That’s the uncomfortable question at the heart of our latest episode. From Yom Kippur attacks to campus unrest, we expose how “band-aid” security fixes can’t hide the deeper failures in Western leadership and public policy. We ask: What would true protection for minorities look like—and why are some Gulf states getting it right when the West falls short? Dive in as we trade empty slogans for real solutions on safety, pluralism, and rebuilding trust in our civic spaces.

SPEAKER_01 (00:02):
Yep, there's a jingle.
You know, that sound evolves andcomes out every Monday,
Wednesday, Friday.
You normally hear it around noonif you catch it live or you

(00:24):
catch it pre-recorded.
My name's Stuart Brisgell, anduh that's the co-host today.
That's David Solomon.
We've been doing this for fiveyears.
It's kind of crazy.
I know David's got a lot moregray hair, and his beard has got
a little grayer, and my myhairline's gone back.
But in the five years, we'vetalked about and immersed

(00:46):
ourselves in uh absurdities ofmodern life.
And and I'm using the wordabsurdity.
Well, let's first take this alittle serious for a second.
Some idiot terrorist in GreatBritain drives his car in a
pedestrian path to kill Jews, and then stabs two of them who

(01:11):
are killed.
Okay.
In Great Britain, you have lawenforcement walking the streets
telling the Jews we cannotprotect you.
If you've seen some of the morecurrent videos floating around,
and and the religious Jews said, but why?
You're wearing one of thosethings, and we can't protect

(01:32):
you.
That's Great Britain.
You know, Donald Trump gave Gazaor Hamas three to four days for
a deadline to make a decision.
Whom is making that decision?
It's a great question.

(01:53):
Moreover, isn't it amazing?
All of the violence, terrorism, death, carnage occurring in the
United States and the Westernworld isn't echoed in Dubai or
UAE.
You know, last time I checked, the Abraham Accords, there are
lots of Israelis parting andgoing over to UAE in Dubai and

(02:18):
having a grand old time.
I haven't heard a single reportof any anti-Semitism in these
countries.
Now listen, we know that thisisn't the easiest path, very
dangerous path, but it's saferto be in Dubai and UAE as a Jew

(02:41):
than it is to be in GreatBritain.
Clearly, that's absurd.
If you listen to some of theprinces, they tell the Western
world these people, thePalestinians, are not welcomed
in any of these countries, andthat we keep telling you that

(03:02):
you will not be able toassimilate them.
It doesn't matter which princethere's now.
I think I've heard seven oreight of them speak on the
topic.
This is their people.
The Muslim people is theirpeople.
And yet they keep saying, uh-uh,this is a bad move, guys.
You shouldn't do it.
Anyways, guys, my name's Stuart.

(03:24):
That's David.
This is an unapologeticdiscussion hosted by us.
We dive a diverse range oftopics, get into conversations,
bold opinions, whether we'rebreaking down the latest
headlines, exploring popculture, debating politics, or
delving into complexities ofmodern life.
This is the platform for everyperspective.
Grab a seat, settle in, and joinin to yet another

(03:46):
thought-provoking conversation.
Now, in the green room, wedidn't really talk about this
and and and sort of line up thisconversation because it's just
sort of come to me how dangerousto be a Jew in New York City,
but not in Dubai.
It's amazing how dangerous to bea Jew in LA, right?

(04:06):
Or Oregon, but not in UAE.
So, in other words, it's saferthere than here.
I mean, David, that's likesaying that it's safer in a gas
chamber than it is in a firepit.
What do you say?

SPEAKER_00 (04:27):
Well, uh, I'll skip that last question.
But in terms of what's going on,let's just put some context into
play here.
Yesterday morning, as many of uson the East Coast got up in the
morning, we heard the crazy andsad news of what happened in
Manchester, England.
As Stuart uh said, it turned outto be a Syrian of about 35 years

(04:48):
old, reportedly, who rammed histried to ram his car through a
crowd of Jews on the way to YomKippur services, the holiest day
of the year, the day when weknow that when many Jews go to
synagogue, uh stabbed twopeople, and was gunned down by
security.
I have said in this rant before,my synagogue has been firebombed

(05:10):
twice.
I know other facil there's a umwonderful synagogue in Australia
that was burnt down to a crisp.
Um one of the oldest synagoguesout there.
And this seems to be the game, the game that's afoot with the

(05:30):
immigrants that were brought inthrough the policies of these
governments, whether it'sAustralia, UK, Canada, even the
United States, where you've letin people unvetted, hoping,
coercing that they will vote youfor the next the next
government.
This was a power play.

