The silence is deafening. While Western democracies threaten sanctions against Israel, they turn a blind eye to Hamas's exploitation of humanitarian aid in Gaza. Supplies meant for civilians are systematically diverted to militant fighters, yet this truth is conveniently omitted from mainstream media narratives. Meanwhile, the plight of forgotten hostages held by Hamas since October 7th violates international laws, but global leaders remain complicit in their silence. Where is the outrage for Sudan’s famine, where millions face death with no protests, no headlines, no aid?

Corruption, exaggeration, and hypocrisy dominate the Gaza narrative, leaving behind the values that democracies claim to uphold. Why are alternative aid systems dismissed while support for organizations infiltrated by Hamas persists? It's time to demand accountability, truth, and principled diplomacy that prioritizes humanity over political games. Don't let the suffering of civilians and the erosion of democratic values be reduced to talking points.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
go well, you know, normally david's the one
traveling around, but today Iseem to be the one wearing a
fancy white shirt with aninteresting background.
Welcome everybody to the rentnetwork.

discussion, hosted by davidsolomon and myself, stewart
brisgale, we tackle a diverserange of topics with candid

(00:22):
conversation and bold opinions.
Whether it's breaking down thelatest headlines, exploring pop
culture, debating politics ordelving into the complexities of
modern life, this is a platformfor every perspective.
So grab a seat, settle in andjoin us on this
thought-provoking rant andmeaningful discussion.
David you in the news, which,as you know, I watch pretty much

(00:45):
24-7, I seem to have seenCanada, france and the UK give a
high five to Hamas and tosstheir only ally in the region
under a bus yet again.

(01:05):
Now Canada seems to find itsway with its moral fortitude as
being we're superior to theAmericans on a constant basis
because they just in my opinion, that's sort of the way it sort
of goes but they seem to be onthe wrong side of history this
time, david.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Okay, stuart.
Well, you're not wrong, and I'mgoing to agree with you.
Canada has been totallyarrogant.
It's not Canada, but thegovernment of Canada under Mark
Carney continues to show hisdisdain for people.
He is arrogant, he is cocky,he's an elitist.
Ladies and gentlemen, that'sexactly what the word is.
And what Mark Carney has doneis, if you look at his recent

(01:49):
cabinet that he appointed, hesurrounded himself with people
who believe in the Arab cause or, more in this case, the
terrorist cause.
Not an Arab cause, but aterrorist cause.
In saying that, you know, forgethow the world works, forget
about how every society shouldwork.
Israel has to work differentlythan Canada and any other

(02:13):
democracy and just decides onits own how Canada should react.
Because Mark Carney, ladies andgentlemen, has all of 10
seconds of foreign affairsexperience.
This is again.
This is the man who was toutedas the Bank of Canada governor,
bank of England governor.
He's an economist, he's abusinessman, he's not a foreign
affairs guy, but all of a sudden, he has all the solutions, he's
got all the answers, he knowsexactly what should happen.

(02:34):
So him, keir Sturmer andEmmanuel Macron these are the
Prime Minister of England andPresident of France respectively
of all three got together andsaid Israel is in the bad.
What a surprise.
Israel's in the bad becausethey're not letting humanitarian
in.
And they took it a step furtherthat if Israel doesn't comply,
they will impose sanctions onIsrael.

(02:59):
Stuart's comment about the highfive was the great irony,
because let me remind everybodythat Justin Trudeau, when he was
prime minister, did somethingsimilar.
Hamas gave him a high five andthe realization on the global
foreign affairs stage wasremember you, just side with the
terrorists.
Because that's exactly whatthese three leaders did.
Now you might be sitting heretoday and going David, you're a

(03:22):
freaking asshole.
There's no humanitarian aidgoing into Gaza.
Why are you being such a dickabout it?
They should let humanitarianaid in.
We couldn't agree moreAbsolutely.
But that's not what's happeningon the ground, folks.
This is what the media is notreporting, because the media's
information is coming from AlJazeera.
Where's Al Jazeera's hostcountry, qatar?

(03:45):
What is Qatar's interest?
To fuck with the Middle Eastright now so they can be the
power player and cozy up to theUnited States, as I talked about
last week.
That Stuart didn't like about.
But that is exactly what ishappening, because Hamas does
nothing anymore without Iran andwithout Qatar.
And here we go again.
Iran and without Qatar.

