In this episode of the Journey to Oz podcast, we chat to Jacqx, who migrated to Australia from France in 1969. We discuss the migration-purpose voyage, the Australian skill shortages of the 1960s and 1970s, and what it was like as a child growing up in a foreign country.

Once she learnt the English language, Jacqx later found her passion for storytelling, and today she is a published playwright and author with a passion for life stories and true stories.

If you are wanting to share your life story, you can reach out to Jacqx at www.jacqx.com, or info@jacqx.com.