(05:52):
30, as I said, I said this in aprevious rant.
30, Stuart, of the seats in theCanadian government are in
Montreal, Toronto, andVancouver.
Where do you think they settledall of these immigrants?
Montreal apparently is now at18% Muslim.
This is the settlement policydone by the government to try to

(06:13):
court to try to twist.
You know, you guys were talkingabout, you know, rewriting uh uh
voting blocks or voting areas, and in Canada and in England and
other places, it's about takingimmigrants from it doesn't
matter where, putting them intocities and saying, now you're
gonna vote for me in inexchange, because that's the
game.
But who gets hurt at the end ofthe day?

(06:34):
It starts with the Jew.
And that is what unfortunatelyover the last 25, like over the
last couple of days, I've beenthinking about it.
And you know, when I woke upyesterday morning and I heard of
the of the stabbings, it waslike, here we go again.
What would I expect?
Well, platitudes from the UKgovernment.
Okay, we'll give you moresecurity.

(06:56):
Okay, because that's thesolution, Stuart.
I've cut you with a knife andI'll just keep putting band-aids
on top of it, hoping that thebleeding will stop.
That is what the UK government, the Canadian government, and all
the rest of these governmentsdo.
Their hate for Israel hastranslated into an open season
on anti-Semitism.
And today I sit here and going,I only could only want and

(07:18):
imagine if Kamala Harris wouldhave won the election, what life
in the United States would belike for Jews.
Because all of these governmentshave one thing in common hate on
Israel, ignore the Jew.
And if it's consistent.
We see this with Mark Kearney inCanada, Keir Starmer in England,

(07:39):
Albanese in Australia.
They don't have the intestinalfortitude to stand up to the
people that they've helped enterinto their countries.
And when you say it's racist,it's stereotypical, it's mental
health, you're just throwingexcuses, and the left throws one
more excuse after another.
That it's not possible.
It's not possible that thatradical Islamists are here.

(08:01):
Guys, I'm not saying everyMuslim is is a is a radical.
No, but if you're telling meit's only five percent of them
and you've let in millions, what's five percent of millions?
It's in the thousands.
Now, I'll go one step further,Stuart.
Go into these mosques and listento what their spiritual leaders,

(08:24):
the imams, are spewing out onit's been recorded, it goes out
on social media, they're spewinghate not just towards Jews, but
to the countries in with theirin that we're gonna take over
with Sharia law.
We're just gonna turn a blindeye.
We're gonna let people continueto be indoctrinated.
There are entire non-Jewish,non-Jewish, sorry, there are

(08:46):
entire public schools that arebeing brought to mosques and
taught how to pray to Muhammad.
And if you're gonna tell methat's cross-cultural education,
slow down on what you're goingfor.
The Quebec government here isthere's an election next year,
and already legislation is beingput out to ban public prayer,

(09:07):
thanks to them.
What happened here, whereMuslims took over the one of the
most famous cathedrals inMontreal, Stuart, the Notre Dame
Cathedral.
They took over the front everyday to pray.
Every day, and their solution isbanning public prayer for
everyone.
Wow, that's the solution.

(09:28):
That's the solution where it'sagain a band-aid on a massive
wound.
What happened in Manchester ishappening all over the place.
Luxembourg, we just found outanother student was viciously
attacked.
You hear it, what goes on inuniversities.
Stuart Tuesday is the and and itreally hurts me to say this.