(04:10):
And here we go again.
The aid that was supposed to goand earmark to these
Palestinians who need it getsrerouted where?
To Hamas.
And if you see the footage, folks, and please go look for it
, because it's not going to bein Al Jazeera, CNN, msnbc no,
god forbid, no diplomat's goingto say anything about it, stuart
.
But Hamas is killing their ownpeople so that they can take the

(04:31):
trucks to their soldiers, totheir terrorists.
Now, guys, let me just scaleback a little bit here, because
this is.
You're sitting here and I'msaying why am I so angry today
here?
And I'm saying why am I soangry today?
Well, folks, I'm tired ofhearing people still say there
is a famine in Palestine andGaza and we need to do something
about it.
We need to do something aboutit, but the finger's being

(04:54):
pointed at the wrong direction.
For the longest time, the worldspewed and echoed and voiced
exactly the numbers that Hamashas been putting out 40, 50,
60,000, 100,000, a billionPalestinians have been killed.
Even Hamas has been putting out40, 50, 60,000, 100,000,
billion Palestinians have beenkilled.
Even Hamas admitted theirnumbers were wrong.
Even Hamas said that everythingthey've been talking about has

(05:14):
been completely exaggerated, that it's not true that these
were all children and women.
It is not true for the numbers, but the world continues to push
this number.
All the while, stuart, there isa real famine.
There are real famineshappening in Africa, including
Sudan, and why would we pointthe finger to Israel and what's

(05:35):
going on in Gaza, with less than2 million people, or about 2
million people, when in Sudan, millions are dying of starvation
?
There is not any.
There is not one march down thestreet to feed the people of
Sudan.
There are no calls for theUnited Nations to mobilize in
this massive humanitarian aid.
But it's because there's not aJew involved here, and so, as a

(05:59):
result, let's go after the Jew.
Listen, canada right now, markKearney surrounded himself with
Arab-loving ministers who havebeen brought up, raised, to hate
Israel, from his, you know, anita Anand on down.
If you look at the people incabinet, these are the people,
the most anti-Israel folks outthere, and there's no doubt,

(06:22):
stuart, that right now, thefinger is being pointed in the
wrong direction.
What you said about Canadabeing on the wrong side of
history, it's happening again.
So the change that Canadianshave aspired for.
Here's one proof once againthat Mark Carney is more
interested in votes.
Mark Carney is more interestedin becoming your Prime Minister
than world peace, david you knowwhatever happened to those

(06:46):
hostages that have been kept, the hostages.
The what?
Who cares about them?
They were Jews who cares.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
They're not only, by the way, but let's now discuss
this question.
The hostages haven't been keptwithin the Geneva Convention.
Hamas has taken billions ofdollars instead of feeding and
uplifting the people that it'ssupposed to represent, by
building terror tunnels,building architecture

(07:17):
underground that the world hasnever seen.
In fact, you live in Montreal, quebec.
You had one of the mostillustrious metro or subways in
the world at one point and, believe it or not, I think their
tunnels far out complex theMontreal metro system.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
They outdo the London metro system.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Sorry, You're right.
The London metro system.
Well, you're right, A hundredpercent right.
You live in Canada.
You know, I live in sunnyFlorida.
We don't have a metro system ora subway system, but you know,
I don't hear about where's thered cross checking on the health
and safety of these hostages.
Now, these aren't people thatwere soldiers that were captured
, these are not people that heldarms in a conflict.

(08:09):
But yet, Mark Carney which, bythe way, David you do need to be
careful, because in Canada, ifyou speak out against the
government, you are subject totheir discretion.
And you know, I'm here in theUnited States.
So I'm going to say this pointblunt Mark Carney, you're a
globalist, you are the reasonwhy countries collapse.

(08:33):
You're the definition ofsomeone who thinks they are a
billionaire elitist, when,frankly, you're just a
billionaire moron and leading acountry down a rabbit hole where
even the biggest countries inthe region Saudi Arabia, Dubai,
they would, and UAE, they wouldrather do deals with Israel than

(08:59):
with you, Canada.
And so, at the end of the day, once again, Mark Carney, you've
chosen the wrong side.
Your three passports won'tprotect you from public opinion
this time, because here in theUnited States, we are able to
truly discuss your grossinadequacies in intellect, in

(09:19):
foreign policy, and how aboutjust your globalist, doomed
views?
Because, frankly, that's what'shappening all over the world.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
Well, stuart, it's what's insane, though.
Stuart, and you talked aboutthe hostages, and I thank you
for bringing those up talkedabout the hostages and I thank
you for bringing those upbecause, again, it's all about
you know, it's a selection, selective mutism by by canada in
this case that claim to be, youknow, the peacekeeper, that
claim to be you know, under youknow.
So many decades ago, we startedwith the peacekeepers in sinai,

(09:54):
what you know.
And and they're saying let theUN do their job, let UNRWA do
their job.
Unrwa is the reason we're here.
Unrwa is the reason we're here.
Let's get real.
Unrwa is like every time UNRWAis involved, guess what?
You find A Hamas terrorist inthat organization.
Schools, hospitals, fooddistribution, it doesn't make a

(10:16):
difference.
Unrwa is a corrupt organization.
So when Israel says you knowwhat?
The US and Israel are going tocreate their own distribution
system.
Guess what?
Unrwa says no, you can't.
Guess what Canada says no, youcan't.
You must trust UNRWA.
So I'm asking myself whatexactly is your real purpose
here, your real goal?
Unrwa was proven to be aterrorist organization, that the

(10:37):
world funded billions ofdollars to them, and yet ANRA is
going to still be trusted.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Hold on a second David.
Was the famine in Gazapre-existing this conflict?

