw this with.
(10:37):
You know, if you God forbid are, you know, a Catholic person
and you happen to get a judgewho hates religion, you're
screwed.
If you are, you know, if you'rea pro-lifer and the person at
the bench is an abortionist, youcould be screwed.
It's just the problem of thepolitics have crept in and this
(10:58):
is the design across the wholespectrum in the us.
You all, you know, even peoplewho vote.
I've spoken to people.
They say to me well, I'mneither a democrat nor
republican.
Why the choice?
Why do you?
Because this is what your, yourcountry, has done is you've
created a system of, of twosides.
It's it, and and no wonderthere's.
(11:20):
And listen, I, I can't say thatif there were five sides would
make a difference, or if you, Idon't know.
But the reality that I'm seeingis and you see this in mayoral
elections, you see this in allelections it's all about blue,
red, and if your president, today is blue.
If you look at what biden did,he was going to put in a liberal
(11:42):
judge.
He so much has said so.
But Trump said he's going toput a conservative judge.
He so much has said so.
This is what it is.
The politicians do not wanttheir policies overridden.
They don't want their lawsripped apart.
Trump doesn't want his tariffsthing to go away.
Trump doesn't want a lot ofthese things, and so he doesn't
want to be in front of a liberaljudge, because these liberal
(12:04):
judges many of them are going tofind a way to rule against them
, and then he'll have to appeal.
And he'll have to appeal, andyou see things that he's doing
right now, going all the way tothe Supreme Court.
I don't understand how a judgein a stinging little town thinks
that that person has more powerthan a Supreme Court justice.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
I don't, David,
listen.
Bottom line is here's the truth.
It's not Democrats orRepublican judges, because there
are good Democrat and goodRepublican judges.
Speaker 1 (12:31):
I didn't say that.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
There are reckless
ideologues that need to be
removed, and here's the truth.
Bad judges are destroying ourcommunities Period One, reckless
ruling at a time.
But, david, we've said thistime and time again you don't
have to sit back and take it.
There is the power and abilityto fight back.
(12:53):
Learn their names, learn theirname shine the light.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
People are afraid.
No, but you see, when you startdoxing like you're just about,
you're telling people to do,you're playing.
Playing again a dirty game andyou don't want to get into the
if you play judges, like toremain secretive?
Speaker 2 (13:11):
yeah, but you know
what I don't like?
Speaker 1 (13:13):
I don't want to see
people I don't want to see
people go to judges homes andprotest.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
I, I don't see that
no, no, no, no no.
Shedding the light doesn't meangoing to protest at their house
, but don't forget these guys.
You file a complaint.
You file a complaint.
File a complaint.
File a complaint.
Speaker 1 (13:31):
Expose the corruption
.
But people are scared too, because those judges.
Speaker 2 (13:35):
Judges rely on
silence.
Don't give it to them, David.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
No judges rely on
silence.
I get it.
I get it, that's their that, but Don't stay quiet, david.
Okay, but again, I'll say itfor this third time People are
scared because once the law is,once the courts are on you, or
once something happens now,they're afraid.
Okay, they are genuinely afraid.
(13:58):
It's it.
To me, the problem comes.
It's not a person.
You need more of an advocate.
You need someone who's anactivist, who understands the
rules, who understands the laws, who understands to be able to
do it.
You can't ask the averageperson who's worried about
putting food on the table and istrying to get the kids to
school and keep their job andall that stuff, say, oh yeah,
(14:19):
but, by the way, we need to getrid of this judge because it's a
liberal or it's a conservative,it doesn't or it's not.
That it's not bad, judge, it'sreally.
The average person isn't readyto do that.
The average person wants tohave a live, a day-to-day life,
david don't stay quiet.
Speaker 2 (14:38):
Yeah, share this,
share this brand talk to your
neighbors, talk to people inyour synagogue, talk to people
in your church.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
Bring it to your
community.
Speaker 2 (14:47):
Shine the light on
these activist judges, because
the spotlight hits and they runfor cover.
Well, some do.
David, I'm going to leave youwith this, because I normally
don't put a last word.
America doesn't belong to roguejudges, it belongs to the
people, and we have to remindthem of that.
(15:09):
Again, I remind you don't stayquiet.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
Talk to your
neighbors.
I hope a judge doesn't speak toyou.