(09:51):
It's two years on Tuesday sincethe October 7th attacks.
Do you know what's going on inuniversities?
Do you know what's being plannedthere?
Yep.
Vicious, vicious, vicious,vicious rioting, protesting.
It's not even funny.
Stuart, you know, it'sfascinating.
The left has not learnedanything after the Charlie Kirk

(10:13):
assassination.
People are continuing to,they're doubling down on
violence, doubling down onthreats, they're doubling down
on attacks.
They feel emboldened.
What happened in Manchester, I'msorry to say, will happen again
and again.
Because until there'sgovernments like we see in Italy
and some cases in the UnitedStates, with Leo Tyrell, you

(10:33):
know, fighting this cause, whenyou have other countries which
do not tolerate, and by the way,you brought up the Arab
countries.
How interesting you say UAEdoesn't permit it, doesn't
permit it.
Other Arab countries do notpermit it.
Despite their hate for Israel, they don't want they know what

(10:54):
happens if you bring thesepeople in.
Yep.
So they've they've closed theborders, but we shouldn't talk
about that, Stuart.
Why should Stuart the leftdoesn't want to admit they've
hooked up with the wrong group?
That this is not the oppressedthat you think.

SPEAKER_01 (11:13):
This is not an oppressed good start.
David, David, you know, I Ithought we were gonna talk about
uh a couple of days ago aboutthe letter P not being in the
Arab alphabet.
You're bringing that up again.
We've talked about this, myfriend.
Yeah, so what?
No, but that's not relevant towhat relevance is this again?
The the people have a falseagenda, a false narrative that's

(11:36):
more in line with Nazi Germanythan it does with the Arab
nation, which is funny if youreally want to think about it.
How is this a modern day uhTwilight Zone episode?

SPEAKER_00 (11:52):
You know, Stuart, you you you you bring this back
up, and it's it's it's the worlddoes not want to pay attention
to fact, it's all about emotion.
Greta Thunberg and her dumb shitflotilla people are are were
subsidized by Hamas.
We shouldn't say anything.
And instead, the prime ministerthe prime minister of Spain is
you know saying we just don'thave nuclear weapons to fight

(12:14):
Israel.
When you make statements likethat, what do you think is gonna
happen?
And on Spanish television, ifyou watch what they did on
Spanish TV, by the way, Stuart, how they vilified the Jew and
how they vilified Netanyahu, youknow what, Stuart?
They don't teach about theSpanish Inquisition, they don't
teach about the Holocaust inschool in Spain, and this
anti-Semitism is runningrampant.
We've repeated again.

(12:36):
If you want to talk aboutNazism, we're repeating the
1930s of Europe.
That's what we're bringing tothe fore, and it's going global.
And unfortunately, I don't, youknow, I don't care if you like
or hate Donald Trump, Ipersonally don't care about your
personal feelings about that.
But as a Jew, I'm thankful thathe's in the in the White House.
Because he's the only one of anypower.

(12:58):
And yes, with all due respect tothe Prime Minister of Italy and
the President Malay of Argentinaand of other Hungary and other
countries, I truly appreciateyour support.
But the reality is if we didn'thave a Donald Trump in the in
the in the goal in the in theWhite House, I God only knows
what it would be like.
I'm asking myself, Stuart, today, where are the countries

(13:18):
that declared, the hundred plusnations that declared a
Palestinian state, where arethey to put pressure on Hamas
today to call for thatceasefire, to accept the Trump
deal?
Or is it too good for Israelthat they shouldn't accept it?
There's a crickets like youcan't imagine.
Do you know how this wouldtemper some of the noise in your
country if you Hamas wouldactually sign the damn deal,

(13:41):
return the hostages, and gotowards this establishment of a
state?
Or is this just not your yourit's just oh, the only thing
missing in the Trump plan isIsrael being eliminated?
Yeah, pretty much.
So how odd?
You want to know why you haveanarchy in your country's
people?
It's your leadership, it's yourgovernments.
The governments you voted inbecause you wanted to go against

(14:04):
Trump, because that's whathappened in Canada, and happened
in Australia, and very muchhappening in the UK.
I mean, yes, it's partly becauseof the conservatives in the UK,
but it's the anti-Trump movementthat got these assholes voted
in.
You're paying the price becauseof your eccentrism, because of
your fear of Trump, because whatare the media said?
But in the meantime, if look atwhat your governments are

(14:24):
fighting for hateful immigrants, people who want to come and kill
you, people who want to destroyyour society.
If you're in on that, I need tobe out.

SPEAKER_01 (14:39):
David, you know, on that note, I gotta tell you,