Speaker 2 (10:51):
There's no Stuart, the problems in Gaza.
People are mixing stuff upBecause if you go through Gaza,
you will see the lap of luxury, you will see restaurants open,
you will see people eating anddrinking, and then there are the
select few that Hamas ensuresthat the world sees Because,
remember, this is controlled byHamas.
You can't take a piss withoutHamas letting you go.

(11:14):
And so if you think that thesepeople have free will, just like
in the US, just like in Canada, they do not.
Everything is controlled byHamas.
This is, this is Hollywood atits best.
And yet the world wants to saythat's not what we're seeing.
Of course not.
Just like you don't see behindthe scenes in a movie.
All you see is what's in frontof the camera.

(11:35):
You don't look what's behindthe camera and time after time
after time after time, you knowwhen the hostages have been
released and they're tellingtheir stories.
For the most part, the worldhas turned a blind eye and deaf
to the treatment that they got.
If we truly are going to keepto the geneva convention.
And you starved your hostagesand you beat the hostages and

(11:59):
you raped the hostages, that'sacceptable.
And murder, and murder.
And you know to put posters upin places saying that rape is
resistance and that killingbabies is resistance.
And if this is the kind ofworld that you're in, I want out
, because these leaders are moreafraid of their own political
lives than doing the right thing, or they're such bloody racists

(12:23):
that they'll do anything, andthey're, you know, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
You know.
Just to just add further insultto injury, you know Mark Carney
went to go visit President ofthe United States.
They've had some dialogue.
Do you know what I find trulyamazing?
I don't hear Mark Carney sayinganything about the United
States.
In the United States.
I don't see any news mediapicking him up.

(12:51):
Is it irrelevant, or is he?

Speaker 2 (12:55):
irrelevant.
Which is it?
The problem is?
The problem is, until the nextelection, we have to deal with
this SOB, and this son of abitch is trying to find a way to
twist the election results sothat he can end up with a
majority and be there for fouryears, stuart.
Our problem right now, incanada, in the uk, in france, is
that we're not really payingattention to the real threat,

(13:16):
and the real threat is thisradicalism that is sweeping
universities, media.
It's sweeping up people.
I I just don't understand howthe folks there think that this
is a good idea, because there'sonly one reason that they want
this stored, and it's the samereason why they're bringing in
the Labour Party in England andthe parties in France are

(13:37):
bringing in vast numbers ofimmigrants is to get votes, so
that they can continue to stayin power.
It's instead of an autocracy.
It's to say, look, we've beendemocratically elected by these
people, but so they're notvetting who's coming in the door
, they don't care who's comingin the door, it's a payback.

(13:58):
I let you in, you vote for me,you don't vote for me.
God help you.
And this is what's going onright now.
You don't really have.
You have that in the US.
That was the whole Biden policyof open door policy, of open
immigration.
You see this in Canada, englandand France, and no one says boo
about it.
There's a reason, and so whenyou're making these statements,

(14:19):
when you're making thesepolicies, this is, all in all,
ensuring that your vote stayswith the party in power.
That's what's happening.
The Democrats blew it in 2024.
They had the chance.
They blew it.
They didn't do as good a jobquote unquote as Canada did or
England did, because if you lookat England, look what's going
on, you look at Canada, lookwhat's going on.

(14:41):
This whole idea, these ideasthat they have and who they're
siding with, is extraordinarilydangerous.
Mark Carney's belief that he'ssiding with Hamas makes sense.
I've never.
I don't know.
Tell me one thing, david.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
I just one question Go ahead.

Speaker 2 (15:03):
Could you imagine the world reaction if Carney or
Macron or Keir Sturmer were toside with Putin?

Speaker 1 (15:14):
David, that's a rhetorical question, but you
know, david, unfortunately thatbrings this podcast to a close
today.
David, any last words before Iwrap this up.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
You know there was a song it's the end of the world
as we know it.
It is.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Yep R-E-M Know the song well.
We grew up in the 80s, david.
And that brings this episode toa wrap.
